Amira is a great subdivision and Beazer has some great amenities in there home offerings

This is our second Beazer home and we just love the floor plans and space we have throughout our home. I always forget that I’m in a townhome. The building process was our first go round and I must say it had its challenges and if I had to give a word of advice to the company it would be to provide a full list of ALL finishes and selections that buyers can have throughout the process so that the sales reps don’t forget anything and buyers have full awareness of options. Understanding things change but there were some moments where things weren’t communicated and we didn’t get the opportunity to select certain things in advance. But all in all we enjoyed our experience and we visited the house often to check on progress and developed a great partnership with our builder Josh! He is amazing! He was so insightful and honest and never over promised and came through with everything he said he would! What a gem Beazer has in that guy. Even after being in our home we still have a few kinks being worked out but Josh is still available and assisting with getting things addressed. Overall love our home and can’t wait to make new memories here with our littles! ... More
