Great experience working with the builders

Our story is extraordinary. Everyone believes that, however, we were not looking to purchase a home. We visited Beazer and were informed by Becca on the efficiency, quality oconstruction, and the advantages of new construction. Even with that, we saw an inventory home that was discounted and ready to move in, and we would have to sell our home to buy. Becca assisted us finding an awesome realtor, Lani, that sold our home for 0% commission. The rate offer at the time was great. All excuseswere removed. From the moment, I started working with the sales people and I had two sales people during my contract. They were very helpful. Very informative. Answered all of my questions. Easy to talk to. The construction managers, also, I had two during my contract were outstanding. I had a great time working with the design center as well. They were a great help in making my decisions on everything that went into the house. Kudos to the entire team. I had a great experience during this process. I had a hard time getting my home to sell, and Beazer held this home for me. I have to give a special thank you to Hunter, my construction manager. I had a pretty good experience with Beazer, The buying process was easy and everyone was friendly and helpful, thank your bridge land team Asley -Shalitha , and Corbin Pevey . We had a great experience . Thanks a gain for all your hard work to make our closing on time .

We had a short move in schedule and Corbin, Phil and Ashley did what it took to meet our time line. Our home was ready to go and we are extremely happy with it.

This house is amazing, got our first electric bill and it’s 1/3 of what we expected. The savings on all the utilities in this area compared to other areas make this the best option for me.

Mark and Q were amazing in helping us find and build our perfect first home. They were respectful, answered our questions, kept us updated weekly, and assured us they were here to help. They kept that promise even after closing! We are so grateful to have worked with them, highly recommend them along with Beazer homes!

We had a great building and buying experience. We got constant updates every week while building from Mark and Q. They answered any and every question we had and if they didn’t know the answer they made sure to find someone who did and get us an answer. We have lived in our house for about 4 months now and have no complaints! Definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

From start to finish, buying and closing was extremely easy. The builder was very helpful in allowing us time to close on our previous home’s sale before closing on our new Beazer home. The quality of the home is better than any new home we have purchased in the past. The amenities throughout the home are very functional and esthetically pleasing. We have found our forever home.

I had a terrible experience with Lennar Mortgage where they scammed me out of $2,500 when trying to buy a home, they preapproved and unapproved me several times for a home. With Beazer everything was transparent, honest, and genuine. They are full of great and wonderful people, I will forever recommend them from here to everyone I know!

From Sales to completion, we were respected and listened to about anything we questioned. Our Sales Rep and Project Manager changed shortly after purchase began - inciting Fear. We were amazed by 2nd Project Manager - Hunter. He took over the reins and miracles happened. Total build was completed early and so well. He kept all site vendors instructed and followed up daily. Our Builder Corbin paid attention to every detail throughout the building process. He was always very professional and worked diligently to deliver a quality product. He listened to our concerns and walked us patiently through the process. Shalitha in Sales helped us find the home that was right for us, she was always very helpful answering all questions that arised and making the needed changes to fit our needs.
