I had a very favorable experience with the purchase of an already completed Beazer Home at Chambers Creek. With respect to the initial viewing through to the purchase process, Jennifer, the Beazer Sales representative was very helpful and the transaction was completed very efficiently. After closing, James was very efficient and helpful from the initial review of mechanical details through to addressing any construction issues that needed adjustments or correction.

First time home buying experience and Beazer made it an enjoyable, and easily manageable process. Still enjoying the home today!

I first contacted Beazer about a new home because of the location of the community and the floor plan. I fell in love with the Brook plan when I viewed in person. Jake S. was great at keeping me informed during the construction process. Although there were hiccups along the way Jake did everything he could to help me through the process. As a side note, Beazer has slightly changed some things on the Brook floor plan and the last time I checked the old floor plan was still on the website. I.e There isn’t a double window in the kitchen, only a single and the valet doesn’t include the cabinet above, only the bottom cabinet. I had a really great experience with both Josh and Roman. Both of them gave me their personal phone numbers to contact them at honestly any time for any questions me and my wife had. Josh has continued to check up on us post home purchasing and making sure everything is going smooth. Josh and Roman were both extremely helpful in our first time home buying experience. From start to finish and even after moving in, Beazer has provided world-class service. My husband and I researched several builders in the Katy area and took many different tours, but none aligned with our priorities the way Beazer did. We were looking for a home that didn't feel like the building time was rushed, had a great location, and was affordable. The energy efficiency saves us some money monthly and the home itself was in our price range with the bed and bath count we were looking for. Even now that we are months after our close date, the building managers Josh and Jon consistently check in with us, especially after every storm. Beazer is the worst builder in the Nation. Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction isn’t a focus for Beazer. No Accountable and Ownership with Beazer. Communication and Followup is horrible. Beazer doesn’t hold there Employees accountable. Beazer supports employees not doing their job properly. There is lack of Professionalism, Communication, Accountability, Turn time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from Beazer.

Having the right team around to help you through this process is the key to buying a home you love. Jake with Beazer homes made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. If I could do it with them again I absolutely would!

This was the second Beazer home I have purchased in the last 7 years. When I knew I needed to make a change, I spent some time deciding what I wanted to do. I was disappointed to see the reduced options Beazer was offering as compared to my previous purchase, but at the end of the day decided to go with them again based on my previous experience and primarily due to their energy efficient options. I will say they did work with me and allowed a few changes that were not being offered originally as the neighborhood I was looking at was one where Beazer had decided to “offer a few and build many”. In other words, you can only choose one of five themes and you got whatever Beazer had decided went in that theme with only a minimal amount of options available to change. I have been really disappointed with the quality of work as compared to my experience 7 years ago. They appear to be more focused on how many homes are being built as opposed to the quality. I was close enough that I had the opportunity to visit the building site every week. There were some issues during the process that caught my eye, including them cutting out some drywall after it was installed in order to make some repairs. I was told it was due to their still trying to get their subcontractors up to speed with their new requirements. I still don’t understand why the issue wasn’t noticed before the drywall went up other than they’re moving too fast. Even though I had an inspector come in and several things were addressed before I loved in, there is just a lot of sloppy workmanship throughout the house (paint splatters on the time floors, messy caulking and they didn’t even bite to clean the styrofoam out of the glass ball pendant lights before putting the mm up) and I had to submit a handful of warranty requests within the first week or so after moving in. One was because all of the door knobs were falling off. Another sign to me of the quality of the subcontractors work. I am just really disappointed in the quality of the workmanship on my new house compared to the one they built 7 years ago. Great experience. The customer service was outstanding and on point. Everyone went above and beyond and even after check in even if minor things. Great home.
