Steve was great and very knowledgabe. Tamara, that worked with us to pick out all of our options and styles was fantastic, and Shaun the project manager was so deatail oriented and made sure everything wes perfect. I cannot recommend this team enough

Our Sales Representative (Sara) was outstanding from start to finish. I can honestly say, she was instrumental in our decision to purchase a Bloomfield home. Her level of expertise and willingness to listen to us and incorporate our preferences in the design process made for a wonderful experience. She even kept us within the budget by giving us alternate ideas, often better than what we initially wanted. Our builder (Jeff) was equally outstanding. His vast experience gave us confidence from the very start, that we would have a quality built home when it was completed, and we did!! Jeff addressed all of our concerns with a sense of urgency and his team of contractors and their crews were professionals that had a sense of pride in their work. The best part of buying from Bloomfield was getting to meet Sara and her staff. They made the process easy to follow and you could take what they said to the bank. Every step was explained and made as enjoyable as possible. No gimmicks, no hard sell, no bs. Great people and a great experience.

Overall the experience has been just okay. There were a number of issues brought up during our walkthrough that are still unresolved after 10 weeks of living in our home. Promised due dates continue to be missed.

Mandy was fantastic to work with. She was always helpful and had a smile on her face the many times we visited the model to measure and ask numerous questions. Scott was also wonderful. He addressed any of our building concerns promptly. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. Would highly recommend Bloomfield.

I can honestly say our home built by BLOOMFIELD has been a true pleasure. After we moved in the little things that require attention are taken care of in a professional and expeditious manner. I highly recommend this company should you want a home built.

Patrick was always extremely helpful in our design and buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable in the homes and layouts. There was no pressure to do anything or even to buy the home on our numerous visits to the Silo Mills site. Our design and startup was the best experience of all. They was always in contact with us letting us know status of the build. I just can not say enough about our new home. It is everything we wanted plus more.

People have been coming to fix problems with the house since I moved in on 06/07/24 which they should have seen during the building process for instinct the broken window screen in the master bedroom

Loving most everything about our home. The lack of timeliness of getting things repaired or looked at has been somewhat disappointing and unexpected.

Our experience was fantastic from the property manager, the project manager and the warranty team. The build and quality are excellent they thought of everything. Simply put we love our new home. We still pinch ourselves and cannot believe we have such a beautiful home. We have always owned pre-owned homes and all the things we would have changed or thought of latter was already in this home and more. We looked at other builders and they could not match the quality we have in this home. You wont regret it!

I had a awesome experience with my sales person and he was very knowledgeable, whenever I had any questions are concerns he didn’t hesitate to answer any questions are concerned , very reliable, which made my buying experience awesome if I had to rate him from one to 10, definitely a 10 I love my home don’t have to do any upgrades thank you, Bloomfield

Tommy was my sales rep in the Treesfarm phase (Desoto TX) and he was horrible. He was rarely available, made a critical mistake with my paper work, and a flat out liar. He constantly boasted about how my home was his 7th sale that week. He was fortunate because this subdivision just happens to be about 50k to 70k cheaper with double the land than any of the other phases in the vicinity. Therefore he felt like he didn't have to do any real work. I'm a home inspector and I have inspected at least 300 plus Bloomfield Homes in my career. This is the reason I purchased. I love what I've seen and other phases. But Tommy is the worst. He needs to be held accountable. And I will definitely be making a call to the corporate office. ... More

What was advertised as move in ready has been anything but! There were damages throughout the home we found on move in day and it has taken numerous attempts to make things right. Our customer service rep has been great but the quality of work is lacking and created unnecessary stress and inconveniences.

We are first time home buyers, overall experience was very difficult and frustrating with Bloomfield sales person and the builder I worked with. My house elevation was not accurately done as promised(as per blue print), about elevation we discussed during our builder’s meet, they clearly agreed the house will be as per blue print and I paid premium/additional upgrade money just for elevation. It was promised by Sales person that money will be credited for not having elevation as per the plan but at end no credit was given to me. One month before closing, Bloomfield(Sales person and builder) threatened me to cancel my contract because of their mistake, and they threatened me to cancel the contract as they knew my importance of having house. Very frustrating, I had so many sleepless nights and due to which my health got impacted. Bloomfield Sales person said that house blue print can be changed without prior notice. Very disappointing. Bloomfield increased my house price over night, even after taking Earnest deposit money from me. Never expected someone will change the price after taking deposit and blocking the home, which is very unprofessional and not expected like this from Bloomfield. Contract preparation was delayed by sales person, and I had to pay the additional price. Before closing, the sales person confirmed that all issues identified by then will be fixed within three days after closing the house, because of which we went ahead with house closing. Issues which were identified before closing the house are still not yet fixed. All issues are still open, even after 2 months of closing. List goes on… ... More

Well, we have purchased a number of homes over the 64 years we have been married. We are very happy with our experience here at Bloomfield. The house was s spec home. It was what we were looking for - smaller, but well built, attractive, and with a great front porch. Ther was just one issue, we wanted taller toilets, but the builder does not normally do that. We were able to work out a solution between the builder and our real estate agent and got what we needed.

Very helpful, direct, and seemingly straightforward. A good listener and quickly responded to all my questions.

Excellent quality home, though market is generally 10% overpriced.
