What struck us the most about Bloomfield is that, for a large builder with set floor plans, they were extremely flexible in the home design. We requested substantial structural changes to accommodate our multigenerational family and received no pushback at all; in fact, they worked with us to ensure our home would be perfect for our unique circumstances. Overall build quality was terrific, with good-quality flooring, windows, doors, and HVAC systems. April in the sales office was fantastic, and Chet on the building side was and remains a responsive partner for our needs.

Mandy, Kelsey and Scott were easy to communicate and work with on building our home.

Scott and Chad were a pleasure to deal. Vicke was fantastic help with decor selections

Everyone is impressed with my mini mansion. The design is breath taking and Bill was wonderful.

We recently purchased our second Bloomfield Home. I have to say that the entire experience is smooth and everyone is very helpful. We have only experienced very small minor issues with the new built homes and Bloomfield is very quick to respond to any issue. We lived in our first Bloomfield home for 12 years and we are lifetime customers!

April was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Chet was super helpful and responsive. Overall experience was very positive

Jessie was absolutely amazing , he was always available for questions and helped guide us when making our ultimate decision. The few problems that we have had have been resolved for the most. We still have a few small Items that need to be resolved, but am confident that they will be addressed to our satisfaction.

Scott was great to work with on building my new home…he was responsive and flexible while I was selling my home and building a new home. I love my new home!!

To many cost cutting measures that degraded the build quality, craftsmanship and overall value. Poor slab leveling, the use of MDF instead of real wood, use of watered down flat paint, no attention to detail and the "it's good enough" attitude. I would not buy another Bloomfield home or recommend them.

I would say the building process was great! Kyle did an excellent job going over and beyond for us, especially coming in halfway through. Where I would say the I was not satisfied with the process was anytime I had to deal with the 2 salespeople. They never had answers, they were never forthcoming with all the information it always came through in pieces, they were not knowledgeable and made the process VERY frustrating. I would happily buy another Bloomfield home if Kyle built it but absolutely would not buy another one if I had to deal with the same 2 salespeople. The delivery of my home after I signed was absolutely disgusting, I just signed for a very expensive home and nobody knew where the keys were, and I was handed the keys and not given any information about the HOA, not a congratulations, nothing. The construction manager really gave us a deal we could not refuse. The house is amazing. 5 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms, nice size backyard. My family and I love it. Oh also 3 car garage. I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes to ANYONE looking for a new construction home.

Easy fast abd friendly team

We’ve had a great experience with Bloomfield throughout our home-buying journey. The team was helpful, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process. While we did encounter a small issue, they were quick to address it and worked diligently to make things right. We appreciate their commitment to customer service and are very happy with our new home. We would recommend Bloomfield to anyone considering a new construction home.

There are some attention to detail thing you notice after being in the neighborhood a while. Most noticeable to me is the low quality concrete work. There are many flaws in the slab work and the neighborhood flat work is awful. Sidewalks are busted or have holes in the finish. This is a lack of attention or care to detail from your contractors.

My family is absolutely thrilled to have found a new home that suits us so perfectly. Thank you so much, Jack, for helping me make this dream home a reality.

Sara and the team at Terracina are awesome , since from day one our experience has been amazing ,clear and timely communication. The other wonderful thing about terracina it has quiet Neighbourhood and clean place to call home.

Dealing with the client good and awesome it is good community for residents

Was not looking for a home, but after 26 yrs in Arlington was time to get out. Close to Son, community is quiet, every seems friendly. My home has minor adjustments to be made, when time is right. The homes are solid and very up to date on latest functions, would recommend J Clark

We are very excited to be in our new home in Woodstone. Our experience with Dante & Charles was wonderful. They were direct, kind and responsive throughout the process. No build will be perfect or be without hiccups, that’s ok when you have the dream team working to make it right. We are forever grateful for the Bloomfield team for making our home buying dream a reality.

The absolute worst builder I’ve ever purchased a home from. The materials used were very cheap and the home was over 800k. On top of cheap materials, the quality of installation was so poor that it’s hard to believe the overall cost of the home. If you’re able to ignore the above, you’ll find that almost zero QA exists. In several difffernt places throughout the home, we discovered issues that the builder tried to mask versus replace prior to the home being sold. For example, baseboards were completely broken on corners and instead of replacing, they just painted directly over the damage. Many of the sinks were barely held together with caulking and lifting across the entire section. We’ve had consistent issues with electrical outlets and after calling an electrician, he stated that the wrong size (amperage) were installed by the builder.
