The purchase process was quick and enjoyable in a market littered with frustrations. Tiffany kept my wife and I informed and answered any questions or concerns that we had throughout. John and the construction team have also been top notch.

We chose to call Amira home because of Beazer. For starters, the sales team was on top of our needs and bent over backwards to put together a home & options package that not only was in our budget but was still customizable as we found Amira to be one of the few neighborhoods where you could still go to a design center under $500k. They also we're able to answer all our questions concerning pricing, availability and design. There were many sales agents we spoke to in other communities that gave us the "idk" treatment so this was a welcomed comfort realized up to and through the contract phase. Concerning construction, we couldn't of asked for a better manager than Ryan. He was on top of our project from beginning to end and was able to stay in contact with me multiple times per week giving sometimes daily updates to the progress. We built a home with another builder in the past and they didn't come close to the thoroughness of Ryan's communication. I can’t say enough about Michelle and Matthew during my home building process. They both were in constant communication with me with all updates, scheduling, and yes , sometimes delays. The best part was getting pictures through email on the progress of my home, it was so exciting! I am in my home now and loving it!!

My experience with Beazer Builder's Team was exciting. I do want to recognize Mr. Richard and team for staying on top of things. I felt like a Queen! I love my New Home & the Excellent Community.

All in all our experience was good with the construction manager -Josh and Pam our Beezer representative. If we had questions they were very responsive and followed up with an answer.

Really happy with our home. Due to covid supply shortage, we did move in later than anticipated. However we are happy with the house considering the circumstances! The lender was great, very friendly and helpful in explaining all the basics for us first time home buyers. The spray foam insulation has been amazing with our electrical bills! Easily half that of my family and friends who are living in a 1970s home. Will recommend spray foam to all my coworkers looking for an energy efficient home.

I was very excited to buy my new home and had and inspector to make sure everything was working and I was satisfied that sus pass my expectations

It was bumpy at first and timing was delayed due to material insufficiency and so on. But overall moving in to our new home was amazing. Contractor put in every effort and work very had to get us into our home and a lot of appreciation goes to him (Kevin), kept us well informed and up to date and made sure we were able to close with no hiccups. Overall we love our home and lovely experience with Beazer homes.

Beazer stole us from Taylor Morrison thanks to Thuan. Thuan was amazing from the beginning and even now that we have been in our Beazer home for 2 months. Jake on the other hand was not pleasant to work with. From making excuses, lying, no communication like the paperwork said, to not Mentioning even the hiccups in building. Also with issues that were addressed that were never fixed and now us having to put in work orders to get them done even when we asked about them before closing. This is why I gave 3 stars. I recommend family and friends to Beazer but not deal with Jake but to try and get someone else. ... More

The home is beautiful and the quality of the materials is good. But you need to stay on top of the small details towards the end of the build as they are moving very quickly through all these builds and no one pays attention to the little things like yourself. Also check the furnishings against the what you have selected. Items can be easily missed. Associates are friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience with beazer homes and most of all with our builder Kc. He was always available for us when we needed him, regardless of the time. We really appreciate everything he has done for us and for our beautiful home we have now. We have had no issues with our home. KC is one of a kind because he still checks up on us and makes sure we are having no issues. To this day, he is still actively available for us even though he finished our home almost 3 months ago. We thank you KC and beazer homes for everything you all have done for us and our dream home.

This is my first home buying experience. Of course i went with a great recommendation from my friend on choosing Beazer homes, Apparently they had a very good experience and build quality which pushed my interest in pursuing my purchase experience with Beazer. The sales was very good, very high expectations and had a smiling welcome. The build plan didn't start for 3 months and then slowly it moved inches and inches to get to a decent level. It took over all 12 months to complete a 3500 sq feet home. The builder had to give so many reasons for not completing the project on time. Design studio was excellent, compared to many other builders Beazer has an advantage of giving you options but it comes with high cost. I did get a hand full of upgrade in my home. Then the builder construction manager left the company in the middle of the project and provide me with a challenging builder. I had to follow up for every single task on hand to get him to complete the home. The most frustrating part was the closing date got postponed 4 times officially and 1 time unofficially. They dragged to the end to make my life miserable, i lost interest in enjoying into a new home moving. The worst comes next, due to poor quality they had to re-do painting for entire home and caused multiple delays, still now there are items that were promised to be done within 30 days has things unfinished. Now i call the supervisor, he would not pick up the call nor return the call back. Ultimatum- Called the warranty for any issues t home, registered a warranty complaint on window latch lock damaged. Its been more than a month i did my warranty claims, no one answered me nor checked on the issue. I have to pay money from my pocket to fix the issue as my family safety is my priority. Hopeless and careless administration and no customer empathy for the staffs who worked on my project. They were all keen on making money but not building the dream home of a hard working human. I would not recommend or buy another home from Beazer due to these poor and pathetic culture they have as a company. Some may disregard to read my entire summary of feedback. However there were some positives of this builder. When you put a feedback, they valued it and reached back to me to resolve it. The only way i could make my concerns heard was through the feedback.
