The floor plan is great and we loved the flexibility to customize it in small ways. The material options were excellent and Bloomfield did a great job assisting us. Kathy and Kyle were responsive and helpful

Overall, our homebuilding journey with Bloomfield Homes was a positive experience, which is why we chose them for a second time. We trusted their commitment to quality based on our first home, and that trust was largely reinforced throughout this build. One of the highlights of the process was working with our Project Manager, Channa, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently stayed on top of every detail. We also received positive feedback from our independent inspector, who stated that the framing quality of our home was among the best he had seen. Most importantly, we absolutely love our home and are very happy with the finished product. While the end result met our expectations, there were a few areas that could be improved. BH Title was often disorganized, which created unnecessary frustration during the closing process. Additionally, the painting workmanship fell well below expectations. We found numerous mistakes after moving in and had to spend our own time correcting and cleaning up issues that the painter should have addressed. Finally, as one of the first homeowners in the subdivision, it has been disappointing to live amidst ongoing construction. The construction crews frequently leave behind trash and litter the roads, creating an untidy environment that negatively impacts my community experience. Despite these challenges, the quality of the home itself and the professionalism of key team members, particularly Channa, made the overall experience a positive one. Bloomfield homes were amazing! They have good pricing and good customizations! Me and my family are so thankful for *****, Ryan, and Joanna. Francis helped with finding the perfect floorplan and gave us regular updates about the progress of the construction, Ryan helped make the construction possible while suggesting structural and electrical upgrades that improved the livability of the home and helped with warranty issues after closing, and Joanna helped us find the perfect customizations. My wife and I had just over a month to move out of our house in Oregon down to Texas. Our real estate agent and Bloomfield made the process so easy that we still wonder how it all happened so quickly. The few minor issues that we ran into, and they were minor, were all responded to by Bloomfield in under 24 hours. My wife was a GC up in Oregon and we were both impressed.

We had a great experience building with Bloomfield Homes. I would recommend them to anyone. Everything came together in the timeline they anticipated.

Make customers aware of any Builder presets that will cause owners to incur unexpected HIGH expenses if not adjusted Awareness and education would be nice for a customer to receive prior. . Only great part was our community manager Michelle and her professionalism, ongoing assistance, and quick response. We were able to close in 2.5 weeks which shows how lined up we are on our end.

Moving to Texas from another state was a big transition, but this builder made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From the beginning, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was ready for our arrival. Any questions or concerns we had during the process were addressed quickly, and they went above and beyond by ensuring our new refrigerator, washer, and dryer were installed before move-in day. That made a huge difference since we were relocating from out of state. The closing office was organized, friendly, and made the closing process easy and enjoyable. Our new home is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail. Happy with our house

This is our second new built home and I was very pleased with Bloomfield project manager, Rafael. All the request for touch up or fix no matter how small he makes sure they got done to my satisfaction. I was very impress with the customer service and highly recommend.

We have absolutely loved the final product and looking forward to staying in this home for many years. The warranty teams has been incredibly responsive to any issues that we have found after occupying the home. I wish that all selections had samples in the showroom however, as our pick for flooring doesn't meet the standards described at the time of selection. Other than that, the home is amazing. I would just suggest anyone to travel to a model home and inspect any selections you can't see and feel in the showroom.

Competitive rates and fees from Bloomfield's lenders. The whole buying process was easier than any of my other house purchases. Excellent follow-up and support after the sale!

Overall, I was very pleased. I do believe more could have been done to protect the countertops until closing day, as mine have a mark or two, and I do belive they could have done a better job leveling the yard. I also wish they would have asked me how many outside water spicketts I wanted. But overall, I was pretty happy with the experience, and the builder.

Sales man glen was amazing and very helpful. When we had are walk through with jeff was very unprofessional and untrustworthy have plenty of emails saying of issues in the house fixed and they were half *** fixed i had a ********* before and was built way nicer and had way less issues then our bloomfield home never to buy a bloomfield again.

What struck us the most about Bloomfield is that, for a large builder with set floor plans, they were extremely flexible in the home design. We requested substantial structural changes to accommodate our multigenerational family and received no pushback at all; in fact, they worked with us to ensure our home would be perfect for our unique circumstances. Overall build quality was terrific, with good-quality flooring, windows, doors, and HVAC systems. April in the sales office was fantastic, and Chet on the building side was and remains a responsive partner for our needs.

Who knew I would ever be able to get into a Bloomfield Home! From the Community Manager who is incredible to the workmanship of the team. I am happy to call this place home! Thank you to all who made this happen!

Everyone is impressed with my mini mansion. The design is breath taking and Bill was wonderful.
