This builder will get things done even when you close. The only problem is when you claim a warranty it will take weeks to a month to get things done. I just hope they change that and I will give this builder 5 stars.

Beazer takes great pride in their work, we saw this first hand from our builder rep, Troy Robinson. He is so trustworthy and dependable and has been through our entire build process and even still now 6 weeks later. We have been taken care of and communicated with very clearly every step of the way. Even when the answers aren't what you want to hear, you understand the reasoning and have clear communicated. We have seen how other builders in our neighborhood do not form the same relationships with their buyers like Beazer does, how messy other builders home-building process can look, many mistakes made and often not fixed...and we are so happy we instead went with Beazer for our forever home. Our home with Beazer was always secure and taken care of throughout the entire build; there were very few problems along the way, and when they were present they were fixed in a very timely manner. The whole process was very easy we were in constant communication with everyone involved and Beazer made everything possible to please us.

Great experience from salesman, Bryan, to building superintendent, Troy!!! Beazer should be extremely happy to have these two guys representing the Company. Would do it again if I was guaranteed that these two were in charge. Thanks for making a stressful situation not to bad.!

I have no complaints at all, each and every time I would reach out to Beazer, my lady was always there and even when she would not hear from me, she would check on me.

The sales person Corey was the first person I met, and though some might say it was a sales pitch, his confidence and support in his statement "This is going to be your home !!" rang true throughout the process... The builder Carey, was phenomenal !!! Despite Covid and all it's restrictions, Carey faithfully kept me up-to-date every week on the progress of my home via videos and phone calls.

Michelle helped me through the entire process i know I probably got on her nerves but she stayed patient and answered all my questions i love her and i know i was popping up alot while they was building and merl always answered mi questions when he was around they made it so easy throughout the process especially with this being my first home

The process wasn’t the easiest one due to weather and other matters, but the wait was totally worth it. I love my house and the neighborhood, this is more than I expected, my house is well build, well distributed and we are in love. Thanks to kercheva my sales agent who helped me and my family, get into our dream home, with a tremendous deal! We thank you for your patience dealing with us and our hundreds of questions.

The over all experience with beazer has been amazing. From start to forever this home builder has done amazing. I have to add even after the sale Troy (construction mgr) has been top notch even after the sale and completion on the home days, weeks and even months after the completion of our home. He has gone above and beyond expectations and his communication had been top notch. Highly recommend in the home building process! Troy you get 10 stars out of 5. Our overall experience buying house was so stressful and frustrating. We feel that they have sacrifice the quality of their homes over quantity. They are building lots of houses and they are rushing on finishing them. The agent and construction manager never cared about our concerns. The construction manager doesn't even know what's happening in our house during the building phase. We have to inform and update him that we found errors and issues.

The day before putting down earnest money I was promised all these magical things- I would be helped for the first 30 days with any cosmetic issues and I would be helped if there was any warranty problems. I was promised someone would take care of me. My initial review was 5 starts because everyone was so nice and seemed trust worthy. Now is like pulling nails trying to get my requests done. One request that I made less than 30 days of closing, took 5 weeks to be addressed. Don't tell me that you are here for me and can address my issues and then ignore me and avoid me. I have now tried calling the companies themselves to get help but I am told my builder has to call and request them. I have been let down. Great house though. ... More

This was my first time building a home and it wasn’t the experience I thought it would be. The builder blamed the long building process on the impact of coronavirus. (It was 6+ months when I was told it was a 3-4months process at escrow) I was very patient with the timing because I wanted my house to be done right. Unfortunately at the end the quality of the home was not up to par and the work was not professionally done correctly. The sheet rock meeting and the walk through was pointless because every time I would point something out the builder would make an excuse on why he can’t fix it. It was and still is a nightmare. I regret closing with Beazer overall. My house still has some issues that were not completed and the builder said he would fix them but has been ignoring my emails.
