Thankful for the Beazer Team, especially our Superintendent Troy! We were shocked to be moved in 5 months after with picked our lot. Though it was quick, the quality is great! We used a 3rd party inspector through out the build and got very little back-- they corrected all issues. Troy was amazing at delivering service and communicated with us weekly and every time we reached out. The design center was fun and the staff was super helpful on picking out items/style. We are very satisfied and would do the process all over again! I only gave 4 stars because I felt like the upgrades were a overpriced and EVERYTHING is an upgrade. Also, communication with our salesman was a little rocky but we just relied on Troy, if needed. Again, we are very satisfied/happy and would build another Beazer home! ... More

Sales team was great, but house was rushed to build. Had 2 water leaks in my first week in the house. I also have some flooring lifting upstairs. Quality is surely not a priority.

My wife loved the ceilings heights and open floor plan. Also we loved the location. Our house is unique with the ceiling design.

Beazer has a good purchasing method that makes buying and financing very easy. They provide you with Financing options that compete to give you the best interest rate. I just wish they will improve their Master bath designs and their choice of light switches, on most of their floor plans, otherwise they build very energy efficient homes.

This is the place to buy!! The staff is amazing. The builder, Kevin, is VERY knowledgeable and makes your whole building process stress free and fun. Maria in the office keeps you up to date on progress and stays ahead of the curve. The beautiful lake is just about complete and what a view it is!!

Initially working with Corey, but then moved over to work with Bryan. Corey said a couple of things to get us interested and excited that, simply put, were lies. Only once we had closed and moved in, did one of those things become apparent (It would have been impossible to know earlier). The other thing I asked about, was told it was incorrect by Bryan, and I decided to proceed knowingly. It's frustrating not to be able to take people at face value, so if you're going to buy a home then I suggest you triple check everything, then follow up in and get a response in writing. I did feel rushed to get the sale done, and then if not for my tenacious character then I would have been left alone and not updated once I had given them my earnest money. Bryan however is superb, he is genuine and really helped me make a decision on the home, and fought to get things approved, as well as giving honest advice. ... More

The buying experience went well, but we found several issues with the home that were corrected in quick succession through the warranty service. Thank you!

We bought our first home with great expectations and an abundance of nervous energy. While the pre closing experience was really impressive, the post closing thus far has been a challenge. Several issues observed under warranty and highlighted have slipped thru the cracks and just getting captured. Overall attention to detail also comes up short in a few places. Craftsmanship can be improved vastly.

I have had 2 Beazer Homes and was lucky enough to have the same builder both times! Love this home !

the customer service is fantastic. Most new homes have these punch list don't worry they will take care of you right away. Every one is wonderful
