My first name is Michael not Matthew, please correct my name in your records. Our Walkthru was great. The person that did the walkthru was well knowledgeable in all aspects of the house. Answered all our questions in depth. I have one complaint. The fence is not completely done. There are several bolts missing from the 2poles bracket. The fence is held up with one bolt in the metal brackets.

One of the main reasons I bought this home was that “internet is included” was advertised I front of the sales office. That is an outright lie. It may be installed in the house, but it’s not included. You pay an extra fee every month. That’s like saying a radio is included in your car. But you can’t use it unless you pay a monthly fee for it. It’s dishonest and misleading. Also, I reported when I moved in that a shelf in my new fridge was cracked. It’s still not fixed. IT’S BEEN SIX WEEKS!!! I was suckered into this purchase due to false advertising. I WILL NOT recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone I know. That’s sad, because the house itself is nice. ... More

Everything was organised and quick process

Bloomfield did a great job on my home. Management took care of any problems which I really appreciated. Thank you Amanda for that. I think they went over and beyond and fixing anything. Great job on making sure that I felt welcome at Waxahachie Indy did a great job on my home and always made me feel welcome. I would recommend Bloomfield. did a great job as a salesperson

I had a great experience working with Jeff and Josh. Jeff made the sales process easy and informative without any pressure, and Josh did an outstanding job managing the build from start to finish. Both were responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well.

My realtor found this home that had been recently reduced in price. Love the layout! Nice, quiet neighborhood.

This is not the first time I’ve bought a new home. I’ve had them made and I’ve bought from builders and we never have one inspected before we move in. Builders are notorious for being particular about their builds. So we usually save a home inspection for 11 months so any issues can be fixed at the one year. This is the first time I wish I’d had it inspected. Our breaker to the washer was weak and had to be inspected & ultimately replaced because it couldn’t complete a washing cycle without tripping the breaker, the irrigation did not work and was not connected so it registered as running but nothing was being watered, the air conditioning wasn’t even connected at the condenser so it ran constantly & the temp kept climbing, there was not a filter in the AC unit at all, the garbage disposal was locked up and we had to unjam it, panels in the kitchen cabinets had gotten wet and were installed with warped wood, the locks on all interior doors jammed and couldn’t be unlocked and needed to be replaced, the door to the garage did not have a lock on it at all and it had an interior handle which wasn’t powerful enough to open that heavy of a door and the handle completely fell off so we were left with trying to open the door with a cord or just prop it open and finally the doorstop to the front door broke a flew off down the hall. Don’t get me wrong I love this home and wouldn’t replace it, however, I highly recommend that you spend the $$ for a home inspection because Bloomfield does not take the time to inspect their homes correctly. An AC unit that isn’t even connected & doesn’t have a filter is basically an elementary find and the builder didn’t find it. We didn’t find it either because it was freezing temperatures when we did our final walk through and we never tried the irrigation or the AC. Things go wrong in new homes too, and their warranty dept responds and fixes things, we just expected the builder to be as thorough as past builders have been on our other homes. ... More

The entire Bloomfield Timberbrook team were phenomenal. From the initial meeting to final closing, the team was responsive to our calls, emails and site visits. They ensured our home was to our satisfaction (within reason). They made us feel like family and not just a customer quota. Their customer service is top notch.

We are very happy with our purchase of a new home from Bloomfield . We love the house . Excellent quality and craftsmanship in their building of new homes. Excellent communication and very responsive to all our inquiries . I would recommend this builder highly .

I thought about designing my own build, but when i saw how beautiful bloomfield had designed thier homes, we were all in in picking thier many designs. than you bloomfied for giving us the best option

Francine, the realtor was very helpful and professional. Lots of hard work on her part. Kept us informed on every part of the purchase. The builder Kyle was also professional and responsive to any situations that came up.

Purchasing our home was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The entire process was handled professionally, and every step was clearly explained. Communication was consistent, questions were answered promptly, and we always felt supported throughout the transaction.

From the day I put my earnest payment on 12/5/2025, I experienced a methodical well oiled process! Throughout the whole process, we have a successful transaction with Bloomfield. They have been professional, have had good communication and follow up. We felt like they were open to our requests and did what they could to accommodate them throughout the build process. I would recommend Bloomfield to others.

Construction wise they thought of everything. House is very well built.

Sell rep. was very helpful. Walk through man was excellent. Unsatisfied Bloomfield quality: upstairs showers and toilets made loud noise water drainage to downstairs. Had several potholes in a jacuzzi tub. Three outside doors didn’t properly seal. The garage and patio concretes were worst surface finishes and cracked. I heard people next bedroom talking or adult noise from mine. Warranty man was terrible answering his client questions. All house issues are normal to him. Thank you all for your support.
