Just an amazing experience. Beazer builds an excellent product with high end thoughtful touches that come as standard. I can call on any member of the Beazer team and they respond in a timely manner with a wealth of knowledge. They truly do go above and beyond for their customers I highly recommend them!!

Buying a beazer you will understand that all the cm’s are honest and professional, my cm waited the correct amount of time to drop the frame after letting the concrete cure. Each item I punched in the frame and so on were completed in a timely manner. I was able to see each phase of construction and was impressed. I will continue to build with Beazer.

They were great to work with when my life was chaotic. They stood by the promises they made and provided a high quality product for my home. The finishes are lovely and high quality and I love that they continue to show up and are available with questions or concerns- their customer service truly makes them unique in the home builder arena.

We started in the homebuying process in March 2024. There were several delays due to the section being new and some delays with the roads. Once the process finally started, we were well informed on the progress with our home. Our contractor was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching our home come together. This will be our last home purchase and we definitely feel like we made the right decision.

The entire experience was phenomenal from the beginning when Nadia showed the home and highlighted all of the features and upgrades through the walkthrough and closing when Matt explained all the inner workings of the features to the home. Both Nadia and Matt were only a phone call or text away if needed. They were eager to help with any questions I had!

Brian and the design center team did a great job. The sales team was phenomenal.

The overall experience was really good. I was impressed by how David took care of all the issues identified during our initial home inspection. All issues were addressed and resolved before the final/closing inspection was conducted within a relatively short amount of time.

My whole experience was completely pretty cool and fun. The quality and value of my home is absolutely great and impressive. I had a very good and positive experience with the team. They did every thing I asked them do which of course increase the joy of my heart. They responded to me swiftly at the time I needed them. It is my first Beazer home and I need to say it was a very pleasant experience in general, the team, starting with Mr. Phil, was amazing, and when we finally got our home, Garret and Brittany were always accompanying us in the whole process. Tiny details appear in the home after 3 months, and they always help us to solve details and doubts. Thanks for your hard work.

My wife and I could not be happier with our building experience. Our project manager has gone above and beyond when responding to any concern that we had. As with any new home minor problems surface after move in. Once notified, our project manager and builder immediately dispatched someone to correct the problem. We could not be happier with our home builder and their entire team.
