After the walk through of the house and the property we sat down and were walked through what to expect in next steps. A very easy process that made me comfortable with moving forward on my first home. This experience from beginning to end was amazing.

Nick was and is Awsome!! From our very first introduction he was very professional and personable. He showed us several homes until we eventually decided on which one suited us best. He informed of options, upgrades etc... From the beginning of the process to the end of closing. Nick was available anytime we needed him via text & phone or in person. The quality of appliances and fixtures, workmanship of the homes is top notch. Searched for a reasonable condo for around a 6 months and found Regal Chase and immediately went in to the model to check it out with our realtor.
