My experience was very good. I am an immigrant in this country and thanks to Beazer I can say that dreams come true. The construction team was actually great, they helped me a lot with the delivery times since I was urged to move because of my situation in my previous apartment. My 100% recommendation for beazer.

We had a great building experience with Beazer. We built in the middle of a pandemic but the communication and timeliness from the builder was still excellent. Our salesperson Corey was great to work with and our construction manager, Brad was awesome - he was great at keeping us up to date and treated the building process of our home like it was his own. We love our new home and we're so thankful we had an awesome team.

We are just delighted with our new Beazer home in Amira. The entire process was smooth and professional. We always knew what stage of construction our house was in because we received weekly emails from the project manager!

What first drew me to Beazer was the floor plans and the ability to have a couple of layout options included with the price of the house. I was lucky enough to get Amore in the sales office who sold me not just on the house but on the Beazer quality. In my due diligence I went to a couple other builders and the experience was not even close. Amore also gave me some good ‘quality’ questions to ask the other builders. Their responses made me realize Beazer will be the best value. During the build process both Amore and Tyler kept me up to date on the process with frequent updates. During each builder meeting Tyler was able to explain the process of what was happening and what will be next. He also welcomed any and all questions that I had. I bought my Beazer home in February of 2021. I still lived in Florida until closing. Shelly and Troy were more than amazing. They answered every phone call, text and email promptly from how do I get cable to will this size refrigerator fit in my kitchen. They are genuine and are definitely an asset to the Beazer team. They were great to work with and I am so happy with my Beazer purchase because of them.

Michelle Davis Guided me every step of the way threw out my new home being built she took videos of my new Beazer Home and showed me, I liked that so very much… she also took me to Best Buy to help me purchase my washer and dryer that was so nice of Michelle also I love my new Beazer Home

This was a great, easy experience from start to finish. Everyone knew what they were doing and were very patient and friendly. I feel I got more than my money's worth with this home. The qual;ity is excellent.

The communication from the builder to the construction supervisor was great.

I want to thank Troy and Shelley for all their hard work in making the process of building a new home a better experience. Troy always reassured me that he would correct any issues or concerns I had, and he did just that. Shelley always kept me informed and explained the process as well, which made things run smoothly. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely build with Beazer. I highly recommend Beazer Homes.

Throughout the building process, our sales rep and our construction manager stayed in regular contact and addressed any questions and concerns we had promptly. We could tell that they truly cared that our home was being built to the highest standards and that we were happy with the process.

While the build process took longer than anticipated, our building manager was helpful, informative and responsive during the entire process. I really felt like he cared about us and our new home.

This is the home I’ve dreamed about for so long. I can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of my new Beazer home. Michelle, my sales rep went above and beyond communicating with me every step of the way. I wasn’t always able to make it out to see my home while it was being built but Michelle sent me a video every week with all of the new progress and I cherish those memories to this day. As a first time home buyer, Beazer made the process very easy and informative. My representative, Ali, communicated with me through every step of the way and worked to make sure every need was met as far as designing and building my home!

Over we had a great experience with purchasing our home and love our home. Curtis and Brain was really helpful answering all our questions and keeping us updated. What I’m not pleased about is the finishing of our home. The paint job, caulking, and overall cleaning of the home for turnover was disappointing. We had of lots paint drips throughout house and even with taping for final run serval times, items were not addressed, however Brian said he will send painters back in to retouch items that may have been seen at the final walkthrough as well as touch up any scuff marks through the moving process. ... Our builder, Troy R., was absolutely amazing! His attention to detail and his willingness to listen to us with concerns was so appreciated. Our sales associates were awesome as well. One of them, Nicole L., even remained in contact with us throughout our building process, even though she was transferred to a different neighborhood.

Very interesting and easy process

From start to finish the beazer sales, design and construction team were amazing. Never missed a beat with updating us regarding progress and updates. Couldn't be happier with our new home.

We had a very positive experience building our home. Shelley and Troy communicated consistently and went out of their way to resolve any issues that came up. We had minimal delays but when we did it was obvious that Troy did everything he could to keep making progress on the home. Troy also welcomed our 3rd party inspector and made sure all of his concerns were addressed. All throughout the building process and after closing we have had all of our concerns resolved in a timely manner.
