From the very beginning, our experience building a new home was exceptional. Tyler was our initial contact, and he set the tone by being upfront, knowledgeable, and always available to guide us through the early stages. When construction began, Mitchell, our builder, continued that same level of care. He consistently kept us updated, welcomed our questions, and made sure we always had access to the site and the information we needed. I recently purchased my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very first visit to the final closing, the service I received was absolutely top-notch. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect home that met all my needs.

Buying my home entirely virtually was smoother than I ever imagined. I toured properties virtually, annd asked a lot of questions. The real game-changer was my incredible real estate agent—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right place. Even without seeing the home in perso, I felt confident every step of the way. When I finally walked through the door, it felt like everything had come full circle. I’m proud to call this space mine and grateful for the support that made it happen.

While relocating after my wife retired, to be closer to our kids, the selection, purchase, buildout and closing with Bloomfield homes was super. They were "spot on" with their sales and build out. The communications throughout the process was fantastic. Closing was exactly as we expected, no surprises. My wife and I are very satisfied with the entire journey!

The whole build and buying process was easy. Mandy and Scott did a great job communicating with us. We were moving from another state so it was nice to have that communication and we knew that we could trust them. The quality of the home stands for itself. We had VERY few things at walkthrough that needed to be fixed. This is our second newly built home and this one was by far easier than the first. Would Highly recommend Bloomfield homes.

The community itself is a hidden gem peaceful, family-friendly, and full of amenities like the pool, playground, and walking trails. We also love the easy access to I-20 and 635, making it convenient to get anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The quality of the home is outstanding, and you can truly see the attention to detail in every feature. Being in the highly regarded Mesquite ISD is another huge plus. The process was smooth and we had great support from the Country Lakes team from the beginning all the way to the end. Mandy, Scott and their team were wonderful. They were always available to answer our questions quickly and thoroughly. The house itself is amazing and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. We have so many upgrades in the home and extras that we didn't see with other builders. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes to my family and friends!
