From the very beginning when I stepped in to the model home, I was very impressed. I was able to make my selections for my new home, and was very happy with the choices. My home turned out beautifully. I would recommend Bloomfield to everyone that wants to have their home built.

Trustworthy upfront and transparent in all dealings. We absolutely love the finished home and the look and feel.

We know that life’s new norm contains a lot of delays due to supply chain. That being said I appreciated the prompt communication from the whole Bloomfield team. We worked with Mandy and Scott and I can rave about how amazing they were through the whole process. Including getting some minor fixes done after the home was completed. Overall a great experience and a beautifully made home. I would work with them again.

Jeff and Seth are both amazing human beings and very easy for me to work with with even after closing. There were times I did become frustrated with the process and lack of material that caused delays, however me being very expressive with my feelings, both Jeff and Seth always made themselves available to hear out my concerns with compassion. The "Contract Guarantee" that Bloomfeild offers also helps with the anxiety of building during a time many builders are raising pricing during the build process. My a/c unit was upgraded and the builder gave no hassle st all in regards to changing the contract price. I had heard horror stories of builders threatening to cancel contracts due to frustrated customers with equity in their homes, however as many times as I called both Jeff and Seth, neither of them ever made any threats nor expressed frustration. Matter-of-fact I was made to feel as though they both felt my pain and was fighting for me vs against me. Thank you to both these gentlemen for being compassionate human beings. I love my Bloomfeild Home and the only reason I'm didn't give 5 stars for the question about the build process is because the building delays (which all builders currently have) compared to my 1st build before the pandemic. Building in a pandemic is not a breeze. Thank you Bloomfield for putting these two amazing gentlemen as my point of contacts as well as the ladies in the office. The house is well built. Needs a little more attention to details for this price range. Minor cosmetic and fit issues.

Supply chain issues took more than a year to resolve. But the house is nice!

Overall the home-buying experience with Bloomfield was very good. What I take exception to is to what happened after I signed the sales contract. Specifically, I was informed that the City of Forney imposed an easement for a gas line which required that my fence line was brought in by 20 feet . Therefore there is currently 20 feet x 65 feet outside my fence-line which I am required to maintain and for which I receive no enjoyment or use of. I believe Bloomfield should have renegotiated the price of the property since my home sits on a substantially smaller lot than what I purchased. Additionally, I believe the Project Manager could have been more accommodating when scheduling appointments with the buyer. There was no consideration given to the buyer's schedule for the 2 appointments with the Project Manager. I thought this was highly inconsiderate. ... More

The process of buying our home through Bloomfield has been an exciting journey. They walked us through the design process. The builder has been very responsive during the walk-thru and after closing. Suggestion: For those of us that would like more than 2.5hrs to make design decisions, it would help to have some online brochures to browse over long before meeting with the design consultant.

Bloomfield was great throughout the entire process. Even with the delays because of everything from the pandemic and material shortages they still worked hard to get us built,and closed.

We love our home, everything worked out with the build. We have one thing needing addressed and haven’t gotten it resolved.

The entire process was smooth sailing. I greatly appreciated the continuous communication from the project manager, quickness of answering any questions and addressing any and all concerns. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes for there attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism!

Overall, we are very happy with our home. I do, though, have two complaints. First, Bloomfield made a math error in the price of the home, which they discovered 48 hours before closing. At that point, they stuck us with an extra $12k on the price of the home — no offer to split the mistake or make it right in any way. Once our agent loudly complained, they covered a minority of the cost. But it was very unexpected and unprofessional. Second, whoever painted the house spilled paint on the tile and carpet in every single room of the house (no exaggeration). It's astounding how much paint is everywhere. The quality of materials is unquestionable and the attention to details is commendable. I would hope that issues reported after move-in are responded to in a timely manner.

I would recommend other people to use Bloomfield Homes.

The buying process was smooth.I bought a spec home so didn't have to pick any items. If I had to do it over I would change a few of the selections.

We had a great experience buying the first house we've ever built from the ground up. We did not expect to be able to customize so much of the house but we did! More than just carpet and tile color. But we were able to move some bedroom door locations and pick out even the smallest details like grout color for the back splash. The team at Bloomfield stayed in contact with us every step of the way which was very important since we're building in the middle of the pandemic. They also allowed us to come by the site anytime throughout the building process. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, we they always addressed very expediently and they made sure we were satisfied. The one and only issue we had was the quality of the workmanship of the subcontractors that did the master bathroom tile. But since we're allowed to keep a as close an eye on it as we wanted, we were able to get it to a satisfactory level. I just would have liked for it to be great from the start. ... More

The design of the homes are amazing. You get a big bang for you buck.

Process was easy, disliked having to go to Southlake to close which was one hour away.

They responded well to issues but there were a few hiccups along the way. Items we picked on our initial walk were forgotten until reminded then later done. Some paint was spilled on the driveway so some workmanship issues.

Overall meet requirements what we need

Home was built very well. Be very specific about your wiring ie...ethernet, cable. they no nothing about smart homes and do not go with Smith Security complete ripoff on price.

Home is well built and any issues have been resolved quickly. Downside is the lot. I was promised a level lot, in particular, the backyard. Lot is not level which causes pooling of water, mud pits and drainage issues. This will cost me a lot of money to get corrected. It's obvious the lot was not graded or smoothed out prior to placing the sod. Ruts and grooves throughout. And the side yards are useless due to the extreme slope on both sides.

So for so good with new home. We really did not like some of the build process, some mistakes were found during build and our inspection. All issues were address to the best of our knowledge. Something should have been given to us and/or another walk thru with builder to show the issues were corrected. Overall nice home to build.
