Throughout the whole process, we have a successful transaction with Bloomfield. They have been professional, have had good communication and follow up. We felt like they were open to our requests and did what they could to accommodate them throughout the build process. I would recommend Bloomfield to others.

Construction wise they thought of everything. House is very well built.

Sell rep. was very helpful. Walk through man was excellent. Unsatisfied Bloomfield quality: upstairs showers and toilets made loud noise water drainage to downstairs. Had several potholes in a jacuzzi tub. Three outside doors didn’t properly seal. The garage and patio concretes were worst surface finishes and cracked. I heard people next bedroom talking or adult noise from mine. Warranty man was terrible answering his client questions. All house issues are normal to him. Thank you all for your support.

We recently moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Steve, our builder, was professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. The quality of construction and finishes really stands out, and Steve made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. The entire process felt smooth and well-organized, which made moving into a new home much less stressful. We’re truly enjoying our new home and would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality builder.

Bloomfield Homes, specifically Peter and Jordan have been great to work with. We had all the normal things come up with a new home purchase. But Jordan was there every step of the way to remedy. Can’t recommend them enough.

Overall, everything is fine. It has nice designs but uses simple materials—you get what you pay for. That’s really all I can say.

Our journey with Bloomfield Homes began online while our family was searching for the perfect new-build home. With a pretty specific wish list—3-car garage, four full bathrooms, and four or more bedrooms—I wasn’t sure how quickly we’d find “the one.” Then I came across a Bloomfield model that checked every box. After locating neighborhoods where the model was available, we discovered Bloomfield Homes in Timberbrook in Justin, TX. I visited with my two children first (my husband followed shortly after), and we instantly fell in love. We took photos and videos to share with him and couldn’t stop talking about it—so of course, we insisted he visit too. He did, and he loved it just as much. From day one, every interaction exceeded our expectations. Whether it was touring the neighborhood, meeting the construction manager, selecting our options, or reaching move-in day, the Bloomfield team was consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. My wife and I really love our Bloomfield home the “Carolina IV” floor plan. We had the opportunity to basically customize the entire home other than the floor plan. The process from beginning to end was simple and the Stone River Glen team were very helpful. I have purchased a few homes in the past but this experience was by far my best experience. To whoever that maybe considering to purchase a new home, I highly recommend you look at what Bloomfield has to offer you.

Now that I’ve lived in the house for a few months. Quite a few things I’ve noticed around the house that are a result of lack of craftsmanship or a lack of oversight in holding the contractors/vendors accountable. Fixtures and faucets not centered. Dings or paint flaws in the sheetrock. Some grout or sealant issues on flooring/cabinetry work. Windows not properly sealed causing airflow to come in. Driveway is all scratched up from contractors and some plastic bag trash is literally showing through the cement. Laid sod over rocks and trash. Lots of screws and nails laying around. The attention to detail or oversight is not there. The contractors that work in the neighborhood are constantly leaving trash everywhere on new builds, Etc…. No one should move into their new home and deal with these issues. Now with the builder and sale reps, they’ve routinely been attentive and responsive in resolving some of these issues along with providing move-in perks and workability with lenders. Very friendly people At the end of the day though, they can’t mask what is actually being paid for, and that is the house and quality of work or lack there-of that’s being put in. “Slap ‘em up and get ‘em in” is kind of the vibe I’m getting, slow down and provide more craftsmanship ... The team was very professional, helpful and very cordial. They guided us throughout the entire process. They were very transparent about everything. They were very prompt at answering our calls. They are very friendly and welcoming.

We had an excellent experience when going through the sales and construction process related to our new home. The sales agent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The construction manager was exceptionally good. When we noticed something needed attention he would have it addressed before we even brought it to his attention. Both the sales agent and construction manager were and still are very responsive on any questions we had throughout the process. We would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes!

Buy Bloomfield if you want. I won’t buy another or recommend. Over priced and cheap material used. No back on cabinets. MDF trim is garbage. Cheap water stops with pex hanging out of the wall. No pre-drywall walk. I brought up issues they were corrected after the house was finished. They cut holes in the walls to fix the issues I brought up at framing stage. I’ve owned DR Horton and Gehan homes to me this was a step down on quality and customer service. Had a home Inspector come out half the items weren’t connected. He couldn’t finish his inspection. I wonder how this house closed for finals with the City with all the parts missing. I’ve never done the blue tape punch walk, and the final orientation on the same day. This guy wanted to go on vacation and was in a hurry. I don’t think Bloomfield hires the right people to watch over these construction managers for quality control. They also built a house same plan as mine except 11/2 story right next to mine with the same exterior paint. I’ve also been looking at trash that’s been sitting there on the corner by a dead end street months before I even bought this house. It’s still there today. Bloomfield was extremely responsive and took the extra time and effort to ensure the home was ready for move-in. The quality and craftsmanship is remarkable, and I would highly recommend Bloomfield to any prospective homebuyer.

We recently bought a Bloomfield Home in the Painted Tree community. While no new build is perfect, our experience with the team here has been excellent. Sales & Customization: Francis (Community Manager) and Joanna were patient and helpful. Even though we bought an inventory home at the drywall stage, they were flexible enough to let us make structural changes, like connecting the butler's pantry to the dining room and converting the dining space into a home office. Joanna sent photo updates every two weeks until closing. Quality & Aesthetics: The home is inviting and the open floor plan feels connected throughout. Ryan (our builder) and his team did beautiful work on the finishes. Warranty & Support: This is where the team stands out. We had a guest bathroom glass door with alignment issues, which was replaced as agreed. We also noticed some cupping and cracks in the hardwood panels; Ryan coordinated with the flooring company to confirm a replacement, which is scheduled for January. ... More
