Beazed worked with us on time lines we needed, sent weekly updates of the progress. Were accommodating when we wanted to view the property. My only issue is they passed our timeline past what was agreed and even with construction issues, we were completely behind. Leave an extra 2 months past “estimated completion” before getting excited.

Once Reuben and John came on board the home purchasing and the follow ups were Great! Thank you. We love our home!

I cannot say I'd do this experience again. The best part was at the design center with Cari B. But I went through two sales consultants and three construction managers from purchase agreement to completion. Brian E., who handled most of the construction, was a loss and it was a great thing when he quit. He never walked the property or addressed concerns which is why I have an untrue wall in my entry and my electrical meter was installed on the wrong side of the home which caused a significant construction delay. Catrina L. was the queen of "NO" and could never get off the company script. She was pleasant enough but was never on the buyer's side. Ruban, the last CM, did his best to pick up the pieces that Bryan E. left him but was placed in an impossible situation from corporate who only sees numbers and not the construction. He's a great guy and did his best to make things happen, I enjoyed working with him enough that I still enjoy stopping by and chatting with him. Beazer should probably listen to his input more and the quality of the homes would go up in the subdivision I live in. As for the home, it's great overall, but I am catching things now that I've lived in it that should have been caught before I closed. I am on my third furnace, the first having nearly burned my home down. Landscaping is atrocious, my hot water heater looks like it was installed by a monkey. There is a list of things for warranty. Thankfully you all have John F. who is a miracle worker with getting things fixed. He should, however, not be so gainfully employed. These things shouldn't have made it past closing. Nevertheless, he is quick and responsive and overall, a great asset and person. Would I do this again? Maybe, but with the competing builder. Two things I really hope someone hears, during construction a door I didn't order was installed. I liked the door more than the "standard" door and offered to pay the difference. Catrina flat out said "no" and the door was taken off my home. Seriously? I was willing to pay for it, I wasn't looking for a free upgrade. You're telling me Beazer couldn't order a new door? Beazar Homes are absolutely amazing!! Their technology is top tier and would highly recommend to anyone looking. Not only is it more energy efficient but the customization options are great. I'm extremely impressed with the construction manager. Mr Sam, I hope I have his title correct. I will not forget the Confidence he displayed in showcasing, the highlighted parts of this beautiful home. I asked many questions of him that special day of my life. He understood my needs and answered everyone of my questions. With the positive, ( not a negative) attitude, I felt free to share with him further questions. Once I realized by hearing all the knowledge he had of the home, I felt confident to know I could possibly work with him in the future. It turned out, when I needed to learn the ends and navigate around the house, he was available by phone and hands on, if needed. The greater part of knowing Mr Sam, was his honesty. This man is a no nonsense person and he Says what her mean, and he means what he says. If anything was beyond his control, he politely apologized. Mr Sam is professionally unique. He knows how to work with people, who does not have the knowledge he carries in his career. Patience is one of his strongest qualities. I'm very thankful he was the first person to show me my new home. It matters when you are dealing with people. I realized I was fortunate to have met him and I know for sure. Working with Sola and Sam have been the best process. Anything that i needed they were one phone call away. High recommend Beazer home and having Sam in charge of your build.

Sam and Sola made us feel like family, I had a great experience with Beazer homes! Sam was awesome and assisted throughout the entire process from start to finish. He answered all my “millions” of questions and kept me updated on the build of the home. Sam was very thorough with the smallest details! During walk-thrus he pointed out things I would have missed. He was all around awesome and made the experience worth it!

The entire build process was a failure. The upgrades we selected were missed from start to finish. I found the majority of the issues and felt like I had to inspect the house daily because Beazer did not have controls in place to manage the contractors. Everyone was nice. Plenty of apologies and rework. But it was six months of frustration and disappointment. We wanted to be excited about the build of our new home, but that wasn’t possible.

I wish I could share pics of my entire 15,000 sqft lawn on my $1M+ home! It's a mess. Watered 30 mins per zone (9zones) twice a day for 30+ days and still didn't help (124,000 gallons and $ 2,100 later). They didn't level, they put dead sod pallets, the didn't put topsoil instead very rocky soil right under sod. Sprinklers missing sod and mulch areas but overspraying walkways and street and hardscspe. I wish I could add pics. I'm less than 2 months in and it's absolutely a massive issue. Also front door not installed correctly. I can visually see the daylight it various spots when door is fully closed. Door handle broken twice already. Tile grout too low making sweeping and upkeep a nightmare. There much much more. It's alot to write here. The people are actually nice to speak to and truly likeable. but quality is an issue and they just haven't been able to resolve mine. I love my neighborhood. I love the look of my home structure. If tou want a quality home, dont buy a Beazer home in the San Antonio area. After spending over 909k on a house we are extremely disappointed in the mack of quality and attention to details on our home. 45 days after closing we are still trying to get major items fixed in our home. Dont buy from Beazer in San Antonio. From the Division president down all promise one thing and deliver sub standard work.
