From the day I put my earnest payment on 12/5/2025, I experienced a methodical well oiled process! I’ve always heard not good stories of the process to close, however, my process started with God, went through it with God and I’m living in my home because of God; because what God has for me is for me! I was very pleased working with Jeremy. He was very proactive and had already noticed most issues before we had seen them, and he was very responsive to any that we brought up later. He really seemed to take a personal account of our home.

I am a first time home buyer, the process was very streamlined, professional, and friendly.

The overall experience was great, The Salesman was very attentive and responsive, He was very helpful.

The team was very professional, helpful and very cordial. They guided us throughout the entire process. They were very transparent about everything. They were very prompt at answering our calls. They are very friendly and welcoming.

We recently bought a Bloomfield Home in the Painted Tree community. While no new build is perfect, our experience with the team here has been excellent. Sales & Customization: Francis (Community Manager) and Joanna were patient and helpful. Even though we bought an inventory home at the drywall stage, they were flexible enough to let us make structural changes, like connecting the butler's pantry to the dining room and converting the dining space into a home office. Joanna sent photo updates every two weeks until closing. Quality & Aesthetics: The home is inviting and the open floor plan feels connected throughout. Ryan (our builder) and his team did beautiful work on the finishes. Warranty & Support: This is where the team stands out. We had a guest bathroom glass door with alignment issues, which was replaced as agreed. We also noticed some cupping and cracks in the hardwood panels; Ryan coordinated with the flooring company to confirm a replacement, which is scheduled for January. ... More

I feel that the overall buying process went well

Sib was so amazing. Doing the process from out of state is hard. I called in a panic a few times and she was so helpful and calm.

Our first point of contact was Jerry. He was amazing, understanding and now a friend of ours. Agreeable, responsive, and easy to get along with personality . During the building process, there were a couple issues that caused us to lose some faith as we caught something covered up and sortcuts made. Luckily we were living next door during the building process process and were able to catch some issues that would have never been rectified had we not been so close. The house overall is well built now and we are pleased so far with most. The only thing that “cheapens” the house is the flat paint on the walls. We were never given an upgrade option to have any type of satin finish that would clean easier and last much longer. Last, if we had to do it gain, we would not build on this location or possibly entire neighborhood. The neighboring Aluminum factory is 100 times noiser than we ever expected. It has gotten increasingly worse as their production has picked up drastically in recent months……all day, night and weekends. At times you can hardly even hear yourself think while sitting on back porch. We have had some potential home buyers in our neighborhood ask us about the factory noise situation and I have to be honest with them about how bad it is. Unless Bloomfield puts up a large noise deflection wall/barrier or gets The factory to help out somehow……we suspect lots and homes on the and back east side of East Oak Creek will most likely never sell. If possible, please give us some help with the noise pollution. ... More

The house looks amazing, very well designed. I've made a couple of warranty claims and they have come out.

I know this isn’t an easy job to do, but April does it with ease. She is very professional and always answered my questions quickly and accurately. Building a home can be stressful but April made it as stress free as possible.

I was treated with respect and urgency. I was very satisfied with the experience.

The experience was a great one. Francis was very thorough in explaining the process and working with other me given short timeframe I was on. Ryan was awesome with his follow ups on repairs. Very responsive and proactive!

Everyone was very helpful

This is our 2nd Bloomfield home and even though there were major things missed in the completion of the first home we decided to give Bloomfield another chance I do love my new home however, I think there are small details that should not have happened in this process, even though that they are going to be and some have been addressed I feel that there were a mistakes that should not have happened this time around.

Overall this has been a really good experience

Purchasing home with Bloomfield was a blessing. We had awesome experience with Toni ,starting from the first day to the closing .I will recommend Bloomfield home for anyone. Toni made our journey seamless, she respond to calls alway with a calm spirit, making sure she explain things clearly and in details.

My journey in finding my home was wonderful as I worked with Dona B. and Lynn to find the perfect home for me. Dona was so friendly and patient as I explored other options and I never felt pressured, which is what ultimately brought me back to Dona at Bloomfield Homes. My walk-through with Eric L. was very thorough and he ensured all my questions and concerns were quickly answered. Working with wonderful people made all the difference in my home-buying process. Communication with both the construction manager and the neighborhood lead were exceptional. Rapid follow up and responses to questions were fantastic. My highest recommendation to potential buyers for Bloomfield.

My home buying experience was wonder even down to closing and signing the last page the before was great met some wonderful people.

We were impressed with the quality of Bloomfield Homes the first time we looked at one. There are many extra touches included that other builders don’t provide. The overall process was great and they were willing to work with us when we were met with struggles. They were also willing to incorporate most of our requests and ideas into our home. The only thing that was less impressive was that there were not options on lighting inside or outside the home. We love our home!
