Had an excellent experience buying with Beazer. There were some issues that were a concern to us but the Beazer team addressed them and made the move in process as seamless as they could.

Jake and Ben were great to work with

Jake, my construction manager, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he was responsive whenever I had an inquiry. I enjoyed working with him.

Our builder Mark could not have been more helpful thru this whole process. My family was extremely happy to see him return to sweetgrass village. This past week. Can’t wait to see our neighborhood grow with Mark overseeing it.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we went with Beazer after spending a lot of time researching our options, neighborhoods, and builders. Kevin, our construction supervisor, was with us every step of the way and communicated updates daily and asked us questions. It was a wonderful experience thanks to him, and our new home is absolutely wonderful. Thank you Kevin and the entire Beazer team!

Lee has been extremely helpful in regards to our final walk through as well as following up on issues as needed.

We love our new home. We were first time home buyers, and Ray and Josh made the process as smooth as possible. They answered every question we had, and included some add-ons to the house that we didn't even ask for, in order to ensure that we were happy with everything.

The experience and communication was excellent with Beazer they are always a step ahead and are aware of your everyday living needs and are willing to fix anything you have questions about or need to change. Just remember to read everything you sign and everything will go smoothly Be aware before you buy what you purchase this was our second home to build and by far the entire Beazer team was on top of every little thing. Great community of people as well. Love our new home! Home is where the heart is when it comes to Beazer!

From the first time we enter the model home up to now the customer service is SUPERB! Crissy, the sales person, Will, construction manager and Richard, the warranty person, are all very responsive to any of our questions and concern. They made our first “newly build” home buying experience very easy. Crissy helped us a lot during our buying experience, she is the best sales person we ever had!!! So far, we only have minor issues in the house and was address in a day or 2 after we reported it.

We purchased our second Beazer home and had yet another amazing experience, from start to finish. Ben, our sales representative, is knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease about our purchase. We kept in touch with him throughout the process and he answered any questions we had. Jake, our construction manager, provided us with weekly updates and fixed any issues we discovered. Overall, amazing experience and a great team.

This house has amazing details and the high ceiling give the best view of the house! The design is really well planed! And everything is the right way to go!! IF (and only if) I’ll plan to buy another house I’ll get this same construction company!

Our Beazer experience began in September 2022 when we met Curtis. Curtis was extraordinary in assisting us. We started our home buying journey by simply making a commitment to begin looking with NO expectations of actually buying. Curtis spent time with us inquiring about our needs and then began to educate us about why Beazer is the most high quality home we could purchase. The most insight and helpful information was about the process of the layers of building and the quality of the products in the home. While we started our journey at Amira, no fault of Curtis or Beazer, that community was not a fit for us. HOWEVER, we were so impressed with Beazer as represented by Curtis, we found another location at Timber Hollow that was ALL Beazer homes and the community that was right for us. We loved Curtis(I truly feel like he has become a member of our family) so much that even though he was by then moved to another community we insisted that Curtis remain our rep. Thorough NO ONE's fault, our purchase was delayed due to water issues in our chosen community. HOWEVER, the delay was a blessing. We SHOPPED at many, many communities and with many many builders and simply were unable to purchase elsewhere due the the excellent education Curtis provided us about the Beazer home. NO ONE compared in quality! So, March 2023, we were finally able to sign our contract and begin the journey of building our Beazer home. Leslie was our rep at the Design Center and boy did we have a blast making all of our selections. Leslie was incredible! She was fun and asked all the right questions and made double, triple sure that we were confirmed in our choices. I appreciated having two meetings to allow us to sleep on our choices. She was professional AND made experience a fun one. Lee - Beazer is LUCKY to have this guy as a project manager. Lee is EXTREMELY aware of meeting the needs of the buyers. He is professional, efficient and an incredible hardworker. All communications with Lee were timely and he stood by everything he promised and was honest if he could not deliver expectations that were beyond the scope of the project. And he delivered ON TIME. We closed on our projected closing date that was given to us at the time we signed the contract. Beyond his professionalism, hard work ethic, and efficiency he is simply a fun guy to be around. We loved each Beazer professional we worked with an upon completion and closing of our home, and after our move in we invited them all to a celebration in our home to say thank you. While we are aware they are paid professionals, we also know that financial compensation is not always what it should be we were hopeful that our gratitude for what they did and how they did it was appreciated was know. I can promise that any loss of any one of these individuals is a huge loss for Beazer as we are of the opinion that none of the professionals: Curtis, Leslie or Lee can be replaced. Anyone of any other opinion of these individuals my need to look to themselves and who they are being, if they are not experience these individuals. I recently purchased a home from Beazer, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The builder's team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend Beazer for anyone looking for quality and reliability in their home purchase. Ron from the construction team was amazing!!

My builder Matt was beyond superb. I lived 45 minutes away while my home was being built. Matt was so awesome to send me pictures weekly, keep me updated on everything. And at the end of the finish line when we ran into a hiccup, Matt was the one that made sure my home was delivered as promised. Huge shout out to Shelly who was brought in at the end for her help and outstanding job.

Corbin did an excellent job after our move in of staying on top of the few things missed in our last walk through. He kept us appraised of scheduling of the repair work to be done.

My experience with Beazer was more than I could have hoped for. Starting with Audra. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us. She was always available and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Josh was also top notch. He explained the building process and was always there to answer questions we had (no matter how Insignificant). The walkthroughs we had we very detailed. Corbin joined the process towards the end of our build. He is extremely detailed and also took care of any concerns we had in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience purchasing a home from Beazer Homes. From the outset, Michelle (sales representative) went "above and beyond" my expectations to make this beautiful home, my own. Additionally, Micah (site manager) exceeded my expectations in his attention to detail regarding any and all maintenance issues. I know from friends who have previously purchased homes from Beazer, and they all attest to the quality and craftmanship that Beazer provides.
