Donnie is just nice before you review.

Donnie the building manager is lazy and only worried about a review. He will do anything you need until you give him a review. He told me to make a bad review on dahlia and now that we have mice in our home, he can't help. His construction people are disgusting and leave food and trash and drinks everywhere which bring mice into a home you just paid 300,000 for. It's repulsive.

Beazer Homes responded:
Jennifer, we are sorry to hear about the experience you are having. At our core, working with integrity is a pillar Beazer stands on, so it is especially concerning when we receive this kind of feedback as this is not the impression we would like to leave. Within the first month of the house it was nothing but problem after problems. Once inside of the home the problems start with my concrete no being properly power washed and fence already being broken. A couple weeks after that a pipe broke on the causing the drain the get clog and having every bathroom having water rising but the bathtub, toilet, and shower. We call to have the warranty cover all of it but has been almost two weeks and the job still isn’t done and after all that’s done the carpet will have to be replaced because of the plumbing issues. My wife and I have done a few of these already and our experience with Beazer Homes hasn't changed. I will never build again and I will never buy a Beazer Home. From the beginning everything was poorly managed and no line of communication was ever established with how our build was progressing. The only time that we got a call was when we did one of these surveys expressing how "P" iss poor things have been managed and lack of communication we were receiving. Overall my buying experience with Beazer Homes is extremely poor! I wouldn't recommend buying from Beazer to my friends or family.

Beazer Homes responded:
This is never feedback we want to receive from any of our homeowners. We realize that buying a new home can be an intimidating process and we strive to build a lasting partnership with all of our buyers. We genuinely apologize that this was not your experience, but we are also always available for our homeowners post close. Should there be any remaining concerns about your home please never hesitate to let us know. You can reach our New Home Contact Center at (888) 623-2937 or via email at nhcc@beazer.com. In consideration of supply issues, it took 1 year to complete the build/purchase of my home. Back and forth issues with sales team, I thought we were past the headaches, however, now that we’re in, and have warranty concerns, the headaches are back! Although some concerns were quickly addressed, the landscape, drainage to be specific, is an absolute nightmare. I’ve provided photos, videos (with time/date stamps)verbal, and written communication, including concerns notates in an inspection report, it seems they’re doing all possible to avoid correcting even after it was suggested French ...

Our experiance was not the best. Our house was still be worked on as we were closing. Our AC zone system was backwards, my electric bill was 500.00. The selling point for us was the sprayfoam insulation. We are still waiting for painters. Just yesterday we had to do a warranty job in our house for our ac because it was not cooling properly. they had to cut our sheetrock out to look at the ac. There were some parts of the ducts that were bent and caused the house not to cool the way it should. We have water sitting on one side of the yard and thats due to sprinklers since there isnt any rain. ...

This is my first home buying experience. Of course i went with a great recommendation from my friend on choosing Beazer homes, Apparently they had a very good experience and build quality which pushed my interest in pursuing my purchase experience with Beazer. The sales was very good, very high expectations and had a smiling welcome. The build plan didn't start for 3 months and then slowly it moved inches and inches to get to a decent level. It took over all 12 months to complete a 3500 sq feet home. The builder had to give so many reasons for not completing the project on time. Design studio ...

We love our house and the location. We were however disappointed in the shape of the house at closing. While the work on the exception list was completed, the house was not clean and the finishing trims were sloppy and not addressed. There is paint and caulk on our tile, the trim painting is very poor and messy. Our upgraded sink was used to wash enamel paint by the painters. It still has stains. Our concrete on our driveway has damage from work vehicles. The irrigation system had 4 buried sprinkler heads we found. The house next to ours is higher and water drainage is an issue. There ...

There were many issues, most were addressed, some were not. When the sod was installed, it was not installed on an "even" grade, back yard hold water. It was full of ruts and dead grass. Brian (construction supervisor) stated that it was, but the lawn crew had mowed it after having the sprinklers on for 2-3 days. They tried to "roll" the grade, but on a dry day, so it did nothing. So, my backyard is still full of ruts, deep enough where my wife tripped. Next was the "paint" issues. I had the carpet pulled up upstairs and on the stairway. Come to find out on the stairway, the painters "did ...

Our overall experience buying house was so stressful and frustrating. We feel that they have sacrifice the quality of their homes over quantity. They are building lots of houses and they are rushing on finishing them. The agent and construction manager never cared about our concerns. The construction manager doesn't even know what's happening in our house during the building phase. We have to inform and update him that we found errors and issues.

Beazer Homes responded:
This is never how we want any of our homeowners to feel. We'd like the opportunity to speak with you regarding your experience and assist you with your concerns. Please, give us a call at (866) 981-5867, we look forward to your call. Thank you - Sam BeazerHomes

Beazer Homes - Don’t trust what any sales person tells you !

Don’t trust what any sales person tells you !!!!!! Always I mean always make sure you have everything that is being told to you is in writing. It can be the smallest thing. Because at the end since they are not the ones investing the money time and effort into your home they don’t care .. That goes from the sales person , manager and VP!!! Make sure to ask questions about what all is standard and what all is an upgrade because somehow they feel you should know all this as if you work there and it’s your full time job .

Beazer Homes responded:
We are disheartened to hear about your experience, Maria. We've connected with our Houston team and have been made aware that all of the options that were selected in your contract, we're included in your home. When we purchase home, we were limited to what could be done to fix some of the issue we found prior to the closing, per the builder we either take the way it was or they will find another buyer and after checking with their manager they advise that none of the outstanding issues couldn’t be fixed, now I have this issues on my lap trying to have them fix when they could have done this prior to my closing.
