Have found all aspects to be exceptional

Beazer Homes is a great home builder to work with. Their homes are very well put together, and I felt confident going with them for my first starter home. They are known for being built with energy efficiency in mind, and I love their floor plans. Ronnie, the construction manager, was very informative, kept me up to date on the build process, and made sure everything was to our liking before we closed.

From the moment we stepped into the office, Hassan displayed incredibly professionalism and confidence that made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. His presentation and representation of Beazer went above and beyond our expectations. Making a choice was all because of Hassan's composure and attention to detail during our multiple visits to the sales office. Secondly, our interaction with Ronnie prior to closing and after closing has been truly satisfactory. We were warned that the already built house we chose was on its third project manager and may have problems. We happened to meet the current project manager, Hunter, the day we toured and immediately knew we could trust him. Throughout our buying and moving in journey Hunter has been a reliable and reassuring partner. His expertise and kindness have made us feel welcome and supported as part of the Chambers Creek Beazer Family. We love our new home and appreciate Hunter and his team!

Great experience working with the builders

Our story is extraordinary. Everyone believes that, however, we were not looking to purchase a home. We visited Beazer and were informed by Becca on the efficiency, quality oconstruction, and the advantages of new construction. Even with that, we saw an inventory home that was discounted and ready to move in, and we would have to sell our home to buy. Becca assisted us finding an awesome realtor, Lani, that sold our home for 0% commission. The rate offer at the time was great. All excuseswere removed. Easy to work with , great communication and prompt.

I enjoyed the entire process and would not hesitate to buy again.

From the moment, I started working with the sales people and I had two sales people during my contract. They were very helpful. Very informative. Answered all of my questions. Easy to talk to. The construction managers, also, I had two during my contract were outstanding. I had a great time working with the design center as well. They were a great help in making my decisions on everything that went into the house. Kudos to the entire team. I had a great experience during this process. I had a hard time getting my home to sell, and Beazer held this home for me. I have to give a special thank you to Hunter, my construction manager. Very professional builder, good quality homes.

I had a pretty good experience with Beazer, The buying process was easy and everyone was friendly and helpful, thank your bridge land team Asley -Shalitha , and Corbin Pevey . We had a great experience . Thanks a gain for all your hard work to make our closing on time .

We had a short move in schedule and Corbin, Phil and Ashley did what it took to meet our time line. Our home was ready to go and we are extremely happy with it.

This house is amazing, got our first electric bill and it’s 1/3 of what we expected. The savings on all the utilities in this area compared to other areas make this the best option for me.

Mark and Q were amazing in helping us find and build our perfect first home. They were respectful, answered our questions, kept us updated weekly, and assured us they were here to help. They kept that promise even after closing! We are so grateful to have worked with them, highly recommend them along with Beazer homes!

We had a great building and buying experience. We got constant updates every week while building from Mark and Q. They answered any and every question we had and if they didn’t know the answer they made sure to find someone who did and get us an answer. We have lived in our house for about 4 months now and have no complaints! Definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
