Scott, our salesman, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions throughout the homebuying process and even until after closing. Josh, our builder rep, did an excellent job keeping us informed during construction and made sure everything stayed on schedule and completed with the quality he assured me. After closing, Jonathan from the warranty department stepped in to help with a few small items that were left pending. Nothing major, but he was quick to respond and got everything taken care of without any hassle. Hunter my builder was very helpful going through my first time buying a house. Explaining every step and process with the build. Also very knowledgeable with the home. I recommend Hunter with Beazer homes.

It would be so much better if Beazer would hire better workers that actually cared about the job they were doing instead of just finishing one job and moving on to the next. We found out from the framing until the end of the build/ that we needed to look at everything that was being done. The construction manager never had a problem getting stuff fixed but it ruined the experience to have to watching for all the mistakes they made. It’s a shame that the new home buyers have to pay for inspectors to make sure the house is built right…

The easiest home buying experience I've ever had! Great customer service.

Initially, I was convinced that this home would live up to my expectations. However, during the walkthroughs, I began to notice the imperfections and details that I had overlooked. Now that I’m moved in, I’m still facing issues with the craftsman ship, as well as the poor paint job. I can’t recommend a Beazer home to anyone!

This is my first time buying a house and I am so happy I chose Beazer. The house could not be a more perfect fit for my fiancé and I. I’m so happy with Tony’s help to find it, Josh’s help with the build, and Ashley’s help on the warranty side. I placed a few request for small warranty items after moving in 07/01/2025 and they have all been completed within 2 months! The communication with the Beazer team has been exceptional and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. I would 100% recommend a Beazer home for everyone.

Just an amazing experience. Beazer builds an excellent product with high end thoughtful touches that come as standard. I can call on any member of the Beazer team and they respond in a timely manner with a wealth of knowledge. They truly do go above and beyond for their customers I highly recommend them!!

Only had issues after issues since i bought this house. first it was A/C pan leaking, then garage door issue , then insulation / cooling issues, now i'm dealing with drainage issue, there is no drainage on one side of the house, so all the water pooling on the side of the house and around the fence, smells very bad and lots of mosquitos , Right side had a drainage but fully clogged , not water comming out of the drain!! put in request with builder and builder agreed to put a drainage but they still haven’t send anyone to fix this issue, kept having to message and call builder to get an update from “warranty” person, feels like they are in no hurry to fix this issue, i got kids at home dealing with this smell and mosquitos , i should have done my research before purchasing a beazer home, there is zero quality control , I would not recommend a Beazer home!!! ... Buying a beazer you will understand that all the cm’s are honest and professional, my cm waited the correct amount of time to drop the frame after letting the concrete cure. Each item I punched in the frame and so on were completed in a timely manner. I was able to see each phase of construction and was impressed. I will continue to build with Beazer.

They were great to work with when my life was chaotic. They stood by the promises they made and provided a high quality product for my home. The finishes are lovely and high quality and I love that they continue to show up and are available with questions or concerns- their customer service truly makes them unique in the home builder arena.

We started in the homebuying process in March 2024. There were several delays due to the section being new and some delays with the roads. Once the process finally started, we were well informed on the progress with our home. Our contractor was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching our home come together. This will be our last home purchase and we definitely feel like we made the right decision.
