Overall experience purchasing a Bloomfield Home was good.

Our build went flawless however we’ve had a battle with faulty tile installed. They’ve been great about fixing it, but the tile should have been caught before being installed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we were kept very informed.

Over all experience is good, We love the floor plan of the house. The experience with agent and walk through person. Nick was very good. Over all we love the house. The carpet grade is not great. The appliances are good. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well done.

Jason was very professional and to the point he help us to pick the right home . the builder manager was great and helpful .the closing was smooth over all I have great experience with Bloomfield team

We stumbled across the home and dropped in to see Jeff. He was great to work with. Third time buying a spec home for me and the process was seamless. Bloomfield makes a great product. I will change out the dishwasher soon I'm sure as it's not a quality one but other than that, everything is great!

Very quick build after breaking ground. Construction manager and sales team were very knowledgeable and eager to help.

The best part of buying from Bloomfield was getting to meet Sara and her staff. They made the process easy to follow and you could take what they said to the bank. Every step was explained and made as enjoyable as possible. No gimmicks, no hard sell, no bs. Great people and a great experience.

The whole buying and building experience was as easy and painless as possible for a project of this size. Sales and design staff were very helpful and responsive. No major issues during construction. Only had a few issues on finish out but all were addressed and handled by our builder. Final finish out resulted in a beautiful home!

Amazing experience all the way. Bloomfield was able to complete my house ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise for us. We are used to builders being behind schedule so this was a great welcome. Their financial lady also helped during a difficult situation. I will totally recommend them.

From start to finish, Bloomfield went over and beyond our expectations. Everyone who has been to our new house, including our own adult children, have vouched that Bloomfield will be their next builders whenever they are planning of moving. Value for money does not describe what we got from Bloomfield. The upgrades they gave us for free would have cost us nothing less than $80,000-90,000 with other builders. Seeing is truly believing. Our new house is oozing quality throughout! The least we owe Bloomfield is to let others know and enjoy what we are now enjoying. Standard process with no unexpected surprises. House was ready ahead of schedule.

This was my first time buying a home and Valiente and Todd made sure to go above and beyond to make it super easy and stress free.

From start to finish, the process was efficient. The realtor get us informed and educated us through the process of selling our home. The process of buying our new home was made simple through our location manager Jaque. The closing process was conveniently scheduled and that process was smooth and efficient. This our final home, and we are able to say that we are home at last.

Nothing but great experience with purchasing and closing on my new home. Neighborhood is still in development and there's talk of a pool. 2 months in so fare so good.

Need to check the neighbors in the area before making any decision. If think the housings in the area will not go up in the future, then don’t buy it

I know she got tired of my almost daily emails and trips for challenges.during build. Ryan, construction manager over our build, was outstanding, patient, very understanding of our requests and follow on communicated clearly and concisely on Any concerns with the build we expressed.
