As a whole, my experience with Beazer was subpar. From the very beginning until now there have been nothing but lies and unfulfilled promises. There have been too many incidents to send in a survey but just know that we are not completely satisfied with our first time buying experience.

Builder's staff was friendly, communicative, and provided information of the entire building and purchase process. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Beaver homes are well built with great insulation. Adding only their additional options, because these are not "custom homes". as I was told more than once, limits the purchaser to add-ons that they make available at their price in the show room. Subsequently, expect to pay more than you might initially anticipate. Or, wait until after closing and DIY.

House is very well built. Sales persons and contractors are helpful and attentive.

We are first time home-buyers and purchased a spec home under construction this past summer. Our sales agent, Judy, is amazing, she made everything so easy for us. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Our builder, Troy, is the best too! All the way around, we are so happy with our choice!

We love our home and it will be perfect with a few adjustments but do think several quality checkpoints were missed along the way thus creating a very stressful close process. Day of close there was sour trash left in the garage that attracted roaches and left a smell that took several days to rid. The paint job is the worst I've ever seen on a house. Several repairs had to be done after close so we could close on time. Our sales Rep has always been great but the build process could have gone smoother had projects been handled better.

Have several things that need to be fixed. Then the rating would be higher.

We are loving our new Beazer home. At closing we hired an independent inspector to come out, he found very few minor details that Beazer fixed quickly. Since living in our new home for 6 months now everything is still great. We have not had any issues or have we had to call for warranty service at all. After doing some research online reading some of the horror stories about building a new home and even talking to a few people that had lots of problems I can honestly say we had no problems with Beazer and received a top quality home with ZERO headaches during the build process.

From the Beazer Home Seller Rep, Josh, to the lenders, to the home inspection and the final walk through with Merill, all provided the most professional and courteous home buying experience. Would I recommend a Beazer home to friends, colleagues and family, absolutely! Josh, thank you so much for making my home buying experience a great one.

Let me say don't watch them build the house and what you don't know won't hurt you.

Since the beginning of the process, everything was great! From Ken, our sales person, to Troy, the construction manager. Our house is beautiful and they helped us along the way.

I bought my townhouse from Beazer Home and moved in this July. Everything was perfect and I told all of my friends that Beazer Home is a perfect builder I recommend if they want to buy a house from Beazer Home. Until after I moved in two months when I got my first month water bill, I am really disappointed that Beazer Home do not take care it. My first month water bill was $596.3. I called MUD and Beazer Home warranty to check if there was any problem on water meter or any water leakage at my home. Finally Beazer Home help me figure out it was caused by the sprinklers setting. The default was setting 90 mins per time, 4 times per day!! They help me change the setting back to normal, but it was too late. Since my first month water bill came late, even though they changed the setting for me immediately, I still got another high water bill in the second month -- $308.54. I spend around $900 for the water fee because of the ridiculous default setting. Beazer Home probably would say it’s my responsibility for controlling sprinklers setting since it was happened after closing. This is my first home, I never owned a house before. I was living in apartment so that I never learned how to setup and control sprinklers setting. Beazer Home did not give me any guide line of the sprinkler system when closing. Every electrical appliance from Beazer Home was with an user guide left at my home, except sprinkler system. Although we have orientation when closing, it still did not work well for me because how can I memorize every step of setting without any documentation on orientation day? The builder told me the default setting was good and I just turned it on to auto mode then I was good without any changing. I trusted Beazer Home since everything was running good, I thought I was good and just followed the default setting for the first three months to help my new grass growing and I will change it after when my grass grow well. The builder also told me there was a sensor and will shut down the sprinkler system if it rained a lot so that I don’t have to worry about it. But after I got my water fee, I found the guide line from the builder is wrong!! I paid total $900 for this ridiculous default setting. Actually the high water fee was also happened on my neighbor who share the same wall with mine. This is not their first house, but it still was happened to them. So I believe the root cause and the problem is "we trust Beazer Home". Additionally, I never got the key to lock the sprinkler system box. The builder did not give me the key!! I asked for the user guide and the key, but the builder told me he did not have. It does not make sense since it should come with the box. I did not get them until I asked Beazer Home warranty service last week. Finally they found a key and an use guide for me. When the guy stopped by my home, he found the weather sensor was inactivate!! It was inactivate until the guy stopped by and activate it for me!! This is the other missing that Beazer home made! I did not have the user guide, I even did not know it was inactivate and how can I know I should activate it? I am really disappointed with Beazer Home! I tried to communicate with them about my concern, but so far there is no any response. They just told me since the sprinkler system works fine, nothing they can do for me. That's it?? They even do not think it's their missing so make me pay the high/crazy water fee!! They even told me the default setting is normal for a new home. Who would like to pay $900 water fee for sprinkler system? Is it normal for a family? I don't know if there is any other surprise will happen which has not been found. so far based on the experience I have, I would not recommend to buy a house from Beazer home since it is not a good builder that we can trust. We have no complaints with Beazer. We still have the builder Corbin stop by whenever he sees us outside and make sure that everything is going good and he asks if we have any issues or if there is anything we may need.

The process was very easy and everyone very helpful throughout the closing date.

The customer service was good till I moved into the home. The builder made promises of assistance with any questions I had when first moving in and none of those promises were followed up on even after I contacted them.

We absolutely love our new Beazer home, not only the design and high quality construction but the sales support through our great representative (Lisa B.). The service after the sale has been unparalleled we have been able to ask questions and seek assistance to any minor issues which have presented. Thank you Beazer you're the best.

We bought the model home and are so pleased with all the energy efficient features in the home. It is very quiet inside. Even big thunderstorms are not as loud.

This purchase is our second home in the same neighborhood in less than a year. In the new house, The AC unit outside the house has been putting on some rocks with the time are getting displaced and the AC unit is at high risk, we asked for a feedback/repair we have been waiting no new In both houses we have one side all year long muddy because there is no proper drainage this is bringing all kind of bugs so there is no way you will enjoy your backyard or you will walk on the side of your backyard we tried everything but nothing is working, by the way all the neighbors are having the same issue Where is Beazer to take actions?
