This is our second build and third total family build. The Beazer product held temperatures well when we experienced a 3 day power outage. Our family members were quite impressed when they thought we’d be super hot during Beryl in Texas. After closing, we had a normal “fix it” list. The list got “lost in translation”, but Hunter made sure he personally handled our concerns. We are pleased with our purchase overall.

Amanda and Will were great to work with. From the second we started looking at homes, through the purchasing process, and even after closing, Amanda and Will have been there for us and helped with every step along the way. Their effort has made the house a blessing versus a curse or stressful purchase.

Easy process when buying with beazer. Amazing quality home, no other new homes (including neighborhood competitor) were up to par with beazer quality which is why we quickly decided to go with beazer. After sale customer service has been great. Any issues have been addressed, although no major issues - only simple fix cosmetic stuff. My husband and I are happy to raise our kids in this neighborhood :)

We had a great experience getting our new home from Beazer. Josh, our construction manager, kept us informed of all the progress. He did a great job completing the house on time and looking great. Ashley, our warrenty contact, has been great a fixing small issues that we have ran into and solved them in a timely manner. Definitely recommend working with them if you are building with Beazer.

If I'm reviewing the homebuying experience and not the house, this is between 1.5-2 stars. First of all, from October through February we were told we'd be closing mid-May, and then all of a sudden in February the closing date gets changed to March. This late notice resulted in us having to spend an extra $3000 on rent because we had to make a decision on extending our lease before the new close date was communicated. And then, as we are a few weeks from closing apparently our Beazer rep left the company. Did anyone from Beazer pick up our account in his place? Of course not. Meaning we never got any of the introduction packets or instructions that were supposed to be delivered before closing until we had to request them ourselves several weeks after closing. I'm going to advise anyone who works with Beazer in the future to do so through a real estate agent, because as a first-time home buyer Beazer does a terrible job. ... More

Great experience. Couldn’t be happier

We are happy with our house, and since we started from the ground up it is exactly what we wanted. Hunter provided great communication (along with pics) as the home progressed and has been very helpful since closing getting little things taken care of. We received great customer service from everyone we've dealt with along the way.
