My experience with Beazer was a positive one. From beginning to end I had people that kept me in the loop and were straightforward with me, which I appreciated. Belinda helped me immensely and sent me updates periodically. My contractor Jake was also professional and very knowledgeable. The quality of my home is impressive and i’m in love with the end result.

Beazer homes are nice. The builders do their job and communicates with you on whatever you need. They carry you along every process and make sure all questions are answered and even after moving in to the house they still help with whatever questions you have. I had a good experience with them.

We couldn't have picked a more perfect builder! Out of all the other reps with other builders in the area, Phil made choosing Beazer an easy decision. However, it didn't end there. Beazer had the best floorplans and lots available in the neighborhood. The entire process of buying our home was a breeze with and both Phil and Darius helped with any questions we had throughout our entire journey. We are super grateful to have an incredible home built with exceptional craftsmanship and energy efficiency!

Will was our construction Manager and truly made this experience a blessing. He was quick to answer our questions, calls in a calm, receptive spirit. All of our needs were met and he even follows up with us until this day! Will is a Top quality employee.

Our initial experience wasn't all that great however when Lee stepped in he completely changed our opinion of Beazer. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great and we closed on time!

Enjoyed the planning, customization, and build of our new home within 6 months! Build Manger (Will F.) was quick responding to any of my concerns or request before, during, and after our build! Customer service attitude and availability is very important to me when making large purchases.

The Front Desk Manager and the Construction Manager were a welcoming team, working with my Realtor and myself. They were always willing to answer questions and highlight/point out assets of the property being purchased. Not once do I remember a delay in responses an answer to a question was needed. These two worked well together, or alone, as needed. These assets contribute to positive results from a home buyer.

Buying my first home was a very smooth and easy experience. Lisa was always available whenever I needed her and helped me along the way. Mark, the construction manager has been phenomenal. Even after closing he is always available and very responsive!!

From the sales staff to the builder- all was great. Jake- who was in charge of building my home has the patience of JOB because I know I worried him to death but he wasn’t bothered . He explained everything and met my expectations on all points. I can honestly say this builder went beyond what others would do especially after closing thanks for everything!!

Despite having a delay of electricity/utilities installment (which was out Beazer's control) , I have no complaints regarding the process. The builder kept me informed every week on the progress of the house. Gary the salesman was also very helpful and genuine throughout the process.

I must say that I have had such a positive experience working with the Beazer staff. Ronnie was especially helpful by making sure I had a world class experience by being available at all times for questions and requests.

We are confident that we bought the best built home in the USA. Curtis and Garrick made our buying/building experience the best it could’ve been. We have been so happy in our new Beazer home since closing on January 5th. Belinda & Mark were absolutely AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed how they walked me through the entire process. Haley with Amcap was so great and patient as well. I love the team and my home.

We are very happy with our new beautiful home. As any new house, ours had a few minor details that needed to be fixed after our closing. James from Beazer took care of every little thing that was needed and he always had a good attitude in helping us make our home perfect. He even took the time to make appointments and receive contractors on our behalf. We are very pleased with Beazer's post sale service.

Corbin made this a fantastic experience. His knowledge, patience, and actual build were all impressive. Corbin was extremely thorough in his explanation and took the time to show me all the ways Beazer is the best route to go. Corbin was fantastic.

This was our third home to build. We said we would never do it again. Jason and Darren were great. Jason was excellent at guiding us through the various stages of the Beazer building process. He was always available to answer our many questions. Darren, our construction manager, has 20 plus years of building experience. He kept us informed of the building progress. He sent pictures and was responsive to text messages. We closed on the house within the time frame quoted at our first construction meeting.
