Good location

These are just the best built homes I've ever seen. So glad I bought one.

We had a great experience with Beazer from sales, design to construction. The home is of great quality and energy efficient. An added bonus to the spray foam insulation is the outside noise reduction. We are quite pleased and would definitely recommend Beazer.

We purchased an inventory home in March in the Morgan's Landing development. Everything in the home is perfect. My wife and I are very pleased with the amenities that came with the home. It is the perfect size for us and the location is excellent. I love coming home to this house. The only complaint I have is the landscaper did not put the same level of attention to detail the builder put into the home. The sod in the yard is very uneven. Something that could be taken care of by rolling the ground before sod is laid or even after the sod is laid. In addition I keep finding construction debris buried in the yard. Just the other day as I was mowing I saw a piece of metal protruding from the ground. When I pulled it up it turned out to be a 2 1/2 to 3 foot long piece of metal used to stake retaining barriers around the yard. Now as the grass thickens and time passes the yard will smooth out, still this is an Attention to detail item that should not be overlooked. Overall Beazer has been very responsive and great to work with. Everyone from the salesman to the construction supervisor are great. You expect to find little things wrong after you move in. We loved the idea of a duplex where the lawn was taken care of, all we did was live. I had some concerns about the noise level from a neighbor separated by a wall, but I saw the sound proofing methods used and knew that it would be a quiet house. Everyone was helpful from the sales to the closing. I love the value and comfort of the house and know that we will spend many happy years living in our wonderful new home.

Will the builder and Val the sales expert and truly both experts at their jobs! They were so helpful before the move and continue to answer our questions and help in the process of moving. We were in our home for over forty years and these two young people have really helped!

Beazer made the entire home buying experience very easy and were beyond willing to work with extenuating circumstances .
