The overall process with Bloomfield has been and was great. Value was okay for the home but I would recommend that the driveways for some homes be a little wider. There have been a few minor issues but the response time has been great with these.

The process was great from the beginning to the end. Robin and her team are great people. All questions asked during the process was answered promptly. I would use them again anytime. Robin and I work on the selections of building materials, and I love her taste for quality which helps to guide me in picking the best for our new home. We are very happy with our Bloomfield home and this new development (Terracina Rockwall) that we had been waiting for! From start to finish, sales manager Sara and her team provided us w/ weekly progress updates and making sure any questions were answered. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. We like this builder because of the quality and extra, unique added features. We highly recommend this builder and community!

There were a lot of promises about quality and service and the more I live on my house the more I realized they cut corners or that things were done at the promised expectations. Awful service by the “partners” or prepaid services our builder choose. Really bad communication or notice. The only good service we received was by the construction manager that was extremely polite and detailed when we did the walk thru for the property. When we actually took over the property it was really dirty, nothing got repainted not fixed, mud stains in the floor, paint sprayed on the side of the brick wall, ...

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. The houses are beautiful. The builders are marvelous. However, the loan officers, and the closing process was torturous. There were too many unnecessary huddles we had to jump over. It was very frustrating. Honestly, I won't recommend your mortgage lender to anybody.
