We recently built a new home with Bloomfield Homes at Terracina in Rockwall, and the entire experience from contract to closing was very positive. Communication and transparency were the biggest strengths. We always knew what stage the home was in, what was coming next, and what our options were when decisions had to be made. Our project manager, Rafael, deserves special recognition. He was consistently responsive, patient with our questions, and clear about timelines and expectations.
