The experience has been nothing but amazing. Ryan is the greatest. If it werent for him helping me through this entire home building process, I'd honestly be lost. He been nothing but a wealth of knowledge, genuine care, and a complete pleasure to work with. His communication is a tiers above the rest. Take absolute pride in his work. I’m a Realtor and have sold many Beazer Homes over the years both individually and as part of a team. Overall the experiences have been positive and I liked the build quality for the money, so when it came time to build our 3rd new construction home, it seemed like a solid choice. Overall the process was extremely disappointing and caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and financial hardships (closed on the 4th attempt). There were too many issues to explain in detail and many issues remain unresolved. I do give 2 stars only because their customer service team has done a decent job of ...

For the most part things went fairly smooth. There were some pretty big mess ups in the beginning but they were corrected quickly. Waited a long time (2 months) for windows but that wasn't the builders fault. The trim paint is pretty sloppy but other than that i did get a beautiful home.

Even though other areas of the home buying process were stressful, working with Beazer was like a breath of fresh air. Our builder Merlin helped lift so much stress and weight off our shoulders! He consistently gave us updates while also answering any question we asked and made sure to explain EVERYTHING so thoroughly and as many times as needed! I’ve had a very good experience with buying and living in my new house. Everyone has been extremely helpful even during the warranty process. I can’t complaint at all. The project managers and sales person are still engage with me even after the closing.
