Killer House, thanks everyone involved.

So this home buying experience was like no other. We originally signed a contract with Bloomfield 2 years ago. However, the loan agent we were working with dropped the ball, dragged her feet and we ended up finding out 1 week prior to closing that we were not approved. My wife and I were devastated. Jeff (Bloomfield's rep) called me within an hour of me finding out and told me to come down to the office, because he knew he could get us into a house with the preferred lender. Although we were upset that we could not get the house we originally wanted Jeff told us to go pick a lot and come back. We ended up picking a corner lot, and my wife was able to handpick every item within our house. Yes, we were delayed but the communication and expectations were always set by Jeff and Kevin. They never led me to believe they were delaying on purpose, and I can even say Kevin took personal time to go check on my house and the sub-contractors. To even go deeper on amazing this builder is, Kevin follows up with me almost daily now that we closed to ensure all issues were resolved if not, he is the first to get a hold of someone and have them over to my house within days. Wonderful buying experience with Bloomfield. The location is ideal for us and the floor plans are all excellent. Moving from another state is always challenging and stressful, but Bloomfield made it very easy for us. The team was excellent and helped us with design, color choices and pretty much anything that necessary to make our move easy. Bloomfield is an excellent builder and we recommend them without hesitation.

Bloomfield did an excellent job with our new home, we couldnt have been more pleased with the end product. The staff was friendly and understanding to our needs. i would recommend Bloomfield to any and all!!!!

Bloomfield did a wonderful job on our home! We are first time home builders/buyers and they made the whole process seamless and easy. Our POCs were easy to contact and very informative. We had a wonderful experience with Bloomfield.

Bloomfield is a great builder! Rob and Rhonda answered all of our questions and made us feel heard and appreciated.

I feel that the Bloomfield homes offer standard features that other builders charge extra for. John and Kevin were both great to work with during the sale and build of our home. Both were always quick to respond to our calls, texts and emails about our home.

Travis listened to what we wanted and made it happen! He was very communicative throughout the entire process even on the smallest questions. He definitely made our first one buying and building process one that was enjoyable and the least stressful it could be. I’d recommend him and his team to anybody looking to build their home.

From the initial meeting with the Salesman and Builder to going to Southlake to close, very smooth transition throughout. I was shocked to see how many options there were with Bloomfield. I would definitely build again with Bloomfield Homes.

We were pleased with the initial contact with Bloomfield Homes‘ community manager. The process was very involved and we loved it. The Project Manager and financial team were exceptional, professional, friendly and very accommodating to say the lease. We are excited to be a Bloomfield Home owner!

Our experience was wonderful with the sales staff, customer service and the project management. Our only two negative experiences were with AMSW and the electrician. There was a terrible lack of communication with Wes at AMSW. And when we did have questions or concerns he seemed to not care. We were almost homeless because Wes was really disorganized and made multiple mistakes. Closing was wonderful and so easy. After, we moved in we had a problem with the dryer tripping the breaker. The electrician came out and was extremely rude. My wife had to call me home to deal with him. The electrician told us it was our brand new dryer causing the problem. So, we did our due diligence and had an appliance repair person come out. He could find nothing wrong. The appliance company gave us a brand new dryer. Once the new dryer was delivered the breaker still tripped. We were now 2 weeks without a dryer. The electrician was again rude and condescending on the phone, but sent another person out. This person found that the panel was wired incorrectly and this was causing the problem. We never received an apology for the terrible customer service. I hope we never have another problem with the electrical because Fox is awful with warranty issues. This is not a reflection on Bloomfield because Mitch and Stephanie were so kind and helpful, but I hope they have a conversation with their contractor about the terrible service they offer. I know we are not the only ones who have had issues with electrical issues. We love our home and it has been a blessing to live in. Thank you Mike, Mitch and Stephanie! ... More
