I'd like to thank the team at Beazer Homes, especially the head builder, as he paid very close attention to minor flaws that were found in the condo during the initial walk through. He ensured that everything would be fixed, and there was a quick turnaround, specifically with the touch up in painting up the stairwell. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

The process of buying my Beazer home was amazing. Each step of the build I was kept informed. I received pictures and text messages all the way up to the closing and after. Joe and Matt were outstanding. I am enjoying my new home.

The overall experience was great- Builder rep was amazing and informed me of all that needed to be done and the time line in which it would be completed. I was very pleased at the end result.

Our home counselor, Matt, was very friendly, answered all our questions, and gave us all the information needed to apply for a loan, pricing, options for designing the home, timeframes, and process of new construction homes. It was a pleasant and fun experience. Our builder, Joe, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us updated on timeframe of home and if there were any issues. He explained the process, answered our questions and showed us how everything worked. We are really enjoying our new Beazer home. There were a few issues along the construction process (typical with any new build) but the team was great working through them. The post closing warranty team has also been great and very responsive. The only negative is that we found Beazer to be less flexible on design changes and options than most other builders. Overall though we are happy.

Beazer Homes truly lived up to our expectations. They were transparent and honest with us during the entire build process, and were always available and present if we needed anything at all. They stuck to tight timelines, remained flexible, and ultimately delivered us a fantastic home (doing so within our rate lock suspense timeframe). Specifically, Jessica and Joe were an absolute pleasure to work with and were always timely and professional. We’re extremely satisfied with Beazer Homes and would definitely use them again!

The home buying experience from start to finish was amazing. Matt and the sales office staff were courteous and always available to answer any questions my wife and I had. Joe was phenomenal when it came to providing updates on the progress of our home build. We never went more than a week without an accurate update on where our home was at within the process. Give Joe a vacation! That man has earned it.

I truly had the easiest and most pleasant experience with the Beazer team from Matt the seller to Joe the builder and everyone in between. The community is beautiful and quiet and I wouldn’t have any other way. I would highly recommended!

Had a very good homebuying experience. The sales representative did a great job of keeping us updated in the home build progress. As a sight unseen buyer on the initial home layout we would’ve appreciated more directional orientation so as to see where the river views, sunrise and porch and bathroom layout would all fall.

The entire buying and building experience surpassed all of our expectations. We love our new home and cant thank the beazer team for making our first home buying experience a great one!

Overall it’s a great experience with Beazer. Our first home is also from Beazer and we are like returning customer. It was a great experience starting from contract to closing of the home.

Joe was great to work with. He is a busy guy but always makes time and effort to create a one-on-one experience. Convinced you will not find better employee than Joe.

We did not have the best experience with Beazer. Great design and layout, but the quality of the home could have been better. It felt like the home was rushed and attention to detail was lacking throughout the home inside and out.

The overall experience wasn't bad for a first-time home buyer however, I wish they could have been straight up with us (buyer) about the construction time frame. I know it's not their (builder) fault due to shortages but it would have been fair to both parties to have an open conversation from the beginning. Also, the sales associates should not showcase a model home that would not be in a different site. This is very misleading because not all buyers might be able to interpret the paper layout of the newly build.

This home was not ready for closing. Too many issues which I am still trying to get fixed. Things pointed out during pre construction and pre drywall were never fixed. Options paid for but installation is atrocious. I have paid good money to try to address design deficiencies because of your minimal cutting corners on the hvac. Mold and condensation should not be present a week before closing. Multiple missing or poor workmanship everywhere and now Beazer wants me to be the person who has to know what is missing or wrong to get Beazer to do anything. I am disgusted with the lack of quality or concern with these contractors hired by you who are not supervised and who come in and do fixes after first install. I am not the site manager. I have worked and saved for 2 years to get this house and feel I have overpaid for an incompetent builder. 6 weeks in and my yard is rotting or dead since day one and hvac mold and condensation, cabinet installation, broken appliances, not having appliances I paid for, busted flooring, oak stair collapse, front door replacement will cost $4400 because of gaps and poor framing, incomplete paint job, can’t use the stove because the hood was stalled without brackets and damaged my cabinets, even the tree was planted in the wrong place. Hvac system is inadequate for the size and location of the house so upstairs can be 78 and the second floor can be 72 even with damper closed and ever possible way to get air upstairs. Minisplit $7000 to compensate for a builders cut corner. Lied to my face about the tonnage that should have been installed. No one takes responsibility for this? ... More

Great house. After bad experience with after settlement issues, we recently had great support from the Customer Care team. Thanks to Rick and Manuel.

We have built 5 previous homes and Beazer has been one of the most enjoyable experiences.

I gave it a 4 star because I live my house. However the privacy fencing around the community was poorly built. We have foxes crawling under the “privacy fence” that was built. I have personally seen people crawling under those fences during night time trespassing. I do not feel safe in my house even with all my security system.

Matt, Josh and Harry made the home buying and construction process seamless. They communicated so much I felt I was on the work site everyday. They also was always available and answered every question. I would use beazer to build my next home.
