All in all great experience. Some small, but super inconvenient issues occurred. We were never told we didn’t get an garage auto lift and no fridge. We even chose a fridge at design center. No one ever mentioned anything about the garage lift. Didn’t even know that was a thing

Quality construction home with top notch builder who addressed any concern or issue in a timely manner. Only negative was conflicting information/lack of clarity on the home specs and features from the sales team. Overall good experience.

For the most part, my buying experience was good. The communication from the salesman during the whole process could have been a little better but, besides the “backordered/delayed items” overall I am pleased with the finished product of my home. I would definitely build with beazer again!

The New Home Counselor had good knowledge of the selling points, including the insultation. We did have a rocky middle during the construction phase but overall the experience is strongly positive as our builder Brian was extremely responsive leading up to, and after closing. Will definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family.

Very good experience with some bumps on the way. I will say all items where addressed to our satisfaction. Our builder was exceptional addressing our concerns and always responding in a timely manner. At times he went out of his to make our house a home.

It was great experience as a first time hime buyer. Each and every stage my sales counselor Amore educated us to understand the whole proceeds. We are very thankful to her. Also our Builder Joel Fox made our final walkthrough and addresses all the queries with in no time. We are very thankful to him as well. Finally I can proudly say, we are part of Beazer Family.

We love our new home! Val was amazing! She has helped us a lot all through out the process and has shown concern and reliability since Day 1. The thing that disappointed us though were the overall finish of the house. There were areas that need paint touch ups, caulk was not done properly, stains on the bath tub and on the floor, electrical wiring issues etc. We cannot blame our construction manager as he just took over the whole process near closing and he did try his best to deliver and make us happy before we close. Beazer built us a very wonderful home, even with the supply and labor shortages. We love everything about the house and the quality seems fantastic, compared to most other home builders in the same price-range. My only disappointment was with the lawn that was provided; there are a lot of areas that I need to repair/rebuild. Despite that, they have provided a very pleasant home and experience. We recommend them to everyone.

We found our house the same day we started our hunt. Lisa was very helpful and did her best not to rush us even though it was a crunch time situation to make a decision in this market. When we did our final walk through we felt rushed or that some of our concerns weren’t a big deal. We had a few people there helping us look for anything that needed to be fixed and they all felt the same way. make sure you have everything done before closing. They did 2 walk thrus, and none of the punch list items were done on the day of closing. it got delayed another week, and then on the 2 scheduled closing, it still was not done. we had to move forward and get them done after the fact. very stressful

Everything seemed OK from normal inspecting but once we moved into the house we noticed a lot a little things that could have been done a lot better. For the most part they did a good enough decent job but for the overall price they could’ve done better

Energy Efficient and Open Floor Plan

We really enjoyed viewing the model home. Being able to have a 2 story home with 10ft ceilings gave a very open feel. Overall seeing how energy efficient the home could be was also a plus, especially in Texas heat. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes, we had a great experience overall!

This builder will get things done even when you close. The only problem is when you claim a warranty it will take weeks to a month to get things done. I just hope they change that and I will give this builder 5 stars.

The build quality, price, and overall feel of the house is great. We are really happy we went with the Beazer home over the Perry. Communication hasn't been great though, I had trouble getting through or getting information. My builder has been extremely difficult to get a hold of and when I do he never communicates back after that exchange.

Thankful for the Beazer Team, especially our Superintendent Troy! We were shocked to be moved in 5 months after with picked our lot. Though it was quick, the quality is great! We used a 3rd party inspector through out the build and got very little back-- they corrected all issues.
