The builder answers quick if there is any issue big or small they will get you taken care of

With so many home buying options Bloomfield delivered what it was expected. Even with the current health crisis a lot of suppliers have been affected and the building process was definitely impacted by that; however Bloomfield maintained a consistent communication with us and how things were developing during the process. Also, my experience using Bloomfield’s own financial mortgage services was excellent. Happy with our decision of buying a home here in Somerset.

David and the team at Bloomfield Homes always treated me as a valued customer, they kept their word and delivered as promised. Even after we closed on the home we still receive great service and help with the any questions. We love our home and the community

The whole staff was very helpful including the building supervisor. They listened to any concerns and fixed them. They were willing to make some changes to make it your home.

As a first time home buyer, this process was stress free for me due in part to Community Sales Manager Robin and Builder Eric.

From the time we signed our contract the quality of customer service was exemplary. Our salesman, Scott, was very responsive and organized. He made sure to communicate with us as to what was going on with our house at all times. Our Project Manager, Dean, runs a well oiled machine he definitely stayed on top of things. The quality of build was good although there were a few issues after we moved in that were immediately taken care of. We would highly recommend Bloomfield to others.

Bill the salesman was great. He was very accommodating and actually listened to our desires and came up with solutions to make them happen. Jason the builder is phenomenal. We had a few "issues" after we moved in and Jason has been very responsive and timely in getting them resolved. Can't say enough good things about these two!

Matt with sales is amazing, Sam and the entire building process was absolutely incredible! The warranty team however is pathetic, almost nonexistent. Takes several days just to get the guy to answer the phone and then 2 to 3 more weeks to get something actually looked at. The home is still very well built and just absolutely beautiful!

It is my second home with bloomfield. Very supportive sales team and building engineers. Very trustworthy team. I like to give 5 star, but after moving into the home we have realized the current home is build with less quality materials and accessories compare to previous home. My previous home was $100K less than this home, but still we felt other one was good with quality.

Working with Francis through the entire process was an amazing experience, and she also gave very good incentives for our new home. Our house came out just like we envisioned it. We highly recommend Bloomfield homes to anyone in the market for value for your money and beautiful homes.

Good honest homebuilder. Outstanding and trustworthy staff. If there are any issues they are quick to respond. The own up to mistakes and fix things. No builder is perfect, and for what my money can afford, they were the builder that fits our needs and wants. thanks bloomfield this is our second home built by you guys! Scott, Cliff, Michelle and Laura from Kreymer East Estates are very professional people. Great to work with and easy to talk to. Carl, who is the warranty person in Heartland is also awesome!!!!

I was very pleased with the process and how overall simple it was. Anytime I had a question or concern the project manager and community manager were quick to respond with feedback. I would definitely build with Bloomfield again if the opportunity comes up.

Staff was great Hattie, Jacques and Indy. We had a few small issues with things we wanted fixed but Anthony the builder got it all taken care of. We love our home and our neighborhood!

Bloomfield Homes made building our new home a pleasant process. From our initial purchase with a wonderful sales staff, through our design phase and all the way through the actual build... they were very helpful and responsive at every step. It’s not the custom built home that we were moving from but they certainly gave us “ more bang for our buck”. There are many custom features that come as standard but be prepared to pay for upgrades. From beginning to end purchase, picking out decorations and design to move in and adjusting or acclimating ourselves to the Bloomfield family with simple repairs and adjustments the experience and staff has been great. Given the chance to purchase again in any area that Bloomfield builds by far I’d purchase a Bloomfield home again.

After looking at several home builders in the DFW area, Bloomfield Homes got our attention. The details, quality of workmanship and price of the homes sold us on the purchase of a new home. During the process, everything went well and was easier than what I expected. The properties were well maintained and kept as clean as possible during the construction phase. If we had to purchase another home in the future, Bloomfield Homes would win our business. For any new home buyers, ask as many questions as you can and if it can be done, Bloomfield Homes will make it happen.

Bloomfield provides features as their base to what other home builders consider upgrades. The quality of materials used is outstanding and the choices are extensive. My wife and visited almost every builder surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth and Bloomfield by far was the best value for your dollar. We had our house built from scratch, the only improvement I'd recommend is with their communication with buyers. Specifically with communicating updates on the construction process and responding back to emails/texts in a more timely fashion. This concern may have been "site" specific.
