Their warranty team is responsive, professional, and handled our minor after-closing issues immediately—a level of service that is hard to find. I absolutely love my new home, my whole buying experience was amazing, the Beazer Team (Gary, Josh, Ashley) showed genuine care throughout the entire process, and even after I moved in they kept checking on me making sure everything was okay, that shows client focused service. We have been in our home since early April 2025. The building process went extremely smooth with the help of our sales person, Ken. He went above and beyond what was expected to meet our expectations. He helped in a way that was not pushy or high pressure. He answered our questions, and assured us that Beazer uses high quality products. Eric, our construction manager is a great listener. When we had concerns or questions, he took the time to meet with us and explain the products and processes. We wondered how the support would be once we moved in, and we have not been disappointed. On the few items that have needed some re-work, the service has been quick and high quality. Now we are in our Warrenty period, and we have been working with Darrel on a few items. Easy process when buying with beazer. Amazing quality home, no other new homes (including neighborhood competitor) were up to par with beazer quality which is why we quickly decided to go with beazer. After sale customer service has been great. Any issues have been addressed, although no major issues - only simple fix cosmetic stuff. My husband and I are happy to raise our kids in this neighborhood :)

Ashley, our warrenty contact, has been great a fixing small issues that we have ran into and solved them in a timely manner. Definitely recommend working with them if you are building with Beazer.
