Overall you will get a nicely built home. The foam installation really helps and there are great options and plans. It's a journey and nothing is perfect but Beazer will do what they can and take care of everything. Jason, Rich, Jacob and Danielle were great

We had such a great experience with our builder KC and Sandy ! They were with us the whole way ! Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our process as easy as it could have been ! Great team work guys ! My husband and I appreciate you !

Our experiance was not the best. Our house was still be worked on as we were closing. Our AC zone system was backwards, my electric bill was 500.00. The selling point for us was the sprayfoam insulation. We are still waiting for painters. Just yesterday we had to do a warranty job in our house for our ac because it was not cooling properly. they had to cut our sheetrock out to look at the ac. There were some parts of the ducts that were bent and caused the house not to cool the way it should. We have water sitting on one side of the yard and thats due to sprinklers since there isnt any rain. They put french drains on one side but not the other. It needs it on the other side. The communication through out the whole build is lacking between Beazer and the customer. All in all buying a Beazer home does not make me want to work with Beazer in the future. ... More

This was our second Beazer home and while the house came out as beautiful as we imagined, we can definitely tell the quality isn’t the same as our last home. We purchased our first Home in the Amira subdivision in January of 2020 and immediately noticed the quality of work. We purchased this home knowing we would most likely live in it for a few years and then sell. We ended up loving the community and Beazer product so much that we decided to find a property in a cul de sac in the same subdivision that we could build our dream home on. We started the process in October of 2021 and where told our home would be ready in May (which it was). Living in the neighborhood afforded us the opportunity to check on the build almost daily. There were several times that I had to point out that something they installed was not what we thought we where getting i.e we paid for the stone fire place a $12,000 upgrade and they installed the basic fire place( corrected after the fact) we paid for an outlet in the pantry and it was forgotten until we asked about it. When we started noticing issues like this it got us worried that the builder was missing other little details if we were catching big things like this. We have lived in the home for almost 2 months and there are places missing drywall, the outdoor ceiling fans had to be moved because the door would hit one of them when it was on, the entire media room door frame had to be removed and reinstalled because it was just awful and very poorly installed, even our superintendent David said he was embarrassed by that. We are still waiting for our oven and microwave to come in and be installed. We have a loaner oven in the mean time, and I understand the supply chain issues aren’t Beazer fault and I’m okay with that, however knowing a round about time would be helpful. After paying $600,000 on a home it should be almost perfect, I realize every home has small issues but I feel as though our first Beazer home was just built to a higher standard. We love our home and are still happy we chose to move but are a little disappointed that the standards have dropped for Beazer. ... More

The purchase process was quick and enjoyable in a market littered with frustrations. Tiffany kept my wife and I informed and answered any questions or concerns that we had throughout. John and the construction team have also been top notch.

We chose to call Amira home because of Beazer. For starters, the sales team was on top of our needs and bent over backwards to put together a home & options package that not only was in our budget but was still customizable as we found Amira to be one of the few neighborhoods where you could still go to a design center under $500k. They also we're able to answer all our questions concerning pricing, availability and design. There were many sales agents we spoke to in other communities that gave us the "idk" treatment so this was a welcomed comfort realized up to and through the contract phase. Concerning construction, we couldn't of asked for a better manager than Ryan. He was on top of our project from beginning to end and was able to stay in contact with me multiple times per week giving sometimes daily updates to the progress. We built a home with another builder in the past and they didn't come close to the thoroughness of Ryan's communication. I want to stress that you can buy a house with any builder but the people at Beazer have helped make our house a home that we're proud of. ... More

I can’t say enough about Michelle and Matthew during my home building process. They both were in constant communication with me with all updates, scheduling, and yes , sometimes delays. The best part was getting pictures through email on the progress of my home, it was so exciting! I am in my home now and loving it!!

My experience with Beazer Builder's Team was exciting. I do want to recognize Mr. Richard and team for staying on top of things. I felt like a Queen! I love my New Home & the Excellent Community.

All in all our experience was good with the construction manager -Josh and Pam our Beezer representative. If we had questions they were very responsive and followed up with an answer.

Really happy with our home. Due to covid supply shortage, we did move in later than anticipated. However we are happy with the house considering the circumstances! The lender was great, very friendly and helpful in explaining all the basics for us first time home buyers. The spray foam insulation has been amazing with our electrical bills! Easily half that of my family and friends who are living in a 1970s home. Will recommend spray foam to all my coworkers looking for an energy efficient home.

I was very excited to buy my new home and had and inspector to make sure everything was working and I was satisfied that sus pass my expectations

It was bumpy at first and timing was delayed due to material insufficiency and so on. But overall moving in to our new home was amazing. Contractor put in every effort and work very had to get us into our home and a lot of appreciation goes to him (Kevin), kept us well informed and up to date and made sure we were able to close with no hiccups. Overall we love our home and lovely experience with Beazer homes.

All was great. Length of build was a little more lengthy than expected. Turquoise was awesome from start to finish and once we got Rich as our builder, it was over. Rich really help us

Beazer stole us from Taylor Morrison thanks to Thuan. Thuan was amazing from the beginning and even now that we have been in our Beazer home for 2 months. Jake on the other hand was not pleasant to work with. From making excuses, lying, no communication like the paperwork said, to not Mentioning even the hiccups in building. Also with issues that were addressed that were never fixed and now us having to put in work orders to get them done even when we asked about them before closing. This is why I gave 3 stars. I recommend family and friends to Beazer but not deal with Jake but to try and get someone else. ... More

The home is beautiful and the quality of the materials is good. But you need to stay on top of the small details towards the end of the build as they are moving very quickly through all these builds and no one pays attention to the little things like yourself. Also check the furnishings against the what you have selected. Items can be easily missed. Associates are friendly and helpful.
