We recently built a new home with Bloomfield Homes at Terracina in Rockwall, and the entire experience from contract to closing was very positive. Communication and transparency were the biggest strengths. We always knew what stage the home was in, what was coming next, and what our options were when decisions had to be made. Our project manager, Rafael, deserves special recognition. He was consistently responsive, patient with our questions, and clear about timelines and expectations. If something changed, he told us why and what the plan was to keep things on track. That level of honesty and follow through made the build process far less stressful. What has impressed us just as much is the support after closing. Bloomfield and Rafael didn’t disappear once we got the keys. Any small items we’ve brought up have been acknowledged and addressed, and we’ve felt that our home and our satisfaction genuinely matter to them. My wife's dream home became a reality!! Dealing with Jeff and Chris was a delight, as they were patient, great listeners, and explained all of the process thoroughly. My wife and I were very nervous, had hundreds of questions that both Jeff and Chris answered the mistake basic questions and concerns with excellent information, strong communication so that we understood all details about our new home purchase. We recently purchased a home from Bloomfield in the Timberbrook neighborhood in Justin, TX. Great experience from the initial meeting with the sales team through final walkthrough before closing. The construction Project Manager was great. As a matter of fact, the entire Bloomfield team was great. We highly recommend Bloomfield for anyone looking for a new home build.

I had a great experience buying a home here in Midlothian, TX. Scott, the sales professional, was a straight shooter and was very helpful with all the options. He was able to guide me and give me a solid price for each home and lot I was looking at. We were originally looking at the Villages of Walnut Grove which is The Grove's sister property, but that was going to take a while to build so we opted for a completed home in The Grove's final phase. I think we would have had the same great experience no matter what we chose because Scott and his staff made it simple and were very patient and understanding and answered all the questions we had to the best of their ability. My wife and I recently were in the market for a home in the Ft. Worth area. A new grandson will require frequent visits from his grandparents. We have a home in south Florida and we did our house hunting online. We did have the benefit of our son and daughter in law who live in Ft. Worth to research homes we had interest in. While we looked at many homes along with different developments, we settled on either Wildwood Ranch or Pecan Square. Long distance home shopping is not easy. While relocating after my wife retired, to be closer to our kids, the selection, purchase, buildout and closing with Bloomfield homes was super. They were "spot on" with their sales and build out. The communications throughout the process was fantastic. Closing was exactly as we expected, no surprises. My wife and I are very satisfied with the entire journey!

The whole build and buying process was easy. Mandy and Scott did a great job communicating with us. We were moving from another state so it was nice to have that communication and we knew that we could trust them. The quality of the home stands for itself. We had VERY few things at walkthrough that needed to be fixed. This is our second newly built home and this one was by far easier than the first. Would Highly recommend Bloomfield homes.
