My husband and I had the best experience with Beazer Homes and we love our new house!

The entire home buying experience with Beazer was seamless. From the sales consultant Jason, to the loan consultant Gina, to the construction manager Matt I was very pleased with everyone’s professionalism and willingness to help. Even after closing, the team remains available for any questions and/or concerns. The home itself (I.e. quality, functionality etc) has far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and so glad I chose Beazer!

I had an outstanding experience building our home with Beazer. From the initial sales process through construction and closing, the communication was excellent and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. One of the biggest reasons we chose Beazer was the spray foam insulation, and it has exceeded our expectations. The energy efficiency and comfort of the home have been fantastic. We also had a great experience at the Design Center. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us make selections that fit both our style and budget. I would especially like to recognize Amanda, Josh, Will, and Leslie for their exceptional support throughout the process. Each of them played an important role in making what can often be a stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and enjoyable. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions gave me a great deal of confidence every step of the way. This home was a particularly important purchase for me because it was the first home I have purchased as a single dad. That made the decision even more meaningful, and I wanted to work with a builder I could trust. Beazer exceeded my expectations. From the sales team to the construction manager Will, our experience was top notch and highly recommend Beazer.

We are very happy with our new home and would like to recognize the outstanding efforts of Matt, our construction manager. Building a home is a major undertaking, and Matt played a significant role in making the experience a positive one. One of the things we have been most pleased with is the quality of the home itself. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall build quality have met our expectations, and it is clear that care was taken throughout the construction process. We have also been extremely impressed with the home’s energy efficiency. Despite having an almost 3,000-square-foot home in Texas, our monthly electricity bills have ranged from only about $80 to $140, which has exceeded our expectations. Matt was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in delivering a quality home and a positive customer experience. He consistently communicated clearly, addressed concerns promptly, and followed through on commitments. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach gave us confidence throughout the construction process. Like any home build, there were a few minor hiccups early on related to communication and option selections, but once those concerns were escalated, Chris and Matt ensured they were resolved quickly and professionally. From that point forward, it was smooth sailing. We would also like to recognize Nadia, who stepped in after our original sales counselor left the company. Even though this was not her sale, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. Her professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. No home-building experience is completely perfect, but what matters most is how challenges are handled. We greatly appreciate the efforts of Matt, Chris, and Nadia in ensuring we ended up with a home we love. Working with Beazer Homes was one of the best experiences of my life. The level of care, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire process made everything smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the team made us feel valued and supported, and the final walkthrough and closing experience exceeded our expectations.

Tiffany was amazing from day one all the way through the buying experience. She kept us informed and updated through the whole timeline. Even after the final walkthrough, David was helpful with getting things fixed that no one caught - no matter how little the item.

Everyone at Beazer has been super making home buying a pleasure, solving any issues that came up in a timely manner. In particular, Ashley‘s been very responsive to issues that have come up, although there were very few. And then of course Corbin does a great job and has made this home very special.

I had a great experience with beazer. The house that we bought is perfect for our family. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. The builder did a walk through with use and even pointed out thing they needed to fix before we even moved in. It only took use one month to finalize everything and move in. It was a great experience for our first home

They’ve made this experience much easier and more enjoyable.

The Beazer Family made this such an easy and fun experience for us. From the first day walking into the sales office to the last day of signing closing paperwork it was the best. They answered all of our questions and took care of all our concerns as well. Beazer builds quality homes and when you walk into one you can instantly see the difference from all the rest. Working with the Beazer on site sales counselor, the design center, and the building manager were all great experiences. The honest, and timely communication is what made this an easy journey. Any issues and questions were resolved/answered very fast.

I totally love my new Beazer home. My new Beazer Neighborhood. The entire experience has been exceptional. Chrissy and Hunter have always been there to answer any questions I’ve needed. Hunter even goes the extra mile to make sure any issues that arise after the 30 days are being taken care of by the customer care group. I’d recommend a BeazerHome to everyone

My builder is great. He went above and beyond by make sure every little thing meets my expectations and happy about it. The warranty center is the another great thing about this company. They follow up with any order I request until it fixed. I’m very happy with my home

Everyone I worked with was patient and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. It was exciting to watch the house go up each step of the way and I was kept in the loop for the build updates and the plans for the following week. I was even asked if I wanted to bless the site by burying a bible or to write scripture on the frame as some people apparently have a tradition of doing. I have no regrets with my decision for Beazer to build my first home and look forward to enjoying it for many more years.

The sales person Chrissy Wise was awesome ! Keep us well informed and always there to answer questions. She came from over 1 hour away to show us the available homes. Josh McGee was great as well making sure the property was completed on time and to our satisfaction! People make all the difference in a buyers experience. After we moved in we had a warranty claim that was handled by Darrell Zemault. He responded quickly and addressed our concerns fully. You have a great team supporting your product !! Areas for you improvement : You sales and promotions in this development is awful! It is hard to find this Beazer Development. Once you arrive at your he models the sales team is temporary and not well informed or helpful. You need to hire a new sales person and have Chrissy train them. You need to increase (by a lot) your advertising in this area. Beazer marketing sucks. The quality of paint is poor, should be a satin finish at a minimum. The quality of construction is outstanding. We were out of town for 2 months and came back to no dust at all!! The air quality system really works! I would recommend Beazer to anyone who asks!! The quality of these homes is top-notch! My dad, who is an architect and builder, was so impressed with all of the building materials, insulation, advanced air conditioning/filter system, upgrades, and finishes. It gave me great peace of mind to know that he approved and recommended that I purchase this home. Our experience working with Shelley on the sales side and Hunter on the builder side was not only professional but also friendly and attentive. They both were quick to respond to any questions we had and provided information throughout our home-buying process. I've been in my home for a couple of months now, and Hunter continues to check in and respond to any questions I have or to any warranty issues that need attention.
