Great house. Stays cool. Great buying experience.

We loved the idea of a duplex where the lawn was taken care of, all we did was live. I had some concerns about the noise level from a neighbor separated by a wall, but I saw the sound proofing methods used and knew that it would be a quiet house. Everyone was helpful from the sales to the closing. I love the value and comfort of the house and know that we will spend many happy years living in our wonderful new home.

5 star rating. Beazer Homes delivers a timely well built home. The sales and building process were not stressful due to the good communication skills of the sales force and builders.

Will the builder and Val the sales expert and truly both experts at their jobs! They were so helpful before the move and continue to answer our questions and help in the process of moving. We were in our home for over forty years and these two young people have really helped!

Beazer made the entire home buying experience very easy and were beyond willing to work with extenuating circumstances .

First time home buyer here, I would recommend you go see Bryan in the Amira community, he made the whole experience simple and painless as I know someone buying in another non Beazer community that is having a horrible experience.

Bought home in TX while living in Eden Prairie, MN. The Beazer team took on every concern from afar as if the team were going to buy the home. My proxy home inspector was very impressed with the response to indicated problems. After move in there have been no followup issues for Beazer to correct. Impressive. I note may homes under construction in the neighborhood are Beaser homes and neighbors are happy with their homes also.

The decision to downsize was easier once we saw the beautiful floor plans available. We attended the weekly open houses at the Design Center and had all of our upgrades in mind before our appointment to choose selections. Our builder Kevin communicated with us several times a week and we felt very involved during the entire building process. He also delivered our beautiful home on time, perfectly in sync with the estimated timeline. Even our private home inspector we use when building told us Beazer builds a solid home.
