I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience purchasing a home from Beazer Homes. From the outset, Michelle (sales representative) went "above and beyond" my expectations to make this beautiful home, my own. Additionally, Micah (site manager) exceeded my expectations in his attention to detail regarding any and all maintenance issues. I know from friends who have previously purchased homes from Beazer, and they all attest to the quality and craftmanship that Beazer provides. Our several experience was great. Our Beazer rep Gabriel was new but if he didn't know something he found out for us. And the CM for our property Lee is amazing. He is super helpful and responsive. He always get done what he says he is going to do. We are in a high end energy efficient neighborhood my understanding is it is the first of its kind with Beazer and they really knocked it out of the park. We look forward to living here for a long time.

I was in need for a move in ready home, I knew a townhome was what I wanted, needed to downsize. Saw duets in Townlake & compared to other builders Beazer offered more/checked off more of my boxes. The customer service from my initial walk in the model home was what set Beazer apart immediately. Tiffany was busy with a customer but made me feel seen, she acknowledged me right away & checked in ensuring she would be right with me. The communication throughout the process was timely & working with the builder (Josh) was a very good experience as well. He was very attentive & followed up quickly on all my questions, after closing he still remained available to assist as applicable. From start to finish, the staff at Beazers was amazing. Chrissy helping us with viewing the home and getting everything organized to move truly made it easy. I had been dreaming of buying a new home for years, and when I finally decided to make the move, I knew I wanted to work with Beazer Homes. I had heard great things about their quality construction and customer service, and I was impressed with the variety of floor plans and upgrades they offered. I started my journey by working with Hassan, a Beazer sales consultant. Hassan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Beazer process, and he took the time to understand my needs and wants. He showed me several different floor plans, and he was patient and helpful as I made my decision. Once I had chosen a floor plan, Hassan helped me with the financing and closing process. He was always available to answer my questions, and he made sure that I understood everything that was happening. The construction of my home was overseen by Darius, a Beazer construction manager. Darius kept me updated on the progress of my home, and he was always available to answer my questions. He also made sure that my home was built to Beazer's high standards of quality. I moved into my new Beazer home a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I love the way it looks, and I love the way it feels. I'm so glad that I chose Beazer Homes, and I'm grateful for the help of Hassan and Darius. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Hassan and Darius: They were both knowledgeable and experienced. They were patient and helpful. Our experience was pleasant; from the showing of the house to closing it was all a seamless process. Our Beazer home is so beautiful and spacious, built with quality in mind and we’re soaking in every moment of being in our new home. We’ve also had the pleasure of enjoying the support of the builder and sales agent in ensuring we settle in nicely and comfortably!

From the moment I stepped into the beazer model home I was sold. From the warm greeting to the detailed explanations by both the builder supervisor and the beazer rep. They both explained the process and the beazer built home in great detail, even answering questions over and over. The home is even better. The subdivision is still in the building process and the builder supervisor keeps it very neat and organized around here. He (Donnie) is even still around for current home owners! I’m glad to have gotten a beazer home thus far!
