My experience of buying a new condo was breezy and delightful overall. Ali was so helpful from the beginning of our journey and is till now as well. I would ask him any questions with doubt and he would be right there answer back to me right away. The communication we have has been just outstanding and comforting. And Richard is another person we have been relied on heavily, very professional. We are very satisfied with Beazer Homes and we have been telling our experience with our friends and family.

The construction team was great. They were very meticulous and thorough during every phase of the house. The quality and standard of construction is very high. What is a upgrade in the plan for a lot of builders was standard for ours. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our house.

All in all great experience. Some small, but super inconvenient issues occurred. We were never told we didn’t get an garage auto lift and no fridge. We even chose a fridge at design center. No one ever mentioned anything about the garage lift. Didn’t even know that was a thing

We love our house and the location. We were however disappointed in the shape of the house at closing. While the work on the exception list was completed, the house was not clean and the finishing trims were sloppy and not addressed. There is paint and caulk on our tile, the trim painting is very poor and messy. Our upgraded sink was used to wash enamel paint by the painters. It still has stains. Our concrete on our driveway has damage from work vehicles. The irrigation system had 4 buried sprinkler heads we found. The house next to ours is higher and water drainage is an issue. There ...

Low quality in construction, lack of professionalism with construction manager and inspector of craftmanship. We had significant problems with drywall on ceiling & walls. Hot water heater does not get as hot as expected. The washer & dryer models in our closing docs did not match the actual washer & dryer...so the pedestals we ordered did not work.

I didn’t feel that my sales counselor was there for me through the process however Jake made up for it in every way. He was the builder but was giving me frequent updates directly since he understand my frustration with my sales counselor. He went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time and I don’t think it would have happened without him. Thank you for everything Jake!

We built in a challenging time, despite all of the obstacles we still closed in time. Overall we are happy with our home the 5 months we’ve been here. We do feel like the craftsmanship could’ve been better for the prices of these homes. Some things I wish we would’ve saw/noticed during our blue tape walkthrough but lesson learned on our part. Building was an experience I don’t think I would do again….
