We bought a dewberry in April of 2023. The home is beautiful and we love it. Just like any man made product, we found issues within the first few weeks of living in our new home. Bloomfield warranty was quick to respond and resolve our issues.

Steve New is simply the best, he went over and beyond to make my dream come true. The quality of the house and the serenity of the neighborhood are my greatest attractions. I recommend Bloomfield homes any day, Thanks Steve I love my home

Please make sure you check all drawers and cabinets. Most drawers throughout the house are extremely hard to open as if they are off the track.

Decent Builder, but would be good if given attention to details. Lots of back and forth could have avoided, proper organization of details during the pre-closing is needed.

I recently purchased a home from Bloomfield Homes at Hulen Trail, and overall, I found that the houses are generally in line with what you pay for. The prices are reasonable, and the community manager was a standout in terms of being great and very responsive. I always felt like I could count on her for assistance. During the closing process, we encountered some issues with the quality of the home. However, the community manager was extremely helpful in organizing and addressing all of these problems. Her support made the process much smoother and alleviated some of the stress. That being said, I must mention that the overall quality of workmanship falls short of European standards, or even what one might consider average. While the houses have a nice interior and spaciousness, it's important to be aware of several flaws that I came across. For starters, there were strange spots on the ceiling, and one of the windows was still crooked, indicating poor assembly quality. The exterior finishing also had multiple gaps and peeling materials, which was disappointing. Additionally, the tiles were left dirty with paint stains that I've struggled to remove. Even the patio tiles were improperly installed and prone to breaking. The silicone sealing around the garage gate was unfinished, and the fence was noticeably crooked, indicating a lack of attention during construction. Furthermore, I would like to add that the kitchen cabinet painting was also neglected. The fronts of the cabinets had two different tones of gray, and it was evident that some of them were not painted well. This inconsistency in color and the poor paint job was disappointing, considering the importance of the kitchen as a focal point in a home. It's crucial for Bloomfield Homes to pay closer attention to the details, especially when it comes to aspects as prominent as the kitchen cabinets. Ensuring a consistent and high-quality paint finish would greatly enhance the overall appeal and value of the homes they build. It's worth mentioning that you can report these issues to their warranty, and it's understandable that they work with multiple contractors. However, it's crucial for the quality standards to improve, as these flaws are noticeable and can be frustrating for homeowners. Despite these shortcomings, I want to emphasize that Bloomfield Homes at Hulen Trail is still better than other builders in the neighborhood. We have a beautiful home, and the buying process was easy but, we wish we had all items fixed before we closed. It is all most impossible to get anyone out here to do anything now. It has been almost two months and we still have a drainage problem and we never got cable installed? Other than that we like our community.

Best experience ever! You will not be disappointed with a Bloomsfield Home! This is the absolute best decision ever! You cannot beat the craftsmanship and quality that goes into a Bloomsfield Home, every detail is considered and it shows. Very pleased with my new home, highly recommend!

I love my home that I have built with Bloomfield. My sales manager Bill was the epitome of what customer service is. He was diligent in answering any questions or concerns that I had during the process from start to finish and afterwards. The staffing within Bloomfield has been courteous in assisting me with issues that have arisen since I have closed in helping get them resolved. Bloomfield homes are eloquent and stand out in the design and features.

Nothing is perfect in this world... Our move in went smooth. Issues were addressed very quickly by Terry. Overall good experience. Would recommend.

We have some issues as we move in four weeks and the issues haven’t been resolved until now. First the backyard, AC Not working and there’s cracks on our bathroom walls and skunk in the attic and all these are still pending to be resolved.

Just make sure you look at everything closely at your home before putting your earnest money down. We like our home we don’t love it and that’s a big difference. Not our first home that we purchased and we loved our other home. And for the price of these homes could certainly offer much more but it seems there is a lot of cost cutting!

The building process for my home had completed earlier than planned. It was amazing because the process was less than 6 months to complete. I am the first buyer to get the closing in the community of Arcadia Trails on March 24, 2023. The selling staff, David A, Kimberly, {and John is in the community office now} are friendly and professionally. David A is straight forward when discussing and offering things in buying process. Materials are good. The foundation of the home is excellent { the inspection also came from the buyer side.} The price is fair to me. I could be able to choose the floor plan, upgrades, and colors for my home. When I chose upgrades and colors for my home, Kimberly was a big help. I have got good words for my home from friends and relatives. David M has been very helpful about the light, electricity, etc for my home. He has always helped and provided instructions when we needed. My sister and many her friends are very interested in “the Bloomfield Homes’ style” . We got our dream home from the Builder. Lots of poor work in build. Walls are very crooked. Tile is not level in many places, cracked in transition from hall to rooms. Paint was not good either. Garage door is spotty around the edges(common when checking neighbors). Texture incomplete on every wall. Sanding not done. Garage door has already snapped the wall it’s connected to. Also very common when looking at other builds. Landscaping not leveled. Lots of drainage issues, will need to install a drain system to remove puddles in yard. First time I mowed I found massive holes in the yard that were filled with bricks. Overall, the work feels very rushed. ... More

Our initial interactions with Bloomfield was very positive. Michelle showed me a home and I wanted to come back with my wife. Surprisingly, Michelle actually followed up with me for a time for us to continue our search. We initiated a contract but had a few speed bumps during the application process but Bloomfield worked with us every step of the way. If you're looking to purchase, you have lots of choices. Our buying experience was alright. We originally wanted to purchase a different house, toured it, and were ready to make an offer when one of the assistants said they were holding it for a couple who wanted to come look at it later. We toured another home and liked it and decided to put an offer in on it. Of course the other home fell through shortly after we signed papers for this home. Overall quality is mediocre. Finding a few blue tape items were never touched, towel holders falling out of wall, closet doors warped, areas they never touched up on with paint, paint freckles all over the tile, the list goes on. I love my home, it's beautiful but when the A/C doesn't work properly or during a storm rain coming into the windows, Kitchen draws getting stuck and cosmetics issues you have asked to be corrected have not it is disheartening.

So far no concerns, Just a selling strategy and who cares once the product is sold

Since moving to Texas, Bloomfield was immediately one of my favorite builders. I watch them build several communities and was impressed by all. When the timing was right for me to purchase it was smooth and easy even when I changed my mind on the house and the closing date. They worked with me and kept me informed through the process. I love my home.
