We had a wonderful experience buying from Beazer. Phil was great! He was upfront and honest about everything and got us all that we wanted in the house. The buying process was quick and painless. From the time we first toured the house to move in was about a month. There was a few warranty items that needed to be taken care of and Ashley got those fixed quick and easy. Overall great experience, we love our new house.

Brian was super helpful during our buying experience. He was responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

Beazer Homes are the perfect home for families small or large who wants to live in a well built home. This was the first time I ever built a home and while there are undoubtedly frustrations along the way, our experience was an overall success because of our construction manager, Josh. He was extremely professional, always followed-through on his word, and comports himself with the utmost integrity.

From the very beginning of the process to the final move-in, my experience with this home builder was truly exceptional. Purchasing a home can often feel overwhelming, but the entire journey was smooth, well-organized, and far less stressful than I anticipated. The construction manager, Brady, caused me to be at ease during the construction process from beginning to end. He explained the floor plan and allowed me to ask questions during the construction. He communicated with me any updates, responded promptly to my text and calls, very respectful and respected time.

Our overall experience with the builder has been great. Like any home-building process, there were some ups and downs along the way, but the team was always responsive and took care of any issues that came up. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and committed to making sure things were handled properly. From the very beginning, Tony in sales was great to work with and helped guide us through the process. The Design Center team was also very helpful in making selections and answering our questions. During construction and closing, the builder management team and our construction manager, Josh, were always attentive and supportive. Even after the home was completed and we moved in, the warranty team has continued to be excellent. Ashley has been especially great—she is always on top of requests and quick to help resolve anything that comes up. The teams sent out to address any items have also been professional and helpful. So far, we are very happy with the quality of the build and our decision to go with this builder. They truly go above and beyond, and in our opinion, they are one of the great builders out there. Beazer home , what can I say the environment is peaceful and beautiful the house s are solid and so cool to live in, everywhere around is well organized the surrounding are neat and clean, I don't regrets choosing Beazer in Arabella on the prairie I will recommend friends and family to do the same and u will not regrets it too.
