I wish I could share pics of my entire 15,000 sqft lawn on my $1M+ home! It's a mess. Watered 30 mins per zone (9zones) twice a day for 30+ days and still didn't help (124,000 gallons and $ 2,100 later). They didn't level, they put dead sod pallets, the didn't put topsoil instead very rocky soil right under sod. Sprinklers missing sod and mulch areas but overspraying walkways and street and hardscspe. I wish I could add pics. I'm less than 2 months in and it's absolutely a massive issue. Also front door not installed correctly. I can visually see the daylight it various spots when door is ...

Dont buy a Beazer home in San Antonio

If tou want a quality home, dont buy a Beazer home in the San Antonio area. After spending over 909k on a house we are extremely disappointed in the mack of quality and attention to details on our home. 45 days after closing we are still trying to get major items fixed in our home. Dont buy from Beazer in San Antonio. From the Division president down all promise one thing and deliver sub standard work.
