As first-time “new build” buyers, we were grateful to have Aunee, our New Home Counselor, guiding us through every step of the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive, making what could have been an overwhelming journey feel seamless and exciting. Although Kyle wasn’t the builder at the start, he stepped in effortlessly and ensured the transition was smooth. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence that our home was in great hands. What stands out most is that both Aunee and Kyle have continued to check in with us even after move-in. Great experience with very professional team that support me during all the process

This was a very good buying experience. The sales agent Luis and construction manager Chris were very responsive to questions and concerns. I would recommend Beazer Homes as a good quality builder

From the very first day, Shalitha was great to work with. She was very helpful and really knows her stuff! Although all the rain delayed us some, Josh really worked hard to keep us moving forward. The process and product exceed our expectations and we would do it all over again.
