Eric and Ken were both great in purchasing my first home! Ken was very easy to work with and was very clear and direct through out the process. Great communication, never misleading, and always followed up with any questions I had. Eric was very thorough in making sure everything was perfect on the house.The build was fantastic and the service after was even better. Also it meant a lot to me he sent out an informative text before our random “Houston freeze” to help me prepare. Never asked him to, but I’m thankful he did as I needed to help. Great experience couldn’t be happier!!

He is very patient and responding to our question very timely manner know his work very well. He was great help in overall to us since the day we had bought this house and moved in property. Till now whenever we need his help is responded back to us by text or call in a very timely manner and take care of his Homeowners request very seriously. Overall if i can give more than 5 stars we should recommended him with 10 stars of service.

We love our new home! We constantly hear from sales people, and associates of Beezer that the homes are well built, and we see that. Unfortunately, some contract people don't share the same values. We have several doors that are so misaligned that they squeak, chatter, or even won't close unless slammed. The later is the back door to the patio. Hinges are bent to accommodate the misalignment. I think a Beezer Quality rep should come out and look at this.

This was my first purchase through a builder. Great experience! Process was very clear and easy to follow. Build standards are clear and reasonable. Beazer Homes has a great team at Chamber Creek that support each other. All my requests were handled quickly and professionally.

My home buying experience with Beazer couldn’t have been short of extraordinary. Shalitha walked me through the entire experience. Being that this was my first purchase I was clueless to the process. But the handoff didn’t end after the deal was final. Matt my construction eyes came in and walked me through the construction process explaining all of my crazy questions. He never made me feel as if I was an issue to him. They truly treated me like family and with great respect. Thank you for this life long accomplishment in my life.

Tiffany in Beazer on-site sales was a terrific resource. She made herself available to us to view and re-view the homes were interested in, and gave us 100% of her time and attention. She helped make the homebuying process, as well as the mortgage selection, super smooth. Once we closed on the home, Matthew walked through with us and took care to explain not only the systems, but also the details on Warranty info, provided us with essential back-up paperwork and made sure we understood it. We had such a great experience working with Garrick throughout our entire home building and even after we closed on our home. He is super attentive to detail and eager to answer any questions or concerns that we have. And he takes his time to ensure that we understand how to use all features in the house maintain certain things for optimal performance. We purchased in Amira Tomball and were paired with an exceptional team. Our sales rep was extremely direct and informative, answered our questions honestly and we never felt mislead or misinformed. Our design center designer provided the perfect amount of opinions to help us select the perfect finishes for our home. Our construction project manager was hands down the best. Kept us informed every step of the way, and only missed his targeted deadline by 2 weeks (which in new construction is amazing!). Buying a new home is already a stressful process, and to add new construction increases that stress, but the team at Beazer did a fantastic job of not adding to that. Darren the builder really cares and adds a personal touch by being available to answer any and all concerns. His follow through is amazing and he ensures everything is addressed if it needs. He treated my home as if it was his own home!

Our new home and neighborhood are amazing! We knew we had found our dream home the first time we saw it. Timber Hallow is a conveniently located neighborhood and we absolutely love it here.

My choose of Beazer plan is the Hickory French Exterior. I was inspired, anxious and determined to purchase the home of my dream. Wasn't easy for me I have to sell my home in California, encountered hardship on selling it My Beazer home was finished and ready for walk through but my home in California was not sold yet.
