Our new home was built without our choices of colors, materials, items new homes can come with. The over all look, floor plan, designs, amenities were what we liked. The neighborhood is peaceful! Our purchasing & closing experience was great, no difficulties. Thank you Bloomfield staff for serving us!

The purchase experience with Indy was seamless and easy. She was very informative and helpful along the way. David F. is extremely responsive with operation of the home and any repairs or warranty work. We have been impressed with attentiveness and pleasantly surprised with the overall experience!

Good job but There’s always room for improvement

Bloomfield Homes are great.. They work to create your vision and go above and beyond once to move into your home to make sure everything is fix and repaired in a timely manner. Their warranty guy is awesome !!!

No major issues or concerns. Builder does respond in timely matter.

The salesperson (Rhonda & Rob) were super nice throughout. The builder Jeremy has also been nice with handling some of the after closing issues. I think the selected vendors could be more detailed.

Our overall experience with Bloomfield Homes was great! This was our first time building a home and Scott & Chad were awesome and continue to be. Their commutation was awesome. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were available via email, text and phone calls whenever we needed to reach them. There were a few hiccups along the way with some of the work the contractors were doing, and some supply issues, which I think can be expected, but any concern we had or made them aware of was rectified right away. Any items that were on back order, we were made aware of before we ever had any questions about it. A+++ customer service and communication! Overall, we had a great experience working with Bloomfield and bought a nice new home.

The list of issues was addressed in a timely manner but still pending a few.

Looking at homes was a long process, and unfortunately we weren't able to find the perfect home for us. That is until our realtor connected us with Bloomfield. We toured the model homes and spoke with the manager. We found a beautiful home that had all of the amenities we wanted. We couldn't be more thankful! After moving in, we did notice some things that needed to be repaired. It happens, and they weren't major repairs. We contacted the warranty services and received a response within 48 hours. Soon, the repairs were scheduled. I am so thankful for Bloomfield and their excellent care.

The builder didn’t finish with quality work

For what we pay for these homes, I feel a lot is slap together We received keys for the home told that masters open all doors. I have small children in the house and we are still waiting for keys to unlock and lock the attic spaces in there bedrooms no urgency…

Bloomfield is a large builder here in the metroplex and it would be best if they had a central home center to make your decisions regarding all your options (choices). Some things we were not aware of.

Great company and trust worthy

Trent and his team did an awesome job getting the home together. After the home was completed, Trent made sure that if there were any deficiencies, which is to be expected when purchasing new, that he was there with his team to replace/repair immediately.

Very fair, even at the height of the market. They didn’t have us bid against other potential buyers. It was first come, first served, and that was much appreciated.

I love my home but all the delays were really inconvenient when my home was getting built.

Jason the builder was easy to reach even though he was extremely busy he still answered all questions would meet at site when asked and preformed his own blue tape punch list before I did mine which took care of all the items I was going to point out. Good experience over all

Art and Dean stayed in close contact with us throughout the process.

I was new in all of this process because It was the first time and David ( community manager) helped me a lot step by step. I was never feeling alone during the whole process and also the mortgage team was very nice too. I had in order all my documents and evidences; my process was fast since the beginning to the end . I’m very happy with my house, thank you .

Our sales Representative Mandy was the best my wife and I could have ever asked for!!! She had ever answer to all the questions we had. And there was a lot of them. She was such a great help when choosing the colors and what might go with what . And letting us know different things that we wouldn’t have thought of. Scott the GC was also great, he took the time to go over and explain everything and what was to be expected and why. He really really cares about the home he is building.

Doug and Tammy was amazing and made my home building process a pleasant one!
