The whole team was outstanding to work with. From our initial signing with Justin to our walkthroughs with Joe and Paul, we felt heard throughout our entire process. The team was happy to answer any and all questions, prompt with follow up when needed, and carried themselves with integrity and an unparalleled commitment to an outstanding customer experience. The quality of our home itself exceeded expectations. My husband and I love being the house-envy of all our friends!

The over all experience was above average especially the sales staff. Minor issues like very dirty air filters left in place, air vent in kitchen area not able to properly vent heat from kitchen, poor selection of HOA administration, lacked directions for some of controls, and average response to small condo issues. Recommend buyers check out elevator performance requirements. Good intentions by support staff for small issues. Major requirements for condo construction very good. Explanation of HOA and responsibilities of HOA , and who is on HOA board a little hazy still.

You read the title. Everything in the home within the first month has garnered scrutiny due to the absolute lack of quality control. Maybe slow your production and revenue stream in favor of customer satisfaction. I heard there’s a buyer’s market on the horizon…would hate to have bad reviews when that comes along.

First time buying a new home, third time buying a home. It was a great experience thanks to the employees that keep you updated with everything and walk you through the entire process!

This was not pleasant home buying experience for me since many of the questions I had were not answered clearly. I asked a lot of questions and the response was you can trust the builder. In the end the answers I was given did not come through.

Beazer needs to do a better job managing quality. At least this has been my experience. Could have been a lot better. This is not my first time purchasing new build construction home. A bit disappointed. Issues are still being resolved. Two warranty tickets still pending resolution.

We love our home, the condominiums are carefully designed, the layout is beautiful and it is very spacious! The neighborhood is also very nice, highly recommend this community!!!

Overall, a reasonable experience. Our negative experience is the focus on the extended delays in the construction schedule which resulted in needless complications for us in terms of selling our existing home (Beazer requires listing your home within 30 days which is fine provided they stay on schedule). Beazer didn't make adequate financial adjustments to account for these costs experienced on our behalf. On the plus side, Jeff and Shawn kept us informed of progress during these extended delays.

Jeff and Shawn were there for us every step of the way—through construction, settlement, move-in. Shawn cares about the details of our condo as if he were the owner. Beazer responds promptly to correct any minor problems with our home—and they do so with a smile.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. All sales staff and Todd were great.

We had nothing but good things to say with our home buying process with Beazer homes. Justin was an excellent resource, providing updates throughout each step of the process and Joe was very attentive to our needs and making sure our home was in the best condition possible for move in. Great experience!

Not happy at all at this point. No one will call me back to get the things taken care of that were missing, broken, ruined by painters tape etc…

We are very happy with our new condo, we are enjoying our unit because it has a nice view. The layout of the kitchen is nice and my wife loves the appliances. We are also enjoying the gym and meeting new friends. The location of the condo is perfect, there restaurants and all kind of stores around. Closing was done diligently without any problems. All the paperwork was completed successfully. The sales person was very helpful in all the process. The builder’s team were responsive to our few concerns and repaired them quickly.

I was impressed with all company employee and the townhouse. I did not a five star rating because 1) The kitchen appliances are not top quality, 2) The bathroom appliances are not top quality, 3) The entrance/exit is a disappointment.

Had a great customer service experience with Beazer Homes and very satisfied with the overall process. Matt Cherry, Joe MC Clure, and Tony were very helpful and transparent even after closing. Will recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a new build home.

The Beazer team was highly responsive and helpful during the homebuying experience, allowing us to make the most of our selections and preferences. Overall, the build quality and attention to detail were great. We had few complaints during our walk through, and are really enjoying our new home!
