Built wonderfully and met our expectations!

From the first day we were looking at Beazer homes to the closing day everything was smooth sailing! Any questions we had got answered and we couldn't have asked for a better 1st time home buying experience! I would highly recommend Beazer Homes! Our home is everything we could have asked for and more!

Shelly was awesome. She really did her best to go the beyond too help me with my concerns. She was a joy too work with and everybody else who were giving approvals were being patient with my issue. They were very understanding and patient. Thanks.

I selected Beazer due to the great sales person , location, and focus on quality and energy savings. I loved the community and selected Beazer over the other options in the community and over a larger home in another community for the same price. . I was pleased I could break my initial deposit into 3 equal installments. I believed my sales lady wanted to help me and she wasn’t pushy. She was always friendly and professional every time I came by to look at the model homes or had a question. I liked that they had several lenders that they used to help provide the best loan for me. It wasn’t until my first meeting with the builder that I learned that the lot I selected and already put the deposit on has a 14 ft utility easement. I think I should have been told that before I put the money down. I was kept informed / updated throughout the building process through weekly emails. My questions were answered. On the final walkthrough I learned my sales person no longer was working in my community ( I learned later she was not with Beazer, I didn’t know this either) . On closing day , which was a bit earlier than anticipated, I was informed that my home and the home next door were the fastest builds. I can now see why. Instead of hurrying to get things done early—-take the extra one- two weeks to check things - I have had to call on several items (not emergencies) but things that should have been taken care of if not in such a hurry. The following items are all less than 60 days from closing :clothes rod too short so when clothes were hanging it fell, brick broken, tape left on all recess lights inside and out, toilet paper holder not installed and the other was wobbly, transition plate not meeting up with the flooring, rotting fence boards, doors not correctly painted. This is just some to name a few. I have great service from the warranty person to get things fixed. My neighbors moved in and THEIR Beazer builder had the lawn people come mow a week after moving in ( the neighbors didn’t know/ didn’t request it— the lawn people just showed up). Additionally they now have a nice welcome home from Beazer sign in their yard. These things matter and make the company stand out. HOWEVER I did not receive either. So that’s a bit disheartening. Any reviews I gave up until now have been 5 stars, but as I reflect on the overall experience especially after getting in the home, unfortunately my rating be 4 ( maybe 3.5). ... More

The care that went into building the home was not up to our expectations. We had to many issues with trash and food being left in the walls of the home when building. Once we moved in, we started to notice that nothing was painted on the underside. Window seals, ledges, counter areas. The caulking in every room must be re done, it is all pulling away and creating gaps. The AC does not cool all the rooms the same. Three room are much warmer that the master bedroom or the living room. The issue with having to have a pool pass, and then having to drive a hour away to go get it one is beyond aggravating. We love our home even with its issues we are having to deal with, but I think I would have shopped around more if I had to do it all again. ... More

My home buying process was timely, friendly and exceptional customer service was demonstrated from the first visit to the Beazer Homes sales office. Follow-up and staying in touch throughout the process was exceptional. I am Grateful for the clear and detailed home- buying process. There was a celebration on the day of closing!!

This is our second home our first was a KB home and it was not built well. This Beazer home is built much better. This home is an inventory home which means we did not choose anything as far as most new homes go, it came built. It was nicely built with many nice upgrades. The Beazer people were very supporting and helpful. Of course nothing is perfect but this home is by far very good and we are extremely happy and would recommend these homes to anyone. Thank you Beazer for our beautiful new home!

Beazer has some really beautiful home for an affordable price! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We purchased the home for fast buy. We completely love the floor plan of the home we are not completely satisfied with the quality. Such as, the dish washer is awful, it is cheap and doesnt clean the dishes. I actually had mold on the dishes from the moisture in the dish washer. The bathroom shower rod is so cheap it fell apart when we tried to use it and we had to replace it. One of the front windows is not sealed correctly, when the weather is windy you can actually hear and feel air blowing in thought the closed window. In the kitchen we disnt received sink stoppers, the glass doors's screws are exposed. Shelves are missing in the kitchen cabinets, l know these items may be small compared to some but for over $300,000 you would think the small things would be important to the builder. As of right now l have to live with the small issues. But l am sure in the future l will think twice about purchasing another home from Beazer homes ... More

The sales person made it very easy and very helpful

This was my first time buying a brand new home. The builder and his team were very knowledgeable and walked me through every process. Even when my closing date was moved, the builder changed all the locks and stopped showing my home. They promised that no one would be getting my home. They went above and beyond! Thankfully my closing was just moved back 1 day, but the saleswoman and builder celebrating with me like it was their home. They take pride in their work and you can tell they put some love in there as well. Best homebuying experience ever! They treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home. Our builder and Beazer homes made our home building experience stress free and enjoyable. No issues from dirt to home. Exceptional staff across the board from design center to the builder and his staff.

There are already places outside that need to be repainted because they weren't prepped well. Particle board cabinetry is showing problems within a couple of weeks. They give no choice in landscaping, so we've had to pull ugly plants to put in nice ones.

Beazer homes have great floor plans and good people.
