Our home purchase was an amazing experience with the expected hiccups that happen buying a home, but Amanda (our sales agent) was there close to 24/7 to address all our questions and concerns! After closing, the superintendent Chett and his crew have been amazing ironing out any kinks in the armor of a new build!

Our new home was built without our choices of colors, materials, items new homes can come with. The over all look, floor plan, designs, amenities were what we liked. The neighborhood is peaceful! Our purchasing & closing experience was great, no difficulties. Thank you Bloomfield staff for serving us!

I love my house! The few things I found that needed fixed in the first month they were very responsive to. A few hiccups in the contracting phase and with getting keys when I closed, but overall it was good. Bloomfield builds the best homes! I wouldn’t want another builder. Thanks for everything.

My wife and I was looking to move to Texas from CA and we wanted to be in Devonshire community, Steve New property manager of Bloomfield was very understanding of what we were looking for . Steve and his team answer all our questions and was very polite and helpful throughout the process . My family is so excited to be moving into our new home !

If the quality of the home matched the price or if this wasn’t a new build the review wouldn’t be bad but considering it’s a new build and high price I shouldn’t be fighting to get hole repaired.

Kathy was awesome to work.with in Sales for 1 year build. I value her experience and knowledge. She did great job supporting our needs and planning. I know she got tired of my almost daily emails and trips for challenges.during build. Ryan, construction manager over our build, was outstanding, patient, very understanding of our requests and follow on communicated clearly and concisely on Any concerns with the build we expressed. We were nervous at.timea when material delays occurred, wrong items were installed etc. Ryan always, without hesitation, resolved timely and to our satisfaction. Worst experience ever buying a home

We are basically happy with our home, but only because we like the design and location. Bloomfield has been a chore to work with throughout the selection, build and start of the warranty process. Jason, the builder rep., was very inconsistent with what options were offered compared to other Bloomfield owners, and when we discovered some of these options, we were told "you can fix that after closing, no changes are allowed after the contract is signed." Additionally, items like "upgrading" to comfort height toilets incurred an upcharge of $200 per toilet - essentially meaning we bought double the amount of toilets for the house. Also, elements like 8' front doors were offered, but not any of the other designs were suggested. At move in, there were paint splotches all over the ceramic tile; the baseboards on the staircase and upper level were painted AFTER the carpet was installed; water heater was set to vacation mode; hot water valve for the soaking tub was not turned on; windows were filthy, etc... I could provide about 30 additional examples of items that were wrong and will have to be fixed either by us, or through the warranty process. While we will eventually love our new home, we are 45 days in and there are still too many problems that need resolution that are preventing us from truly enjoying our new space. ... More

I worked with Jeff as a realtor and he was amazing and I ended up purchasing my first home with him. He truly is the best in the business and also the construction managers are both great at what they do and they take good care of clients

From the very beginning when I stepped in to the model home, I was very impressed. I was able to make my selections for my new home, and was very happy with the choices. My home turned out beautifully. I would recommend Bloomfield to everyone that wants to have their home built.

Team was great. Jeff and Channa were very responsive and worked closely with us and our realtor to get the best deal. Beautiful home. Many of the standards were upgrades in other homes we looked at.

Good job but There’s always room for improvement

The staff was always there to answer questions and very considerate. Everything was done with my timeline in mind. The houses sell for themselves.

Bloomfield Homes are great.. They work to create your vision and go above and beyond once to move into your home to make sure everything is fix and repaired in a timely manner. Their warranty guy is awesome !!!

We bought a home from Bloomfield in April of 2023. The house looks nice but immediately after moving in it became clear that the quality of materials used and the quality of the labor hired to build it were subpar, especially at this price point. Within 6 weeks we’ve noticed cracked sinks, peeling paint, defective tiles, damage to our front door that was identified during the pre-closing inspection and still not addressed. Everything is made of particle board rather than actual wood and some trim in the kitchen is already peeling. The sales manager, Chris, is a pleasant guy and I genuinely appreciate his efforts to help us post purchase. Unfortunately, whoever actually oversaw this home being built (I believe his name is Brad) did a poor job. My gut feeling is that I will ultimately need to fix these things myself, which defeats the point of buying a new house in the first place. ... More

The project manager missed a lot of important details during the final inspection of the house. In addition of a very careless handling from management of the warranty process from Bloomfield side and poor customer service. We encounter a back-flood of used water at the second day of living in the house that damaged the walking closet. Incomplete structural area in the garage. Cracked bath shower. A set of dinning light that did not have a switch to turn on or off. A division between tub and wall covering that the warranty department insists is normal. Cracked tile. Missing paint/texture in several areas of the house. Scratched kitchen exhaust vent cover. Missing part in fence. Garage door wrong installation. Garage door dented. Nail coming out from ceiling. Appliances (oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal) wrong installed. The master toilet leaking water due to bad installation. In summary, this had been the worst experience buying a new home. We were expecting Bloomfield great quality on all the areas of the house including building, however it was not delivered. Very disappointed! ... More
