Jason and Jake kept us informed every step of the way, either good or bad news. They were very responsive with any questions or issues. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided the hurricane shutters.

Our experience from beginning to end was very smooth and what we liked the most was the open communication and availability of Beazer and the builder to answer all our questions during the process. Highly recommended!

Buying with Beazer was a good experience. Our salesperson helped us thru the process and worked with us and the lender to have everything ready by our move in date. The cloaing date was actually earlier than was first set which was helpful since we needed to move in immediately! The closing crew at the house has been amazing and has helped us in getting to know our new housr as well as finishing up the final touches to our project. Great experience overall, the house is good quality and we have enjoyed is this far.

Very easy sales experience. Shelley was very knowledgeable and flexible to make this transaction happen. The buying experience was fun. We loved the home and especially liked the availability of “inventory homes” nearing completion and move-in.

My closing date was pushed up by 2 months, and the way I was supposedly notified was via email. Finally Beazers salesman called me to let me know I was in a violation of my contract ( because I haven't locked an interest rate in), and that's how I found out. The product that produced was good, but the hassle with it all had me wanting to backout at least 3 times during the process.

Our buyer experience was amazing! We had our project manager switched about a month before closing and Phillip exceeded our expectations! He addressed every concern we had and has even called to check up on us and our home after closing!

Buying process with Amore at Beazer was smooth! I admit that I had concerns because of the negative reviews that I had read but dealing with Amore, our builder, has been pleasant. He actually has gone above and beyond with minor request AFTER the closing of our home when we should have been calling the warranty dept. I have and will continue to tell people about our great experience.

Our project manager Merl is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he genuinely cares about the people he's building for and takes pride in his work. We had quite a few blemishes on the house with certain things not working they way they're supposed to or small things not being finished, but over all our experience was extremely positive. Beazer provides a lot of bang for buck in the quality of their home builds. I would happily recommend any house Merl is working on to any person who asks.

I like most of the floor plans, with spacious and bright living spaces. They are also functional, practical, and convenient with all features, and appliances equipped.

Our Beazer home buying experience went very smoothly. First with Jason in the sales department to visiting the design center where some selections were made to the actual build process with Matthew our superintendent. Our house was completed on time by the scheduled date. Overall everyone was great to work with and the overall experience was great

Everything was great throughout our entire process!

There were a couple of statements made about our lot and the fence in the back that were very important to us and turned out to be untrue. The build took 8 months from start to finish which cost us a lot of money due to rising interest rates. I took too long and there was no relief on the asking price. Overall construction was not what I expected af a home as expensive as this one and the insulation they speak so highly of has not lowered out electric bills anywhere near what they said it would. They have been very responsive on the smaller items that needed to be fixed after move in. ... More

My wife and I have done a few of these already and our experience with Beazer Homes hasn't changed. I will never build again and I will never buy a Beazer Home. From the beginning everything was poorly managed and no line of communication was ever established with how our build was progressing. The only time that we got a call was when we did one of these surveys expressing how "P" iss poor things have been managed and lack of communication we were receiving. Overall my buying experience with Beazer Homes is extremely poor! I wouldn't recommend buying from Beazer to my friends or family.

The overall experience was satisfactory. There were/are concerning issues; interior and exterior build quality (minor) and quality assurance related to interior design selections (moderate). The responsiveness of the Beazer Team has been exceptional, both construction manager and customer service. We love and are enjoying our new home. We are thankful we chose Beazer Homes and Bluewater Lakes.

My home is beautifully built, with good quality materials. My builder provided me with a weekly progress update and opportunities for a guided tour throughout the construction process.

Amira is a great subdivision and Beazer has some great amenities in there home offerings

Donnie has been absolutely wonderful from the start; he has been helpful in making sure that everything was perfect in our new home and continues to ensure that we are happy and he is always willing to answer questions. I not only consider him a great builder but a good friend !

Realtor/ Sales Assoc wasn't completely honest and inclusive. The rest of the process was perfect!!
