We love our new home!

We started the process with Beazer in January, they finished the house end of May. We have been in the house going on 2 months and have not yet run into any structural issues or issues with the house at all. Beazer was always transparent and answered all of our questions promptly. We had repairs that needed to be made after closing and they got them all done in 2 weeks or less. I feel they genuinely care about your experience as a homebuyer, and about delivering a quality build. I trust Beazer as an exceptional homebuilder.

Just simply amazing. Our experience with Amira and Beazer, from Bryan, at the sales end, to Nathan at the building end was simply amazing. We had a great experience and all of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion and thoroughly.

We purchased our new home from Beazer in May 2020. Overall, we are happy with the home we built, the location, neighbors, and the overall build quality. The sales counselor Sandy and the construction manager Ronnie were both great people to work with.

All went relatively smoothly from start to finish and that was unexpected considering all the stories you hear about others who have had homes built. Beazer even finished the job almost a month early. There was a great deal of attention to detail and lots of thoughtful interaction along the way. Our home is very well built, our utility bills are extraordinarily low and there were lots of options for upgrades but most came standard (i.e. Hunter Sprinkler System). It has been a month and our fix list was short, but taken care of in less than a week (most minor aesthetic in nature). When looking for a new home do not get wowed by the builders name. Thinking you have seen the name So they must be good. Look at the construction. Look at all the details in the construction and how it’s built. My wife and I almost made a mistake with another builder. Then we saw a Beazer home. Walked through a new construction and right away new this was the builder we needed to build our forever home. We have and will continue to recommend Beazer to our friends and family.

These are just the best built homes I've ever seen. So glad I bought one.

We had a great experience with Beazer from sales, design to construction. The home is of great quality and energy efficient. An added bonus to the spray foam insulation is the outside noise reduction. We are quite pleased and would definitely recommend Beazer.

We purchased an inventory home in March in the Morgan's Landing development. Everything in the home is perfect. My wife and I are very pleased with the amenities that came with the home. It is the perfect size for us and the location is excellent. I love coming home to this house. The only complaint I have is the landscaper did not put the same level of attention to detail the builder put into the home. The sod in the yard is very uneven. Something that could be taken care of by rolling the ground before sod is laid or even after the sod is laid. In addition I keep finding construction debris buried in the yard. Just the other day as I was mowing I saw a piece of metal protruding from the ground. When I pulled it up it turned out to be a 2 1/2 to 3 foot long piece of metal used to stake retaining barriers around the yard. Now as the grass thickens and time passes the yard will smooth out, still this is an Attention to detail item that should not be overlooked. Overall Beazer has been very responsive and great to work with. Everyone from the salesman to the construction supervisor are great. You expect to find little things wrong after you move in.
