Had an awesome experience with Garrick. He was super helpful and transparent throughout the whole builder process. Even after closing Garrick and Brittany have both reached out and confirmed all appointments and making sure we have everything done.

Ben and Jake were incredible throughout the process. We loved it so much we convinced our family to move across the street to work with them too!

Starting off from the house walkthrough and even more during warranty period, Matt has been a great build manager as he's been following up every aspect to ensure my wife and I get the best experience with Beazer Homes. Matt has provided detailed information for every home feature and valuable insights so we can maintain our house up and running. Matt has been closely following up on the warranty fixes with the purpose to meet Beazer Home quality standards

We purchased an inventory home from Ashley. She is very patient and always responds our questions and address our concerns quickly. Also she is very professional from showing the property to negotiations and beyond. After we got home inspected, Josh took over and fixed pretty much all the defects pointed out by the inspector, and he even went extra mile so we can close on time. Overall a great experience.

We have had such a great experience with Beazer Homes. Everyone answered every question we had and was always there to help. Matthew and Tiffany made the process so smooth working along with us, our realtor, and our lender. Would highly recommend Beazer Home!

Overall very happy with everything!

I love and cherish my new home. I had a wonderful team. Phil was always helpful especially when I would get very worried(I’m definitely an overthinker, lol). Eric went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking. Even now Haley is making sure anything that may arise is taken care of. Thank you all!

Our home building experience was kind of rocky until David P took over as our construction manager. Once he took over it was awesome. He stayed on top of things and we are very pleased with the construction and outcome of our home

The sales person was very thorough and rook time to explain the complete process and timeline for completion of new construction. The Building superintendant was very good at updating me on construction progress.

Luz-Angela my Beazer sales counselor negotiated a great deal on a super upgraded home. All went smoothly, communication was on point as well as the buying and customer experience was top notch.

I think it’s wonderful! The quality of the materials is impressive, and I love the neighborhood vibe.

We had a great experience purchasing our home. Rick was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner during prior to close. If he didn’t have an answer, he was able to find someone who did! When we went to our walkthrough, we met with the builder, Josh, he was great! He has been very help prior to close and since after. Josh has great communication and has helped me with a few things since close. I have been very thankful to have such a great home buying experience with Beazer Homes.

As a first time home buyer it is a relief to know that you have a team working together to fix things in your new home. Ashley and Corbin have both gone out of their way to make sure the work has been done to your satisfaction.Their main goal is for you to love the home you purchased for years to come. Beazer Homes is fortunate to have such dedicated employees that care about the home owners. I hope this review gives them both credit for all that they do.

It’s no lie that there is no perfect experience buying a home; from issues securing a loan to some minor details with the construction. However, every individual I worked with was devoted to turn those matter into positive experiences; they always communicated and acted in a timely manner.

To be honest, I never heard of Beazer before but as soon as I walked into the model home I’ve been in love. The quality of the homes is top notch and the customer service is even better. Matt (Construction Manager) answered all my questions and is still available for my many questions months after moving in.

Great communication from start to finish on my home build process. Ronnie was very informative and proactively updated me on the progress of the build. If I had any concerns or issues, Ronnie clearly explained the situation to me and make sure everything was done right. Any issues identified in my inspection report were immediately addressed right away. I was treated with the upmost customer care from the construction manager.

Eric and Ken were both great in purchasing my first home! Ken was very easy to work with and was very clear and direct through out the process. Great communication, never misleading, and always followed up with any questions I had. Eric was very thorough in making sure everything was perfect on the house.The build was fantastic and the service after was even better. Also it meant a lot to me he sent out an informative text before our random “Houston freeze” to help me prepare. Never asked him to, but I’m thankful he did as I needed to help. Great experience couldn’t be happier!!

He is very patient and responding to our question very timely manner know his work very well. He was great help in overall to us since the day we had bought this house and moved in property. Till now whenever we need his help is responded back to us by text or call in a very timely manner and take care of his Homeowners request very seriously. Overall if i can give more than 5 stars we should recommended him with 10 stars of service.

We love our new home! We constantly hear from sales people, and associates of Beezer that the homes are well built, and we see that. Unfortunately, some contract people don't share the same values. We have several doors that are so misaligned that they squeak, chatter, or even won't close unless slammed. The later is the back door to the patio. Hinges are bent to accommodate the misalignment. I think a Beezer Quality rep should come out and look at this.

This was my first purchase through a builder. Great experience! Process was very clear and easy to follow. Build standards are clear and reasonable. Beazer Homes has a great team at Chamber Creek that support each other. All my requests were handled quickly and professionally.
