Everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic. You have great people representing you here at Sorella in Tomball. They are 5 star. My only gripes are lack of ADA compliances in your home designs and your inflexibility in accommodating them. We are getting older and have a daughter in a wheelchair and we now have to incur added cost to make this happen for basic entry into our bathrooms.

Beezer- When it comes to details, they cover in it caulk. Most children can finger paint better than the labor used on our build. Most of the doors are hung wrong and you can see in the rooms with the doors closed. Landscaping and sprinkler system had to be replaced and or corrected by professionals. Paint and texture spray coats most of the trim, doors, and floors. Tile work has the same problems. There were two broken tiles. If the cut was wrong just caulk it. So many mistakes on the exterior paint. The spray foam installers left the fire place covered with cheese cloth to prevent spay from getting on the pipe. When we started the fire place it almost caught on fire as they didn’t remove it. General contractor just shows up and lurks around the property unannounced. Still does it after complaining to his supervisor. With all their purchasing power, they still use MDF floor trim that follows the waves of the uneven studs. Closet shelves don’t make any sense so hire a designer. It’s hard to say what the actual value is on this build after covid, but it seems like it valued 200k too high based on the clear evidence of untrained and unseasoned labor. This is our first home ever and Beazer Homes ensured we had a great experience from the moment we walked into their office to the moment we got our keys! Rich and Ericka are amazing to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a beautiful home. The materials, their customer service, and the way they handle things are top-notch!

They are very slow about getting things done. Also, they can improve their Customer Service. I was not pleased with Beazer homes builder.

Everyone was good to work with in the office and in the building stages. Everything seemed to flow pretty good thru whole process.

I recently moved from Dallas to Richmond,Texas. The transition has been smooth with the help of the Beazer team. Kudos to Matt and Dorian for their dedication to making purchasing and moving a fantastic experience.

This is my 3rd time building a home, and this was leaps and bounds the best experience I had. The sales team (Ken) was thorough and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the process and available options to my wife and me. The design center staff took their time, listened to what we wanted, and made sure the options presented fit in our budget. Our building superintendent (Dave) went well above and beyond. Even though we don’t live locally, we never felt out of the loop, nor did we have any misunderstandings in the schedule. He (Dave) provided a comprehensive pre-build explanation of the build process, provided routine schedule updates, met with me in person to complete multi-stage walk downs, and completed follow ups post move in. Now, I'm not an idealist, and having built 2 other homes, I know not everything goes according to plan or will be 100% perfect. At the beginning of the year my wife and I were moved to the Houston area and we decided that, for the first time, we will build our home instead of buying one preexisting one and could not be happier!!! We where able to select every detail, every color, and everything... Overall we had a great experience with our home buying process with Beazer. As with any construction there were areas of improvement and finishing touches needed after closing but eric stayed on top of all of our requests and concerns, scheduling all the different trades to come by and address said areas. No home builder is perfect however, Beazer really strives for customer satisfaction. I would buy a Beazer home again.

Moved in and saw some things were missed with the final walk through. Additionally, some things were completed after walk through which left a mess. No one has cleaned it up. My yard is a mucky swamp with green slime destroying the shared fence. Some contractor walked through paint after final walk through and it’s all over my pristine sidewalk and entryway. Everyone is very attentive until after closing. No returned emails regarding repairs. No follow-up for email requests over 1 month. No response, no reply. No call, no follow-up. Now I have extra expenses to replace the rotting shared fence and also pest control for the over abundance of mosquitos breeding in my yard-swamp. ... More

As we all know, building a home can be very stressful. Fortunately, Brady at Beazer Homes was our guy in charge of our new home being built. His communication was top tier and he kept us in the loop with everything that went on at the house. As time went on…our bond with him got even tighter and my Fiancé and I now consider him family. After our home was completed and we moved in…we had questions about little things here and there and he came by the house and took care of things on the spot. Once again…Brady made our home buying experience a great one!
