They worked with us very well. We negotiated the price and still they gave us extra items for the kitchen.

Stuart is the man, if you want someone who will work efficiently and non stop for you this is your guy. Paired with a great lender like Todd they made the process of buying a home too easy considering my conflicting schedule. 10/10 recommend the entire team.

Paul was a wonderful and caring salesperson through the whole process, Even after the sale was completed, he would check in with us to make sure everything was on track. Brandon, the Construction Supervisor was a perfectionist.

From start to finish, designing and building our Bloomfield home was an impressive experience. Robin C. showed endless patience and expertise with all the questions we had. She was very responsive and was able to save us unexpected money. Robin truly cares for her clients. Terry handled our build process at a fast pace with attention to detail. We were amazed to see how fast our build was progressing and he ensured we finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend Bloomfield, but more specifically I endorse Robin and her team to help provide the best possible result.

We love the new home and truly appreciate everything that the sales manager renee has done to help thru the process of purchasing our new home!!! It's been a great experience and we are very happy coming home yo venus everyday

The inspection was completed before closing, and the Bloomfield team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. It’s a peaceful and wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to new home buyers. Working with Bloomfield Homes will be a great experience!

People typically say that building a home is stressful. I can truly say that with Bloomfield there wasn’t any stress at all for our build. Sara and Jeff made the process as smooth as possible and beat the time of completion estimate with a high quality of workmanship. We loved working with Bloomfield and would do so again in the future. We loved working our new home!!

This was my first time buying a home and I expected the worse. I’ve heard horror stories about the home buying process but that was not the case with Bloomfield. EVERYTHING WAS EASY. I didn’t believe it until I went to closing and even that was easy. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I thank GOD for leading me to Bloomfield Homes.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our many questions from the contemplation stage before buying all the way thru the building process.

From start to end, this was the best house buying experience I’ve ever had. Dan showed me a few houses and once I decided on one the same day I was closed within 10 days. He even suggested other Bloomfield neighborhoods if he didn’t have inventory that I liked. I went to title for closing and the same great experience was there as well. Everyone was super nice. Everything was very smooth and fast. My one year old son was very active and the BH team all helped to keep him entertained. I left with a smile on my face and in my heart.

This builder provide options that other builder don't. My experience was such a pleasing one. I was also able to change things to my liking. To watch my build from the beginning to the end was an experience as well. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Bloomfield homes provided a good experience for me.

Our home was completed earlier than anticipated and it is the best. Bloomfield staff, both Mandy and Scott handled everything perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding. If we could do it all again, I doubt we would change a thing. Thanks
