Love my home and the process was very easy!

Smooth process, good customer service, friendly staff.

Great, fast build! Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling went well about 90% of the time. The only issue we had was that we were not told that a garage door opener did not come standard in the house until we were in our second to last walk through. Otherwise no issues with our home!

We purchased a new home from Beazer Homes. It was a great experience from picking out the lot, to working with the design center and the builder. They even have service after the sale.

My experience with Beazer Homes has been outstanding from the sales person to the superintendent of the builder. I love my new home and the layout (Bandera) is perfect for us!

Bought home in TX while living in Eden Prairie, MN. The Beazer team took on every concern from afar as if the team were going to buy the home. My proxy home inspector was very impressed with the response to indicated problems. After move in there have been no followup issues for Beazer to correct. Impressive. I note may homes under construction in the neighborhood are Beaser homes and neighbors are happy with their homes also.

Great experience

The houses are great, just a few things/issues we have that we brought up before the 30 days of closing and told us they will fix which they did some but we are still waiting for the rest it’s been 2 months now. I don’t think it will be resolved. I would of rate a 5 other wise.

Overall our home is very nice, but I feel like it was not finished out well. The trim/caulk/paint are shoddy at best and it feels like the guys finishing the house rushed as much as possible. We had issues with things not being hung straight even after multiple attempts to hang them.

Everyone with Beazer Homes has been very helpful. I am very satisfied with my new house.

The decision to downsize was easier once we saw the beautiful floor plans available. We attended the weekly open houses at the Design Center and had all of our upgrades in mind before our appointment to choose selections. Our builder Kevin communicated with us several times a week and we felt very involved during the entire building process. He also delivered our beautiful home on time, perfectly in sync with the estimated timeline. Even our private home inspector we use when building told us Beazer builds a solid home. Other builder Foreman act like they don’t care once the contract is done. Beazer Foreman are great at both developments I looked at.

The quality of the materials and workmanship have a lot to be desired. Caulking on the base boards was over filled and not cleaned up the way it should have been. The edges of the tile that had been cut in the bathroom did not match the tile because it was red in the middle. It should have been grouted or painted! The doors were not squared up. The paint was thin and cheap. Oh by the way I have 30 years as a contractor. Homes today are slapped together fast and sold even faster!

It was a good experience. Everyone from the sales office to the home building management did an awesome job. Very professional and considerate of our needs from day one to closing day and even after we closed.

It all flows effortlessly. There are no worries on the homebuyer. The new home counselor, construction manager, and design team work very well together; taking the most of the stress out of it. It was a good experience and I love my home.
