Justin and Harry were phenomenal during this entire experience. Justin made the the whole home buying process simple and easy. He constantly provided us with updates and was always up front about issues. He had our best interests in mind. Harry was great during out walk throughs and closing. He was always available and made sure the home looked perfect for move in. Could not have asked for a better group. As new home buyers, we are extremely grateful that this whole process was simple thanks to Beazer and the individuals above.

Lack of quality control

After moving in there has been issue after issue. Details. I recommend bringing your own “blue tape” at the walk through and “take your time” to catch ALL issues. Leave no corner. I’m still finding things that if not repaired will lead to huge expenses. I was told they would come back they didn’t. My cabinets don’t close all the way, stairs are not even, paint caked up in areas… my neighbors have shared similar issues. Where is the quality control? Stop throwing these homes together and start checking these things.

I had a good Experience during the buying process with both the sales team and construction manager. Home quality is good but I think that Beazer can do a little better for a home at that price range (I know the market is crazy). Waiting to see within the next few months how it goes. That being said, we are happy which is the most important.

Overall the home buying experience was great. The team was phenomenal leading up to the closing. Since closing I’ve experienced some issues. When addressing these issues it’s been less than acceptable. Random people showing up at random times to fix things. Zero coordination done prior to folks stopping by the house at random times to fix items. Additionally, the paint and painter used in our home, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. My child could do the same job with water colors.

While the staffing in the office was first rate, I am a bit taken back by some of the workmanship inside the home. Painting is off, staining is off, etc... Wasn't expecting that.

From the earliest days, the local contractor (Joe) has exceeded all expectations. I wish all involved in the process were as good as Joe. Unfortunately, he stands alone in providing that high quality experience among the rest of the Beazer team. The 'customer service' part of this new home buying experience stands out as being sub-optimal and the opposite of customer focused. A shame.
