Michael, our sales person, was very attentive to our needs prior to and after closing.

I bought the house because I knew I liked it from looking at photos online and reviewing the price. When I arrived at the community, the people working the sales office tossed us keys to a few houses and told me to take a look. A couple of those houses were 75-100k outside of my stated price range so they either weren't listening to me or they didn't care. I also had trouble getting basic answers to questions from them during the closing process. They were nice enough people, but I don't understand what they actually do there or why they are being paid.

This is truly my dream home. The move in experience was extremely easy. I had my own realtor and mortgage broker who were both very knowledgeable about the process which made a difference.

In purchased this home online from North Carolina,. The realtor, Rob was so very accommodating with my endless questions and very helpful telling me everything I needed to know in a timely fashion. My representative and my Son walked the home for me with Jeremy and they were very happy with everything. Can’t say enough about my purchase and my home!

Love the neighborhood and the location

Our biggest issues is getting things fixed in a timely manner. Seems like the building crews are just in a hurry to build these houses and do not take the time to do it right on certain things. From the first walk through to the last we kept pointing out stuff to be fixed and it never happened until we were just about fully moved in. Haven't heard back from the warranty company either on certain things. Our shower in the master bath has moved causing the shower door to not fully close. Mike the site manager did great and worked hard to get stuff fixed for us.

I had a great home buying experience. I will recommend Bloomfield to family and friends because they are trustworthy and responsive.

Initially we thought the entire experience had been great. However, upon moving in there were several things that caused us to lose some of the excitement. When the internet company came to establish service it was found that the outside coax home run wires were missing. When I spoke to Leeroy about the issue I was initially told, “that’s your home now you have to contact everyone directly.” While I understand this fact, it had only been a few days since closing and this was an issue that should have been noticed by the builder. We contacted the builder(Floyd) who advised us to contact the electrician directly. Once the electrician came out it was discovered that the brickers bricked over the necessary wires. The Sheetrock was cut and we have been waiting over three weeks and still have not received any correspondence as to when it will be replaced and painted. We also discovered a crack in our tub that was caulked instead of replaced. The garage structure also has a large crack that was painted over. We still love our home, however these issues have left a sense of distrust in the builder. ... More

I've heard horror stories about building a new home but we had a WONDERFUL experience. Everything and everyone handled this build with excellence and care.

Bloomfield was awesome here in Midlothian. The helpful and compassionate people are so delightful. Emma, Mr. Scott, and Mr. Chad where outstanding and even though we are all moved in, they stop by and give us the occasional wave and ask how everything is going.

We have waited five years for our Bloomfield home and are greatly disappointed with the lack of customer service from the community manager to the construction /project manager.We have been highly disappointed in the quality or lack of workmanship throughout the house. We paid a lot of money for poor quality and service.

Not satisfied for the money we paid to purchase

I had an amazing experience building my first home with Bloomfield. The team at Kings Fort is extremely nice and helpful.

Home style looks great. With the detail of the home comes attention to the design details and craftsmanship. Some good materials were uses on the home but the install of items were less than great in some areas. Builder was willing to fix which was good.

Definitely worth buying a Bloomfield Home! Beautiful homes and a great team to help you along the way!

Was able to close in 2 weeks on custom home

The homeowners process was a lot smoother than I anticipated. Accessibility and availability of the builder has been amazing. Highly recommend Bloomfield Homes!

Our home purchase was an amazing experience with the expected hiccups that happen buying a home, but Amanda (our sales agent) was there close to 24/7 to address all our questions and concerns! After closing, the superintendent Chett and his crew have been amazing ironing out any kinks in the armor of a new build!

Our new home was built without our choices of colors, materials, items new homes can come with. The over all look, floor plan, designs, amenities were what we liked. The neighborhood is peaceful! Our purchasing & closing experience was great, no difficulties. Thank you Bloomfield staff for serving us!

I love my house! The few things I found that needed fixed in the first month they were very responsive to. A few hiccups in the contracting phase and with getting keys when I closed, but overall it was good. Bloomfield builds the best homes! I wouldn’t want another builder. Thanks for everything.

My wife and I was looking to move to Texas from CA and we wanted to be in Devonshire community, Steve New property manager of Bloomfield was very understanding of what we were looking for . Steve and his team answer all our questions and was very polite and helpful throughout the process . My family is so excited to be moving into our new home !
