We couldn't have picked a more perfect builder! Out of all the other reps with other builders in the area, Phil made choosing Beazer an easy decision. However, it didn't end there. Beazer had the best floorplans and lots available in the neighborhood. The entire process of buying our home was a breeze with and both Phil and Darius helped with any questions we had throughout our entire journey. We are super grateful to have an incredible home built with exceptional craftsmanship and energy efficiency!

We watched our Beazer home built from sold to occupancy. Almost every week we would visit the team over a five month period last year. We were in constant communication with the Beazer folks and they always followed up on any questions or concerns. Will was our construction Manager and truly made this experience a blessing. He was quick to answer our questions, calls in a calm, receptive spirit. All of our needs were met and he even follows up with us until this day! Will is a Top quality employee.

Our initial experience wasn't all that great however when Lee stepped in he completely changed our opinion of Beazer. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great and we closed on time!

The sales person left soon after we signed the purchase contract and we did not receive the weekly updates we were supposed to receive.

Enjoyed the planning, customization, and build of our new home within 6 months! Build Manger (Will F.) was quick responding to any of my concerns or request before, during, and after our build! Customer service attitude and availability is very important to me when making large purchases.

The Front Desk Manager and the Construction Manager were a welcoming team, working with my Realtor and myself. They were always willing to answer questions and highlight/point out assets of the property being purchased. Not once do I remember a delay in responses an answer to a question was needed. These two worked well together, or alone, as needed. These assets contribute to positive results from a home buyer.

Buying my first home was a very smooth and easy experience. Lisa was always available whenever I needed her and helped me along the way. Mark, the construction manager has been phenomenal. Even after closing he is always available and very responsive!!

From the sales staff to the builder- all was great. Jake- who was in charge of building my home has the patience of JOB because I know I worried him to death but he wasn’t bothered . He explained everything and met my expectations on all points. I can honestly say this builder went beyond what others would do especially after closing thanks for everything!!

Despite having a delay of electricity/utilities installment (which was out Beazer's control) , I have no complaints regarding the process. The builder kept me informed every week on the progress of the house. Gary the salesman was also very helpful and genuine throughout the process.

I must say that I have had such a positive experience working with the Beazer staff. Ronnie was especially helpful by making sure I had a world class experience by being available at all times for questions and requests.

Do not trust that appliances will work just because they look new. Run each appliance through a complete cycle (especially washer & dryer) or to maximum capacity, as applicable. Damage to unit between closing and taking possession. Beazer makes it nearly impossible to deal with these issues. So many other complaints, but to be brief, do not expect service after the sale on warranties and other issues. Even though Beazer controls the HOA Board and hired a management firm, they will take no responsibility if there are typical but ignored HOA issues like pest infestation, access to units, important safety communications to homeowners, to name a few. ... I didn’t enjoy my home buying experience because the building of my home was not a great experience for me. I feel that the higher management should check more on the building of the homes so that some of these many mistakes can be alleviated. I was given 4 different Construction managers and I don’t think that helped my process. I would also suggest that if your representative completing the contract doesn’t know anything about how long it will take that they shouldn’t give any of that information. My home had issues that needed to be addressed and if someone was working behind the construction working they may have caught those items. I also suggest that the workers are watched I found several beer can n bottles at my site and I don’t think that’s a great look, actually my run had to be repaired and when they removed the tub skirtlet I found beer cans where they just sealed them into my home. I wasn’t very happy to see that so now I wonder what else could be inside my walls if that was until my tub. I am happy with my home but the process to get to the closing was not an enjoyable one. ... More

We are very happy with our new beautiful home. As any new house, ours had a few minor details that needed to be fixed after our closing. James from Beazer took care of every little thing that was needed and he always had a good attitude in helping us make our home perfect. He even took the time to make appointments and receive contractors on our behalf. We are very pleased with Beazer's post sale service.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the air conditioning system in this house. Despite the dimensions of the property, the air conditioning appears to be insufficient, it is annoying that we woke up every night sweating even though we set up the A/C @ 62 °F, and what is even worse we are in winter time I don’t want to imagine how it will get in summer. Upon examining the unit’s identification plate and the sizing chart, it is evident that the air conditioner should be twice its current size (current is 2 Tons, and according to the house dimensions should be 4 Tons). Unfortunately, this oversight has resulted in a $232 electricity bill, which is a serious concern. The electrical water heater that is installed in our house is not enough to take two showers at the same time. It’s annoying that my daughter cannot the a shower at the same time as us because the water gets cold, if the water heater would be the gas one this issue could be avoid. During our pre-construction meeting we requested to change the electrical water heater for a gas one but we were told that is not possible because the design of the house is to save energy, which we haven’t save anything with our current electrical bill. As a homeowner, I expected better attention to detail and proper sizing when it comes to essential systems like air conditioning. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a more comfortable living environment, as well as the water heater since we cannot use both showers at the same time because the water gets cold. Overall, good experience! I am dissatisfied with the unavailability of a built mailbox. It's inconvenient to retrieve my mail from the post office.
