Possibly one of the more better built homes I’ve purchased. There’s no doubt the property manager, Lance was very attentive and offered his services many of times with his busy schedule. My only concern or issue is that I paid for an install of CAT 5 jacks on wall, assuming there would also be a media or home run box to come with. The jacks were there, but, none were hooked up nor connected and terminated. To me that makes no sense in half doing the work due to the cost.

From start to finish, Bloomfield went over and beyond our expectations. Everyone who has been to our new house, including our own adult children, have vouched that Bloomfield will be their next builders whenever they are planning of moving. Value for money does not describe what we got from Bloomfield. The upgrades they gave us for free would have cost us nothing less than $80,000-90,000 with other builders. Seeing is truly believing. Our new house is oozing quality throughout! The least we owe Bloomfield is to let others know and enjoy what we are now enjoying. I don't know what the future holds, but if ever we want to build another house and Bloomfield is available in the area we are looking, they will be the number one on our list of builders ... More

I am very satisfied with my new Bloomfield home. The quality is superb and I got so much more for the price than I could from other builders that I considered. The sales and construction teams in Forney were very responsive and helpful and made the design and build process a breeze.

Ron and Jeremy were great thru the entire process.

A++ Experience throughout the whole process. Very professional and everyone was eager to work with me and made sure I understood anything I was unsure about.

Valente is a really awesome guy! I love the home the community. Tod the project manager is awesome to. They both work well as a team.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Workmanship and attention to detail on cabinets was lacking as many of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms had significant damage and scratches. Paint in several areas have already started to crack and some areas were missed when tapping and beading and never got painted. The leveling of the yard is horrible, not sure they even rolled the grass after laying it down. Outside of these issues, which will or have been corrected we love our home.

Our salesman Steve was awesome as well as our project manager Shaun. The process was made simple and easy.

So far the home has been great and other than some fit and finish issues, a gas leak, and lack of yard drainage, we have had no significant issues so far (yes that's sarcasm - but this isn't strictly a Bloomfield issue and what matters to me is how they handle it). Those pain points aside, Matt, our home warranty contact has gone above and beyond ensuring all those previously mentioned issues were addressed quickly and my concerns heard and responded to in a professional and expedient manner. Additionally, our sales manager, Travis, went above and beyond when we were down to the 11th hour on closing and the mortgage broker we went with was either flat out lying to us from day one or was just completely inept. Travis put us in touch with Bloomfield's preferred lender and we came very close to putting off closing another two weeks which he would have had to take a personal hit on but he wanted to ensure we were taken care of properly. He absolutely had no incentive to do this for us as the builder would have had to shell out for another month's worth of mortgage but that just speaks to his character. We ended up closing on time (sort of) and I would not hesitate to buy another house from Travis in a heartbeat, which we sort of did when my elderly mother bought the Bloomfield next door to us. Also, hats off to Bloomfield for honoring our earnest money we had paid for on a previous home that we had started building in another community but backed out during the build due to the insane interest rate increases pricing us out of the home - they did not need to do that. ... Seller was great. I had lots of issues with the builder about not addressing issues I brought up during construction and prior to closing that were supposed to have been resolved. Whenever I reach out for an issue I got the feeling that he was irritated with my requests despite me having no irritation in paying the money for the house. This was a transaction - I pay and you deliver the goods as promised. Bloomfield did not keep their part as I am still dealing with repairs which is very inconveniencing as I have to adjust my work schedule. I have been very disappointed with this process and regret purchasing a home from this company and I have dissuaded people who have asked me from doing business with them. To date the work on the mold issue (brand new house) is still ongoing, the attic door has a draft coming in and I am still waiting for that repair. Other things have been fixed but I am so frustrated and tired of the back and forth with your company that I do not even want to bring the other issues I have noticed. I understand that nothing is perfect and mistakes will be made. What bothers me is the fact that whenever I reach out for an issue the impression I get is that I do not know what I am talking about. You are not doing me a favor, this was a business transaction and I have done my part and expect Bloomfield to do theirs. I would hope that me being a woman has nothing to do with it. ... More

Our overall experience with the sales manager, Dona Bolton, was amazing. She was helpful throughout every step of the process. As we moved into our new home we definitely were in love with it. However after being here a few months, we are not as in love as before. Our first discovery is realizing the home is not fully insulated. When we had our TVs mounted we found the walls between the bedroom and living room are not insulated. Next, we are in our first wintery weather experience and the house is EXTREMELY cold in some rooms. Turning on the heat does not help as it makes other rooms EXTREMELY hot while the rooms that are super cold are trying to warm up. This makes it difficult to get the home comfortable and not have to run up our electric bill or gas bill. There are a few construction issues as a few things fell apart in a matter of a few days. Overall, we enjoyed the experience of watching our home be built but wish it was done in a better manner to avoid the things above. ... More

Mrs. Sonia, Miss Pat and Mr. Dean were awesome to work with during and after my home purchase. The only issue I ran into was poor paint quality. After leaving painter's tape during our walkthrough for missed areas, once we moved in, there were still a lot of areas needed painted.

The overall Buying experience was great since day o e, we love our Bloomfield home!

Steve and Miss Anne are the most lovely people in the very daunting process of buying a home. They made my family feel safe and secure through the whole process. And the home? Amazing quality of materials and well built. Shaun the builder is always attentive in helping you understand how to take care of your new home. I wish someone would have fully explained that there is three years of home automation service included with the purchase. The home automation company began calling me on my way home from closing and was very pushy making me think they were just another salesman. Warranty department needs improvement. I called in a warranty issue on December 4 and was never contacted by the subcontractor. Almost a month went by and I had to contact the subcontractor and begin the process with them. I specifically asked Bloomfield if the A/C units were conventional units or heat pumps and was told they were conventional. Wrong answer. They are heat pumps. ... More

Hew home finished on time. As with any new home, you tend to discover some flaws in the workmanship. Nothing major just a few minor items that were addressed rather quickly.

We love our new Bloomfield Home! The whole process was fast and quite easy. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and responsive, including the title company staff. The beautiful, high-end details in our home are what made Bloomfield stand out from other buyers that we looked at.

Chris and Brandon were absolutely terrific to work with. Both responded to our concerns the same day I sent them an email. Brandon made sure any concerns we had during the build process were handled. The house turned out great. Chris gave us a great deal on the house and I feel there is great value for what we paid. I would highly recommend Bloomfield at West Crossing in Anna.

Earlier this year, my wife and I decided to relocate to Forney, TX. In April 2023, we met with Steve in Devonshire. From our initial meeting in April to the closing on our home in November 2023, we enjoyed professional and positive interactions with complete transparency. Tamara was very helpful as she guided us through the selection of materials and designs. Around June 2023, we met with Shaun to discuss the build of the home. Shaun took the time to go step by step over the floor plans and the construction of the home. During the build of the home, Shaun kept us informed with pictures. Steve and Shaun were very responsive as we discussed and implemented change orders. Overall, our home building experience with Bloomfield Homes was great! We are happy to be in our new home.
