Not a great experience to me as a first time home buyer. What we heard was a top notch level about this builder and what we experienced is totally a disastrous feel with so many quality issues and incomplete work and not happy with the way home was delivered to us.

Pandemic is not an exception.

The builder is great. Their plans are great. Just that the pandemic has caused a lot of demand and shortage of resources makes it hard. However the buyer still pays the premium and does not make sense delivering homes with a lot of cosmetic issue from damaged doors to improper painting.

i am not sure because of the pandemic or in general there are like this...they have left lot of things pending and missed from day one.....we reached out to them so many times i have not got positive response back....they take months get things done..

We had a great experience with Beazer. They were helpful and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. There were some construction delays but that is likely due to things out of their control (pandemic delays etc).

Have had to call the builder multiple times to fix issues identified during walkthrough and some are still not fixed 2 months after closing. The lawn work has been very shoddy, plant are uprooted and dying in spring itself.

The team at Beazer made buying our home easier and less stressful throughout the whole process. The buying and closing were the easy part but once occupying the space was a different story. I would recommend the builders to give the new home owners at least 30 days vs the 10 days for post move-in inspection. Many of us like myself did not move into the house immediately after closing, it was a few weeks later due to my lease and not living in the new home, it's not enough time for the 10-day inspection. I understand there is also a 11-month follow up but if a home owner is given 30-days, it may minimize the 11-month follow up inspection list and issues from occupancy. I have been in ...

I love this location, I chose the Brightwood model for the main floor living. The views from the windows are probably the best in Potomac Shores! However, as this may be one of Beazer's largest floor plans in Potomac Shores, not enough thought was given to create better options to utilize the space, I have a laundry closet, the smallest pantry, and there are literally three doors in my bathroom. I bought a brand new home thinking less issues than a remodeled home. Boy, was I wrong. Having nearly two dozen of documented issues after settlement, several homes with water damage because they refused to install roof patio gutters and all that water pouring into the homes, electrical outlets and appliances not wired properly, crooked island issues, missing trim, grout, drywall mud, etc., the list from my house and others are endless.
