Sam and Sola made us feel like family, I had a great experience with Beazer homes! Sam was awesome and assisted throughout the entire process from start to finish. He answered all my “millions” of questions and kept me updated on the build of the home. Sam was very thorough with the smallest details! During walk-thrus he pointed out things I would have missed. He was all around awesome and made the experience worth it!

Alex was wonderful through the process things were missed in the sales process then the salesmen was no longer with the company so things never got corrected and I had no point of contact until it was too late to fix things overall though very happy

Beazed worked with us on time lines we needed, sent weekly updates of the progress. Were accommodating when we wanted to view the property. My only issue is they passed our timeline past what was agreed and even with construction issues, we were completely behind. Leave an extra 2 months past “estimated completion” before getting excited.

Part of my experience has been great and I love the Floorplan to my home. However, there were many small things that was not fixed before I closed and even now that I have closed. It has been create a list and create a list of what is wrong over and over. The workmanship on the cabinetry, the front door, the bath tiles, the crooked walls, the electric work, study doors, exterior lights, and the yard which was not leveled with very little top soil. and building debris. I have had ny son at the home every week for work crews to show up with the majority of the crews never showing or never ...

Overall, this house has left us feeling underwhelmed, frustrated, and displeased. We are very disappointed with the craftsmanship of our home. Specifically, we have identified several issues: cracked concrete outside the garage door and front curb, numerous crooked power sockets, air vents, and ceiling fans, and visible holes in the walls behind toilets and sinks. Additionally, we still do not have an operational stove vent, and water does not properly drain from our backyard. We have identified 71 visible issues, and the increasing discovery of flaws continually chips away at our sense of ...

I cannot say I'd do this experience again. The best part was at the design center with Cari B. But I went through two sales consultants and three construction managers from purchase agreement to completion. Brian E., who handled most of the construction, was a loss and it was a great thing when he quit. He never walked the property or addressed concerns which is why I have an untrue wall in my entry and my electrical meter was installed on the wrong side of the home which caused a significant construction delay. Catrina L. was the queen of "NO" and could never get off the company ...

I have purchased multiple homes and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. There are zero quality checks done by the build team. The laborers come in to do their trade with zero regard for any of the other work that has been done. It is blatantly obvious that Beazer has one concern and that is to have the home built as quickly as possible. I had pointed out many issues during the build process and the builder told me they would address them. It because clear that this was a lie and they only told me what that to buy more time. On closing day I overheard the building manager say ...

Disappointment and frustration.

The entire build process was a failure. The upgrades we selected were missed from start to finish. I found the majority of the issues and felt like I had to inspect the house daily because Beazer did not have controls in place to manage the contractors. Everyone was nice. Plenty of apologies and rework. But it was six months of frustration and disappointment. We wanted to be excited about the build of our new home, but that wasn’t possible.

Beazer Homes responded:
We appreciate you sharing your sentiments with us, John. We're sorry to hear that your new home experience was less than ideal. At Beazer, we pride ourselves on working with integrity which means taking ownership of our work and doing what's needed to make it right. We're glad to see your local teams were able to work with you to resolved any concerns you may have had. We hope you are getting settled in nicely at Cibolo Crossing. I wish I could share pics of my entire 15,000 sqft lawn on my $1M+ home! It's a mess. Watered 30 mins per zone (9zones) twice a day for 30+ days and still didn't help (124,000 gallons and $ 2,100 later). They didn't level, they put dead sod pallets, the didn't put topsoil instead very rocky soil right under sod. Sprinklers missing sod and mulch areas but overspraying walkways and street and hardscspe. I wish I could add pics. I'm less than 2 months in and it's absolutely a massive issue. Also front door not installed correctly. I can visually see the daylight it various spots when door is ...

If tou want a quality home, dont buy a Beazer home in the San Antonio area. After spending over 909k on a house we are extremely disappointed in the mack of quality and attention to details on our home. 45 days after closing we are still trying to get major items fixed in our home. Dont buy from Beazer in San Antonio. From the Division president down all promise one thing and deliver sub standard work.
