Great experience with the builder and great communication always had weekly updates.

Beazer homes made it so easy for my family to move from Fl. We were engaged personally in every step and the staff is incredibly giving and approachable. I definitely will recommend Beazer Homes to anyone who wants to build and enjoy watching the process from front row..

For the most part, my buying experience was good. The communication from the salesman during the whole process could have been a little better but, besides the “backordered/delayed items” overall I am pleased with the finished product of my home. I would definitely build with beazer again!

Our Salesman Jason was amazing and was beyond helpful in getting our house built in these turbulent times and Richard our Building Contact did everything he could to make sure we finished and moved in on time and we couldn't be happier with the work that these two did!

The New Home Counselor had good knowledge of the selling points, including the insultation. We did have a rocky middle during the construction phase but overall the experience is strongly positive as our builder Brian was extremely responsive leading up to, and after closing. Will definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family.

The sales person Ben and Thuan wore excellent people also Jake the person that builder of the house ( on charge of finising my house) he was a very nice. He was telling me what was going with process of the house until it was done all of them deserve a 10+

Beazer is a very comprehensive builder and will take their time with your build. They pay attention to every detail of your build plan and make sure everything is built to your exact specifications. Beazer isn’t a slap it up and sell it builder, they build it to your specs and nothing less!

We purchased an inventory home in the Marisol subdivision. The staff was friendly and helpful in making our buying experience a pleasant one.

There were several items, punch out items, that were not completed inside my home before I was forced to the signing table. Beazer home representatives threatened me with a $200 a day fine if I was not at the closing table on the date they specified. I was reluctant to do so but my Beazer contractor assured me that the items would be taken care of after closing. I have paint drips on my front door, the front door handle does not open and close easily and it does not lock properly, one of the French doors into my office does not close, there are areas in my sheet rock where they did not complete the painting, there is an area under my microwave where they did not paint the trim and a hinge is missing on my bedroom door. All of this adds up to inferior workmanship and high pressure by their home office. For anyone purchasing a Beazer home I advise that you stay on top of all work that is being performed and do not accept any excuses or promises for future work to be finished. ... More

Both Jason and Richard were awesome to work with. They are very helpful and informative made the process a breeze.

We are extremely pleased with the customer service provided by our salesperson! She kept us updated weekly and even helped us after closing to assist with our warranty requests. The home is well built and sound. Unfortunately due to supply chain issue we are still awaiting our garage door motor and opener but that is to be expected during this time. I would still highly recommend Beazer based on their quality of construction and customer service by our amazing salesperson.

I appreciate the fact that Beazer builds a very energy efficient home using the spray foam insulation, solid sheathing, and house wrap.. The attic remains so much cooler and no fear of pipes freezing. Home buying was easy and appreciate the amazing follow up with the construction super. I highly recommend their quality construction.

Sales counselor Scott Beachman made the buying experience so easy and wouldn’t let us walk away when we said we were just looking. He worked to make sure we got the most value for our dollar. Construction manager Chris Binnion told us at the start of construction that he would always keep us in the loop. He has done so even after closing. We will always recommend these guys. The only bad news for Beazer is that there is only one Scott and only one Chris!
