The purchase was easy. The agent was great. The quality is fair. Garage is small. Refrigerator still not working properly after three repairs. The water smells and is very dirty. I have a serious mold issue in HVAC closet. The ERV system is noisy. Paint is the lowest quality Sherwin Williams. Why would a quality builder put wire closet organizers in a quality home? And the remote fan is an issue- due to the limited frequency of each remote, randomly, the light or fan will come on due to someone else in the building using their remote. Searched for a reasonable condo for around a 6 months and found Regal Chase and immediately went in to the model to check it out with our realtor. Matt introduced us to the community and we signed a contract the same day. Matt was awesome during the process, communicative and professional. Love the community and the unit so far and would recommend Beazer homes to anyone.

From day one, this experience has been marked by deflection, evasion, and a clear imbalance of power. I wasn’t allowed to inspect the home before committing — issues like a cracked garage slab and mismatched fixtures were only visible through windows. David blocked walkthroughs, and when I canceled, Keith refused to commit to any timeline. Despite that, Beazer deposited my earnest money before the end of my 5-day review window — and then forced me to wait weeks for a refund based on non-existent contract clauses. After reluctantly restarting the process, things only got worse post-closing. HVAC miswiring was discovered — my outdoor unit was connected to a neighbor’s breaker, something Beazer denied until we proved it ourselves. HVAC still doesn’t cool properly, and it's now confirmed that Beazer installed 2-ton units in ~30 of the largest Phase 2 condos, while Phase 1 homes got proper 5-ton systems. When we raised this, they fell silent. I’ve received no engineering review, no duct correction, and no explanation. To make matters worse, Beazer still controls HVAC access months after closing, likely running down the 10-month warranty clock while homeowners remain in limbo. Their field rep, Manuel, dismissed serious appliance failures (e.g., microwave burning rice, oven failing to toast) by suggesting I “buy a rice cooker” or “get a toaster” — all while KOAM confirmed the issues but offered no fix. Emails to Beazer's production team, customer care, and even the NHCC go unanswered. When they respond, it’s with vague statements or handoffs that lead nowhere. The HOA turnover has also been stalled, despite the legal occupancy threshold being met over six months ago. This isn’t about small cosmetic issues. It’s about how a national builder weaponizes process to dodge accountability — from contract to construction to warranty. Love Beazer home townhouse in Dale Wood I just purchased. I wish they allow buyer upgrade composite deck, vinyl fence. But over all, I’m happy with my new home.

I searched for about two years and did not find anything that comes close to my current condo. Very spacious rooms , plenty of storage all throughout, big and beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinets. What sold me on this condo was the walk-in pantry room and the walk-in laundry room (I did not see this anywhere else I looked while searching). The only negative thing is the size of the garage and the lack of enough parking spaces .

Minor issues encountered were primarily attributable to subcontractors; however, Construction Manager Wade ensured their prompt resolution. Furthermore, New Home Manager Myla facilitated a remarkably stress-free purchase and contract process, a significant improvement over past experiences.
