I didn’t enjoy my home buying experience because the building of my home was not a great experience for me. I feel that the higher management should check more on the building of the homes so that some of these many mistakes can be alleviated. I was given 4 different Construction managers and I don’t think that helped my process. I would also suggest that if your representative completing the contract doesn’t know anything about how long it will take that they shouldn’t give any of that information. My home had issues that needed to be addressed and if someone was working behind the ...

We bought the condo because its new construction and in a good location, but it's not worth it to experience poor service and construction workmanship! First, the sale person Alej was only nice before contract signed, then he continued "threating" me that if i terminate the contract, I will loose my earnest money! There were leaks on the ceiling and uneven patches on the drywalls that were supposed to be done but since assigned project manager was out for personal leaves for 1 1/2 week, I have to wait until he gets back because no one at Beazer Homes takes over the responsibility. This home was poorly built and was lazily finished, so many spots missing caulk and paint. Hard to get a hold of anyone to get it fixed. My bathroom mirror was installed incorrectly and randomly came crashing down one day, luckily my pets weren’t in there.

There were a couple of statements made about our lot and the fence in the back that were very important to us and turned out to be untrue. The build took 8 months from start to finish which cost us a lot of money due to rising interest rates. I took too long and there was no relief on the asking price. Overall construction was not what I expected af a home as expensive as this one and the insulation they speak so highly of has not lowered out electric bills anywhere near what they said it would. They have been very responsive on the smaller items that needed to be fixed after move ...

I’m a Realtor and have sold many Beazer Homes over the years both individually and as part of a team. Overall the experiences have been positive and I liked the build quality for the money, so when it came time to build our 3rd new construction home, it seemed like a solid choice. Overall the process was extremely disappointing and caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and financial hardships (closed on the 4th attempt). Low quality in construction, lack of professionalism with construction manager and inspector of craftmanship. We had significant problems with drywall on ceiling & walls. Hot water heater does not get as hot as expected. The washer & dryer models in our closing docs did not match the actual washer & dryer...so the pedestals we ordered did not work.

This was my first time building a home and it wasn’t the experience I thought it would be. The builder blamed the long building process on the impact of coronavirus. (It was 6+ months when I was told it was a 3-4months process at escrow) I was very patient with the timing because I wanted my house to be done right. Unfortunately at the end the quality of the home was not up to par and the work was not professionally done correctly. The sheet rock meeting and the walk through was pointless because every time I would point something out the builder would make an excuse on why he can’t fix it. ...
