I would like to thank Tiffany and Sean for helping to make a very frustrating situation much easier to handle. They were awesome and I consider them friends. Tiffany was outstanding in guiding me through the buying process and keeping me apprised of updates as warranted. Her cheerful/positive attitude gave me assurance that the buying process was under control. Sean was very accommodating and available to talk to me about my concerns. If he didn't know the answer he found out in a timely manner. If I asked for a change he was accommodating. One concern is in Beazer Corps. lack of quality oversight. Yes these are interesting times we are living in and it shows in the quality of the product produced. When one pays $350K+ for a new home, one expects a better product. The glaring issues upon closing were brought to Beazer and have been resolved. There have been, however, so many small details namely the less than stellar cleaning of the house prior to closing. I personally scrubbed, on my hands and knees, every inch of my tile floor in an effort to remove the copious amounts of paint and grout splattered all over the floor. Frustrating but done. There are numerous other small items that I'm just making the minor repairs myself. Another concern is that there seems to be a total lack of authority in holding the contractors accountable for their substandard work. It seems that the contractors hold the upper hand, bad work and all. The amount of re-work having to be done is mind boggling. It's a shame but it is what it is. One word to describe the Location, Amenities, Floor Plans, Flood Safety, Affordability, Local Community retail and services = Great However...Disappointing but not disqualifiers were: lack of personal customization and a highly restrictive condo association.

Sandy Morton was very helpful with the purchase process. Getting things repaired was very slow. We are enjoying our home.

For the most part things went fairly smooth. There were some pretty big mess ups in the beginning but they were corrected quickly. Waited a long time (2 months) for windows but that wasn't the builders fault. The trim paint is pretty sloppy but other than that i did get a beautiful home.

Overall you will get a nicely built home. The foam installation really helps and there are great options and plans. It's a journey and nothing is perfect but Beazer will do what they can and take care of everything. Jason, Rich, Jacob and Danielle were great

This was our second Beazer home and while the house came out as beautiful as we imagined, we can definitely tell the quality isn’t the same as our last home. We purchased our first Home in the Amira subdivision in January of 2020 and immediately noticed the quality of work. We purchased this home knowing we would most likely live in it for a few years and then sell. We ended up loving the community and Beazer product so much that we decided to find a property in a cul de sac in the same subdivision that we could build our dream home on. We started the process in October of 2021 and where told our home would be ready in May (which it was). Living in the neighborhood afforded us the opportunity to check on the build almost daily. There were several times that I had to point out that something they installed was not what we thought we where getting i.e we paid for the stone fire place a $12,000 upgrade and they installed the basic fire place( corrected after the fact) we paid for an outlet in the pantry and it was forgotten until we asked about it. When we started noticing issues like this it got us worried that the builder was missing other little details if we were catching big things like this. We have lived in the home for almost 2 months and there are places missing drywall, the outdoor ceiling fans had to be moved because the door would hit one of them when it was on, the entire media room door frame had to be removed and reinstalled because it was just awful and very poorly installed, even our superintendent David said he was embarrassed by that. We are still waiting for our oven and microwave to come in and be installed. We have a loaner oven in the mean time, and I understand the supply chain issues aren’t Beazer fault and I’m okay with that, however knowing a round about time would be helpful. After paying $600,000 on a home it should be almost perfect, I realize every home has small issues but I feel as though our first Beazer home was just built to a higher standard. We love our home and are still happy we chose to move but are a little disappointed that the standards have dropped for Beazer. ... More

All in all our experience was good with the construction manager -Josh and Pam our Beezer representative. If we had questions they were very responsive and followed up with an answer.

The community is what sold me on the property. Finishes in the home are also well done and of high quality.

The construction team was great. They were very meticulous and thorough during every phase of the house. The quality and standard of construction is very high. What is a upgrade in the plan for a lot of builders was standard for ours. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our house.

All in all great experience. Some small, but super inconvenient issues occurred. We were never told we didn’t get an garage auto lift and no fridge. We even chose a fridge at design center. No one ever mentioned anything about the garage lift. Didn’t even know that was a thing

Quality construction home with top notch builder who addressed any concern or issue in a timely manner. Only negative was conflicting information/lack of clarity on the home specs and features from the sales team. Overall good experience.

For the most part, my buying experience was good. The communication from the salesman during the whole process could have been a little better but, besides the “backordered/delayed items” overall I am pleased with the finished product of my home. I would definitely build with beazer again!

The New Home Counselor had good knowledge of the selling points, including the insultation. We did have a rocky middle during the construction phase but overall the experience is strongly positive as our builder Brian was extremely responsive leading up to, and after closing. Will definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family.

I was very excited about moving into my new home.

Very good experience with some bumps on the way. I will say all items where addressed to our satisfaction. Our builder was exceptional addressing our concerns and always responding in a timely manner. At times he went out of his to make our house a home.

The home representative was truly invested in making the the home buying experience painless and rewarding. The project manager on site was very responsive in solving any issues that unrisen. Design staff was awesome!

It was great experience as a first time hime buyer. Each and every stage my sales counselor Amore educated us to understand the whole proceeds. We are very thankful to her. Also our Builder Joel Fox made our final walkthrough and addresses all the queries with in no time. We are very thankful to him as well. Finally I can proudly say, we are part of Beazer Family.

From start to finish, everyone from the sales office to the builder to the choice lenders were great in that they were responsive, knowledgable and made the overall experience enjoyable. Would recommend.

The warranty department takes too much time to give a solution

We love our new home! Val was amazing! She has helped us a lot all through out the process and has shown concern and reliability since Day 1. The thing that disappointed us though were the overall finish of the house. There were areas that need paint touch ups, caulk was not done properly, stains on the bath tub and on the floor, electrical wiring issues etc. We cannot blame our construction manager as he just took over the whole process near closing and he did try his best to deliver and make us happy before we close. Happily, it was easy to also get in touch with warranty claims on the house so as of right now we are glad with our new home! ... More

Beazer built us a very wonderful home, even with the supply and labor shortages. We love everything about the house and the quality seems fantastic, compared to most other home builders in the same price-range. My only disappointment was with the lawn that was provided; there are a lot of areas that I need to repair/rebuild. Despite that, they have provided a very pleasant home and experience. We recommend them to everyone.
