The quality of the work was excellent

Ronnie the construction manager is professional and friendly. Every time I call, he was always happy to answer my questions about the building process. Thank you Ronnie for providing my husband and I amazing customer service.

I was overseas when I started this process and Ronnie and his team were so accommodating to my needs and when I moved back to the states it was even better. Totally responsive with my questions and concerns and so easy to work with and talk to!

Working with my building team Kevin & Sandy at Beazer was great. The communication, dedication , and determination that was provided to us as a first time homeowner was needed and appreciated. Even with the economy delays they worked hard to meet our family goals. Thank you guys

It was great experience as a first time hime buyer. Each and every stage my sales counselor Amore educated us to understand the whole proceeds. We are very thankful to her. Also our Builder Joel Fox made our final walkthrough and addresses all the queries with in no time. We are very thankful to him as well. Finally I can proudly say, we are part of Beazer Family.

We had a wonderful experience throughout our home buying experience. This was our first house ever and the process was so smooth!!! Our salesman (Big Ben) made this so special for us!!! Anything that we needed he was there. Our builder (Brady) was always available and took the time to listen and explain things to us!! He was wonderful!!!! We are so happy with our new Beazer home!!!

My experience was very good. I am an immigrant in this country and thanks to Beazer I can say that dreams come true. The construction team was actually great, they helped me a lot with the delivery times since I was urged to move because of my situation in my previous apartment. My 100% recommendation for beazer.

We had a great building experience with Beazer. We built in the middle of a pandemic but the communication and timeliness from the builder was still excellent. Our salesperson Corey was great to work with and our construction manager, Brad was awesome - he was great at keeping us up to date and treated the building process of our home like it was his own. We love our new home and we're so thankful we had an awesome team.

We are just delighted with our new Beazer home in Amira. The entire process was smooth and professional. We always knew what stage of construction our house was in because we received weekly emails from the project manager!

Bad experience. I bought a quick move in home. When I looked at this home. It was almost done building framed, sheet rock, roof all of that was already done. This home was put online for a ready move in for the date of mid July. After giving them the earnest money. I thought things will get rolling with them completing the home. I drove to the house everyday. Spent probably 4-6hrs at the home. Surprisingly no one was there even attempting to complete the home. It was sad because driving around the community I was see other home progressing and being complete before the quick move in. Let go back I was also purchasing with another builder I was not happy so that’s why I came to beazer because they had a quick move in. I remember telling the seller. I would jump on this house if the completion date was accurate that they was advertising online. But didn’t go as planned. So I didn’t want to back out of it because the amount of earnest money I put towards this house. So my family moved in around the beginning of September, with a lot of stuff still not complete and issues that still needs to be fixed. As of today Nov. 2, 2021 our house is still not complete with us making our first mortgage payment. To be honest I want be going with this builder anymore when we move in the future. The landscaping, far as the grass is really not acceptable. I could go on and on about what is not acceptable about this house. But I learned a lot from this first experience. ... More

Great experience. We were hesitant to buy a new home and have heard horror stories about the building process/repairs. However, we've been pleasantly surprised with our new build and the staff that have helped us along the way!

My salesperson was outstanding with keeping me updated during the purchase process.

Our builder has really been the glue to our entire process. It got off to a rocky start without Troy but he came in and really saved the day! Thanks Troy!!

There were many issues, most were addressed, some were not. When the sod was installed, it was not installed on an "even" grade, back yard hold water. It was full of ruts and dead grass. Brian (construction supervisor) stated that it was, but the lawn crew had mowed it after having the sprinklers on for 2-3 days. They tried to "roll" the grade, but on a dry day, so it did nothing. So, my backyard is still full of ruts, deep enough where my wife tripped. Next was the "paint" issues. I had the carpet pulled up upstairs and on the stairway. Come to find out on the stairway, the painters "did not" paint all the way to the base of the stairwell with the trim paint. I went back to Brian and he gave me about 1 pint of trim paint. I even offered to "buy" a gallon on paint, since this paint "only" comes in 5 gallons. He stated that I had enough and that the painters do not "touch up" paint. How is this a touch up, if it was never painted in the first place?? I have about 1 pint of paint for all interiors. None for any exterior. I can't get it from them, can't even buy it from them either, I’m forced to purchase 5-gallon buckets. Once I signed the contract that was it, nothing. We love the home, but the service and follow ups are just not there. With the amount of money that this home cost and 9 months of “build time”, I should have had a better experience. I would not have gone with Beazer, if I could do this over. I’m not happy having a “field” in my backyard where it looks like someone went “4-wheeling”. I’m not happy with the paint and lack of care with me not only requesting more or even some, but even buying it on a 400k home. Where is the customer service, it’s not here… ... More

What first drew me to Beazer was the floor plans and the ability to have a couple of layout options included with the price of the house. I was lucky enough to get Amore in the sales office who sold me not just on the house but on the Beazer quality. In my due diligence I went to a couple other builders and the experience was not even close. Amore also gave me some good ‘quality’ questions to ask the other builders. Their responses made me realize Beazer will be the best value. During the build process both Amore and Tyler kept me up to date on the process with frequent updates. During each builder meeting Tyler was able to explain the process of what was happening and what will be next. He also welcomed any and all questions that I had. I am now in my home and loving every bit of it! ... More

I bought my Beazer home in February of 2021. I still lived in Florida until closing. Shelly and Troy were more than amazing. They answered every phone call, text and email promptly from how do I get cable to will this size refrigerator fit in my kitchen. They are genuine and are definitely an asset to the Beazer team. They were great to work with and I am so happy with my Beazer purchase because of them.

From start to finish, everyone from the sales office to the builder to the choice lenders were great in that they were responsive, knowledgable and made the overall experience enjoyable. Would recommend.

must be patient as to the time frame because of shortage of products due to harvey and the covid virus
