Working with Jason and Beazer was super stress-free and a great process. Buying a home is never an easy or light task, but working with the staff and builders with this group made it just that much easier. From concept to closing, we were always updated with what was going on, documents required, and processes needed to get into our new home. We never waited on Beazer during the closing process which was very much appreciated.

My experience with Beazer home was nothing less then perfection! Brandon Basilio was very direct, honest and was there every step of there way from explaining how the whole process works from start to finish. He helped us choose the perfect home for me and my family at the price range we were looking for! You see, I thought I knew what I wanted but after Brandon spoke to us getting to know us a bit he knew exactly the perfect house for me and my family. He even showed me the comparison between them and the other builders and what is the main difference and I was blown away! Brandon would even contact me on his day off to make sure everything was going as planned and I was staying pleased with them. Beazer home REALLY cares about the customer and building great quality homes. When I met with Ruben (the builder) he was very polite and straight forward with how the house was going to be built and updated me every week with fresh new updates about my home and the progress that was done. He has years of building experience so after speaking with him picking his brain a little because I also grew up building house but he knew what he was talking about so that made me feel secure that my home is in good hands. He would also alert me if something was suppose to be done on a certain day and if it wasn't he would call me personally to explain why something didn't go as planned but assured me it would get done. I was very impressed and pleased with the experience beazer home gave me while the process of building my home. Beazer finished my home ahead of schedule surprising me with an earlier move in date! Me and my family love our home, we love the neighborhood it is still growing. Now I see the new recreation center they are building with the new sidewalks and street lights making the area look just more beautiful. We couldn't be any happier. Thank you Beazer homes. Chris is Awesome! He is very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about his job and keeps the buyer in the loop every step of the way while addressing all your questions and concerns. I’m giving a 4 star because there are other members of the team with whom I had a not so great experience with.

The process was better than expected; Audra and Will were customer service-focused. They spent lots of time showing us all the home's features, explaining the warranty and what is available. Each is knowledgeable and responsive. A home is a significant purchase, and we are thankful we bought from Beazer!

The builder kept me up to date on all items and issues. During the construction of our home. Chris and Pam were courteous and helpful, and continues to answer any questions after closing. I would recommend Beazer Homes for both the customer service and quality of the homes.

Chris did a great job throughout the whole process. We had a couple of delays with product (Supply Chain) and he kept us up to date with weekly phone calls. Chris did a great job of explaining the process in the very beginning which was very helpful.

We appreciate all the team has done. We love our new home and have made lots of recommendations to friends for Beazer.

Highly recommended, our home looks incredible, it was made with high quality materials, they took care of every detail and even after the house is delivered they are still aware of every detail or concern that I may have. If you are thinking of purchasing a home, Beazer is the ideal company!

Ruben was great at communicating with us every week up until our closing date. Very happy with our first home!

Brady has been absolutely amazing. He always is friendly and ready to help with anything that we have asked. It is nice to know that there are people out there that care about doing a good job. Beazer is lucky to have such a great employee!!

In consideration of supply issues, it took 1 year to complete the build/purchase of my home. Back and forth issues with sales team, I thought we were past the headaches, however, now that we’re in, and have warranty concerns, the headaches are back! Although some concerns were quickly addressed, the landscape, drainage to be specific, is an absolute nightmare. I’ve provided photos, videos (with time/date stamps)verbal, and written communication, including concerns notates in an inspection report, it seems they’re doing all possible to avoid correcting even after it was suggested French drains be added to correct the situation. They push a “48 hours of standing water” “”that’s our policy.” I’ve provided information that is over 120 hours to their warranty rep, yet the excuses continue. Proof is standing water, visual from their 3rd party reps viewing standing water, and they still do not want to make it right. 3 inspections, a hideous looking yard, front and back, I’m told what Beazer is doing is a favor. Unbelievable words to hear. It appears they would rather jeopardize my home, the value, a safety zone for my children and allow the issue to grow vs addressing in timely and honorable fashion. Poor business practice to say the least and not what I expected from a reputable builder like Beazer ... More

I would like to thank Tiffany and Sean for helping to make a very frustrating situation much easier to handle. They were awesome and I consider them friends. Tiffany was outstanding in guiding me through the buying process and keeping me apprised of updates as warranted. Her cheerful/positive attitude gave me assurance that the buying process was under control. Sean was very accommodating and available to talk to me about my concerns. If he didn't know the answer he found out in a timely manner. If I asked for a change he was accommodating. One concern is in Beazer Corps. lack of quality oversight. Yes these are interesting times we are living in and it shows in the quality of the product produced. When one pays $350K+ for a new home, one expects a better product. The glaring issues upon closing were brought to Beazer and have been resolved. There have been, however, so many small details namely the less than stellar cleaning of the house prior to closing. I personally scrubbed, on my hands and knees, every inch of my tile floor in an effort to remove the copious amounts of paint and grout splattered all over the floor. Frustrating but done. There are numerous other small items that I'm just making the minor repairs myself. Another concern is that there seems to be a total lack of authority in holding the contractors accountable for their substandard work. It seems that the contractors hold the upper hand, bad work and all. The amount of re-work having to be done is mind boggling. It's a shame but it is what it is. I love the Highlands community and am excited to see it grow. If I had it to do all over again I would more than likely look at other builders. ... More

One word to describe the Location, Amenities, Floor Plans, Flood Safety, Affordability, Local Community retail and services = Great However...Disappointing but not disqualifiers were: lack of personal customization and a highly restrictive condo association.

The entire process was extremely easy from start to finish. The initial meeting with Brandon went over how Beazer homes were built and what they include. The included items were things that we were planning to get any way. The builder Donnie has been very responsive to any issues we find. So far the issues have been minor.

The house is beautiful but some of the work that was done is unacceptable and rushed. I'm glad there is a good warranty or I would be very dissatisfied.

Jacob was very attentive and personalized my experience. He was very customer focused in ensuring that I understood the process and the steps necessary to progress me to closing. His responses were prompt and his personality was an added perk. He is an awesome representation of the Beazer brand and made this process seamless for me.
