I selected Beazer due to the great sales person , location, and focus on quality and energy savings. I loved the community and selected Beazer over the other options in the community and over a larger home in another community for the same price. . I was pleased I could break my initial deposit into 3 equal installments. I believed my sales lady wanted to help me and she wasn’t pushy. Our Beazer home

This is our second home our first was a KB home and it was not built well. This Beazer home is built much better. This home is an inventory home which means we did not choose anything as far as most new homes go, it came built. It was nicely built with many nice upgrades. The Beazer people were very supporting and helpful. Of course nothing is perfect but this home is by far very good and we are extremely happy and would recommend these homes to anyone. Thank you Beazer for our beautiful new home!

Beaver homes are well built with great insulation. Adding only their additional options, because these are not "custom homes". as I was told more than once, limits the purchaser to add-ons that they make available at their price in the show room. Subsequently, expect to pay more than you might initially anticipate. Or, wait until after closing and DIY.

Home is pretty much as expected but has taken months to find out how to get warranty repairs done and just as long to get the repairs done. Beazer needs to put something in place to make new buyers aware at closing or before on how to handle warranty claims and repairs. This is our second Beazer home but definitely wouldn't make the mistake again!

Home buying experience was decent but not exceptional given that some of the information provided wasnt accurate and also had some timeline and home quality issues. To their credit the issues were resolved quickly however having things repaired versus getting the correct first hand makes a difference.

House is great the general contractor was awesome, along with the studio. All other aspect with mortgage company and follow-up with sale team here not as expected. They were not knowledgeable.

It was OK, Michael and Corbin did a good job of walking me through the home buying and building process. They acted in a professional manner. There were instances however, where I would come to the house during construction and find some things that was not communicated during the reading of the materials in the contract. For example, finding out that there was no motor to the garage door. This was the second Beazer home I have purchased in the last 7 years. When I knew I needed to make a change, I spent some time deciding what I wanted to do. I was disappointed to see the reduced options Beazer was offering as compared to my previous purchase, but at the end of the day decided to go with them again based on my previous experience and primarily due to their energy efficient options. As a first time buyer, the experience could have been better. Everything looks beautiful, until you look closer. After moving in I discovered so many little sloppy mistakes. Take my advise, on your walk through day, spend the entire day and look in every corner and behind every toilet on the floor. There was a piece of my fireplace that was chipped off and all they did was paint over it. There were tiles behind the toilets that weren’t grouted and much more. The houses are beautiful but the details were done so sloppy. If I could do it again I would scrutinize the details.

My initial experience was not good. My first Beazer real estate agent and I had a ratified contract that he annulled without my acknowledgement. My agent thought I knew about contract was cancelled and sold to another client. I told my agent to find out what's going on and I purchased another house same price next street over from original house. I had a bad experience with final walkthrough. This is why my score is a three.

Disappointing Air Conditioning and Water Heater in this Home.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the air conditioning system in this house. Despite the dimensions of the property, the air conditioning appears to be insufficient, it is annoying that we woke up every night sweating even though we set up the A/C @ 62 °F, and what is even worse we are in winter time I don’t want to imagine how it will get in summer. Upon examining the unit’s identification plate and the sizing chart, it is evident that the air conditioner should be twice its current size (current is 2 Tons, and according to the house dimensions should be 4 Tons). ...

We purchased a Beazer Duet in The Highlands and closed in May 2023. The sales representative, Pam, has been absolutely fantastic both before and AFTER the sale! Can't say enough wonderful things about her - she is an asset to Beazer! We purchased an inventory townhome and had no input in its design. Jason was helpful and had good communication with me. But the construction schedule and wait was difficult. I could not understand that I was the second to last house finished in my section. As my house was a one story, and 14 more lots were sold after I purchased mine. It was very difficult to the timing of completion. As I have cancer and was going through a divorce and needed the house to live in.

Shelley and John have walked us and helped us through the process and took there time explaining everything making multiple trips to help us do to my job! But now 1 month in, paint is bubbling and chipping off on the outside of the house, and the warranty guy is not helping at all with the problem. Door handles are falling off and the painted our house with the wrong color and they said they will come and fix it when we see spots of the other color and have only came once. And did not get everything we had marked.

Squeaking floor, wrong appliance

The house is nice in all, but the floor is squeaking upstairs, they repaired it but after it still squeaks. They put the wrong dishwasher, I haven’t notice before and now I don’t know if they will replace it.
