The sales representative was very patience during negotiations and bargaining stage. He kept in touch with us with updates regarding the construction.

After our first month in our Beazer Duets townhome, we couldn’t be more pleased. The features, decor and top notch build quality have made for a beautiful home that hits the mark for both form and function. The service and responsiveness to any questions or concerns have been met with prompt replies and excellent customer care.

I had a good experience buying the home after having to fight for some changes. However, after the purchase, there were people coming around to pressure me into using them for home, car Insurance and security system that were affiliated with Beazer. As a recently widowed woman, this was all very stressful for me. I felt pressured to go with these companies, and since then have had issues with them and cancelled services. I do not recommend people coming around to pressure homeowners to buy their services.

We had a great experience with our sales agent, Alex, and continue to have great support from Beazer Homes due to Micah. He has handled a few "hiccups" discovered after our move in, expeditiously. Very good experience overall!

We purchased a home already being built. We loved the selections and didn’t have to wait very long. Ken helped us in the beginning and throughout the buying process. Will made sure our house was perfect to move in and even checked on us after move in. He was Very quick to fix things that needed attention.

We love our new home and the neighborhood. We had several small issues that Mr. Brian and John had repaired/fixed. We are overall satisfied with our purchase!

Both helped me very professionally and patiently throughout my closing experience and move in.

Since the first day I visit one of the model's Homes, the experience was great! Jason, it was pretty knowledgeable and professional. the Building material and infrastructure of the homes are top-notch. especially the home insulation is the latest in technology. after the sale Jason and Beazer follow throughed with some concerns I had with the home, everything was corrected and fixed.

Chris went above and beyond in preparing my home for move-in and making sure that I was completely satisfied. I love my new home and this was a very nice, easy experience for me. I appreciate all that he did to make this an easy transition into my new home.

Every time i ask for something to be fixed. They are on it so fast. So nice a respectful. I love my house.

From the follow up after our first visit to the neighborhood to Donnie making sure everything was ready at the house for our closing day - we had an amazing experience. At first it was a little hard to believe Beazer had put together a team that really cared about getting things done right the first time, and then actually followed through with accomplishing what they promised to get done for us. All new construction has detail flaws that need corrected. Our contact, Brady, was outstanding in his follow up with the sub-contractors and thoroughly kept us updated.

Jason was helpful and had good communication with me. But the construction schedule and wait was difficult. I could not understand that I was the second to last house finished in my section. As my house was a one story, and 14 more lots were sold after I purchased mine. It was very difficult to the timing of completion. As I have cancer and was going through a divorce and needed the house to live in.

Shelley and John have walked us and helped us through the process and took there time explaining everything making multiple trips to help us do to my job! But now 1 month in, paint is bubbling and chipping off on the outside of the house, and the warranty guy is not helping at all with the problem. Door handles are falling off and the painted our house with the wrong color and they said they will come and fix it when we see spots of the other color and have only came once. And did not get everything we had marked.

Our experience was amazing. Everyone we came in contact with answered all of our questions. Information that was given to us so extremely helpful. The whole process was easy and enjoyable…

Within the first month of the house it was nothing but problem after problems. Once inside of the home the problems start with my concrete no being properly power washed and fence already being broken. A couple weeks after that a pipe broke on the causing the drain the get clog and having every bathroom having water rising but the bathtub, toilet, and shower. We call to have the warranty cover all of it but has been almost two weeks and the job still isn’t done and after all that’s done the carpet will have to be replaced because of the plumbing issues. In the mist of repair all of that the garage continues to be an issue this is the third time now we have complained about the garage not being able to work. So far it has been the first home purchase I have done and honestly makes me regret ever buying a beaver home. ... More

The house is nice in all, but the floor is squeaking upstairs, they repaired it but after it still squeaks. They put the wrong dishwasher, I haven’t notice before and now I don’t know if they will replace it.

From start to finish Beazer Homes has you covered. They walk you thru step by step not missing a beat to make the process of buying smooth. They go above and beyond to make sure this life event is a happy one you will remember for ever. But wait it doesn't stop after your closing day, Beazer Homes continously check up on you to make sure your quality home is up to your standards after moving day. The warranties that come with the house is exceptional, simply call or email in to customer service and the problem is resolved in under a week. Great work from a thoughtful builder.

We had a great experience building a home with Beazer. Our builder, Ruben, frequently communicated updates on the status of our home and upcoming milestones. We’re excited to have moved in. The neighborhood continues to grow and we look forward to many years in our Beazer home.

The build processes was quick and painless. JB was all over everything we needed to be done and kept us updated every step of the way. He is super busy all of the time but will always make time for you when you need him.

Didn’t like how they used white caulk everywhere, especially outside on brown brick.

I especially enjoyed the ability to visit multiple times and ask questions pertaining to the building process and technical aspects of the various interior appliances. I continue to adjust to the different heating and tankless systems; the team has been very responsive to all questions and concerns. I suggest placing a light above the bathroom mirror in the second bathroom as it is difficult to apply facial makeup without this lighting. I have also added towel bars and towel rings to both bathrooms for convenience. It would be convenient to have a wider driveway as it is difficult to fit a truck and a car at the same time. ... More

My Beazer experience and move-in has been amazing. The Builder has been more than accomodating, quick to respond and extremely helpful as needed. I would highly recommend a Beazer home!
