We are very happy with our new beautiful home. As any new house, ours had a few minor details that needed to be fixed after our closing. James from Beazer took care of every little thing that was needed and he always had a good attitude in helping us make our home perfect. He even took the time to make appointments and receive contractors on our behalf. We are very pleased with Beazer's post sale service.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the air conditioning system in this house. Despite the dimensions of the property, the air conditioning appears to be insufficient, it is annoying that we woke up every night sweating even though we set up the A/C @ 62 °F, and what is even worse we are in winter time I don’t want to imagine how it will get in summer. Upon examining the unit’s identification plate and the sizing chart, it is evident that the air conditioner should be twice its current size (current is 2 Tons, and according to the house dimensions should be 4 Tons). Unfortunately, this oversight has resulted in a $232 electricity bill, which is a serious concern. The electrical water heater that is installed in our house is not enough to take two showers at the same time. It’s annoying that my daughter cannot the a shower at the same time as us because the water gets cold, if the water heater would be the gas one this issue could be avoid. During our pre-construction meeting we requested to change the electrical water heater for a gas one but we were told that is not possible because the design of the house is to save energy, which we haven’t save anything with our current electrical bill. As a homeowner, I expected better attention to detail and proper sizing when it comes to essential systems like air conditioning. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a more comfortable living environment, as well as the water heater since we cannot use both showers at the same time because the water gets cold. Overall, good experience! I am dissatisfied with the unavailability of a built mailbox. It's inconvenient to retrieve my mail from the post office.

All three buildings are having broken pipe problem. The water damage in my unit is going on close to three weeks and still proper repairs are not done . Very upset about it .

Corbin made this a fantastic experience. His knowledge, patience, and actual build were all impressive. Corbin was extremely thorough in his explanation and took the time to show me all the ways Beazer is the best route to go. Corbin was fantastic.

This was our third home to build. We said we would never do it again. Jason and Darren were great. Jason was excellent at guiding us through the various stages of the Beazer building process. He was always available to answer our many questions. Darren, our construction manager, has 20 plus years of building experience. He kept us informed of the building progress. He sent pictures and was responsive to text messages. We closed on the house within the time frame quoted at our first construction meeting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this builder. The amount of misinformation I have received was ridiculous. The partners that they work with are the same way which explains why they are partners. I found out I am not the only one to get screwed at closing. For anyone associated with the military you will be treated poorly like how I was.

Beazer was great to work with. Shelly and Matt were quick with communication and honest about everything. Beazer worked with me even when life happened and got in the way of closing. 10 out 10 I recommend.

Was a great experience from beginning to end from the whole team. Everyone was happy to help with all requests when choosing finishes. The team has been great even after closing. All minor issues after move in were taken care of. I would recommend a Beazer home.

Darren was very helpful. He helped us settle in, showed us features in the house, how to maintain it, and what to do if something goes out of order. He also provided us resources like how to turn on the water, putting it in our name and replacing the filters. He’s really passionate with helping people and make himself available when needed. Since this was our first home, we had lots of questions. He was there to answer our questions. Thank you! We love our beautiful HOME

We moved from out of state and therefore could not be present while our home was being built. Gary and Meryl sent my family weekly updates with pictures. They promptly answered any and all questions/concerns we had throughout the process. We have now moved in and we absolutely love the quality of our home. Jonathan has been great at helping with any problems that have come up. We purchased our previous home from a different builder and they cannot measure up to the positive experience we have had with Beazer. Our house’s completion was delayed repeatedly and only after Corbin Pevey took over did we see the caliber of work we had expected from Beazer. The four stars is due strictly to the several delays and in no way reflects on Corbin’s performance. He has been awesome!

Beazer made such a beautiful home, and Donnie gave me such a great walk through that I feel confident this is the best built home in Texas. My favorite part is it’s an ecological and economical investment, built so my home won’t constantly have the ac/heater running so my bill won’t be sky high! I have definitely tried to recruit a few friends to be my neighbors we love it that much

We had a great experience in purchasing our home and with the help of KC and Corbin we were able to address all our building concerns with ease. Michael was friendly and helped during the whole purchasing process as well.

I normally steer clear of sales folks, and don't engage much. The less I share the better has always been my motto. But my wife and I moved to the Mavera neighborhood after Chrissy sold us on a Beazer home. She was great, not aggressive but rather curious and met us where we were in our process. We spent multiple weeks looking at other builders in the area and Beazer was not on our list at all. After seeing the build quality, features of the home and energy savings, we were convinced.

From realtor to construction manager, buying a Beazer home was a great experience.

Corbin was our construction manager and he made the whole process run smooth and enjoyable. We had many problems during the building process -- almost all of them related to personal issues. For instance, my father fell and broke his hip and we needed to make the home appropriate for a disabled person later in the process. Corbin helped us with these problems. In fact, the only thing we ever heard from Corbin was "no problem, we can fix that." He was great, and we truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Fantastic job and great team effort from all the members.

Had an excellent experience buying with Beazer. There were some issues that were a concern to us but the Beazer team addressed them and made the move in process as seamless as they could.

Jake, my construction manager, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he was responsive whenever I had an inquiry. I enjoyed working with him.
