My home is amazing. This is my dream come true. Dax and Frances were amazing helping me from start to finish. They are both amazing to work with, and have passion to see people buy their first homes.

I believe you get a lot more for your money with Bloomfield Homes than the other builders we looked at.

Leslie and Bill are wonderful. We had some hiccups but they handled them quickly and correctly.

I HAD A GOOD PRICE ON THE HOME I PURCHASED. THERE WAS MINOR ISSUE (PAINT TOUCH UP, MISSING PLASTER HERE AND THERE, SOME SINGLES ON THE ROOF TO BE FIXED PRIOR TO CLOSING...) TO BE HONEST, BLOOMFIELD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD, THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE ISSUES AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND BLOOMFIELD HOUSES TO MY FRIENDS IF THEY NEED TO SEARCH FOR A NEW HOUSE IN LITTLE ELM AREA

We are extremely happy with our new home. We love the Inspiration community. The Bloomfield team was very easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly.

Me and my family relocated to Texas a couple of months ago. I had been coming to Texas since last year looking to start over. I must have looked at 20 plus homes. Soon as I came to look at the Bloomfield homes the staff made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet.

I went in to view a Bloomfield home and never came out of it! They are so beautiful contemporary and have all the upgrades you need! I love living in a smart Bloomfield home...

Transitioning out of the military was stressful, especially when trying to purchase a home while you're living in another state. Matt allowed us ample time to get our affairs in order and we were able to secure a home. We love the community and the house.

We got a newly built home from Bloomfield in Timberbrook. The process was smooth and stress free while dealing with our representative, Michael Herzog. We talked initially about what our needs were and we had nice options made available to consider. Michael was always quick to respond to questions or concerns, and he was genuinely engaging during the entire process. The home has been a nice living space that we will enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend a Bloomfield home to anyone considering new construction or an existing home.

From beginning to end, my experience with Bloomfield Homes has been great. We have been in our house about six weeks now and have not found any real problems and any little problems we have found. They have been very responsive to.

Construction was completed before promised timelines. Weekly updates were sent through out. Closing has been smooth. All the concerns identified during and after closing were addressed within reasonable timeframe. Enjoyed working with Peter, Charles and Brandon. They have been prompt & exceptional through out! I strongly recommend Bloomfield Homes to everyone!

The process was very smooth. From Indy at the model home to Morgan at the title company.All warranty work was taken care of in a very timely manner. I was very confident in the information that was being told to me. The quality of the Bloomfield Homes is very exceptional. We are very happy with our new home.

Home is beautiful, after two months of living here we have been pleased over all. We have come to realize that the house has a few issues and that normal with any new build. The home builder and main agent have been great to work with and have quickly resolved any issues that come up. I will say the only regret is the paint choice, if you breath on the walls it leaves a mark. Unacceptable of what we pay for these houses. Finish out for 600+ should be better, looks like a rushed job at times. Looks like I’ll be repainting the entire house bc the builders want to save money. The people here are great, just wish the finish out and materials were better, because two months in I should need to spend what I’m spending to repair/repaint. ... More

So far the home has been great and other than some fit and finish issues, a gas leak, and lack of yard drainage, we have had no significant issues so far (yes that's sarcasm - but this isn't strictly a Bloomfield issue and what matters to me is how they handle it). Those pain points aside, Matt, our home warranty contact has gone above and beyond ensuring all those previously mentioned issues were addressed quickly and my concerns heard and responded to in a professional and expedient manner. Additionally, our sales manager, Travis, went above and beyond when we were down to the 11th hour on closing and the mortgage broker we went with was either flat out lying to us from day one or was just completely inept. Travis put us in touch with Bloomfield's preferred lender and we came very close to putting off closing another two weeks which he would have had to take a personal hit on but he wanted to ensure we were taken care of properly. He absolutely had no incentive to do this for us as the builder would have had to shell out for another month's worth of mortgage but that just speaks to his character. We ended up closing on time (sort of) and I would not hesitate to buy another house from Travis in a heartbeat, which we sort of did when my elderly mother bought the Bloomfield next door to us. Also, hats off to Bloomfield for honoring our earnest money we had paid for on a previous home that we had started building in another community but backed out during the build due to the insane interest rate increases pricing us out of the home - they did not need to do that. ... Overall it was a great experience. Amanda was amazing to work with. It can be very overwhelming having to pick everything out when building a new home but she made it so fun and easy. Chet was great too. He made sure that all issues were addressed in a timely manner and dealt with. I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes. We love our home!!

The overall process with Bloomfield has been and was great. Value was okay for the home but I would recommend that the driveways for some homes be a little wider. There have been a few minor issues but the response time has been great with these.

The process was great from the beginning to the end. Robin and her team are great people. All questions asked during the process was answered promptly. I would use them again anytime. Robin and I work on the selections of building materials, and I love her taste for quality which helps to guide me in picking the best for our new home. Since we have moved in they have been prompt in fixing anything we want to be fix. Understand that it is a new home so there maybe some minor things to fix there and there and it is normal. This is not our first newly built home, but so far this is one of the best experience. Even the mortgage company that builder recommended were awesome team too. ... More

Bloomfield homes are excellent. I love the way their homes are built.

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. No major issues and overall a solid building for the price. Overall a good experience. Would probably not buy from again because I expect to be upgrading but this is certainly a good entry point that avoids most of the horror stories I've seen from lower quality builders. ... More

This is the third home we’ve had built and the best experience and quality. Glad we chose Bloomfield.

Overall, we had a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Patric and his help always. He really goes above and beyond! Were a little disappointed in the final clean up before move in. Paint on the carpet, spots on floors, windows, crooked wall plates. a lot of things not taken care of that should have been Mitchel!!!
